 Co-Ownership Agreement for Hard Candy:; Nessariah and Graphophobia:- Sig Rights - Teepee Rights A lifemate may not be chosen without permission from both owners. Breedings will be determined by both owners, but entering a raffle will not count for the owner not entering them, unless stated as such in the entry post. Permission is not required in writing from the other owner to have a breeding. In the case of extra baskets, it will be determined by all owners involved. In the case of one owner leaving/vanishing from Gaia with no notice, the other owner may only have one breeding in that time.

Co-Ownership of Mindy This Co-Ownership is between myself(Kesmi) And my Friend(White Neko Chan) I will keep: All Rp Rights Breeding/Mate Agreement Rights Sig Rights and Teepee Rights WNC will have: Breeding/Mate Agreement Rights Sig Rights and Teepee Rights Baskets: Breeding #1: Kesmi will get a Basket from first breeding, owner of the stallion will get the other if two, WNC will get the third if Three. Breeding #2: WNC will get a basket, along with the stallion owner. If three I would like to be at least considered for the third basket. Breeding #3: Things will be talked over then. ^^

 Co-ownership between Infinite Improbability and King Inversitle for Seymour II Imp has rights to stuff like lifemating, cursing (which isn't going to happen rofl), final say in accepting/rejecting a proposed breeding partner, and sig rights. Also RP rights lol. King can always run a mate by me, and has sig rights too. Breedings count toward both of us unless otherwise specified.

PR and Vixie share sig and RP rights. Major plot stuff must be approved by both.
PR has final say in matters that involve flings, mates, and lifemating. However, any breeding raffles entered by one co-owner will not count against the other co-owner.

-Vixie will receive one basket from Hyperion's first breeding.

General
-Both, I and Astro Zombies` will have sig rights to the basket/foal/adult.
Roleplay Rights
-I get both full, OOC and IC RP rights.
-Astro gets some IC RP rights and OOC RP rights.
-I get full mate decisions
Breeding Rights
-Any breeding plans [besides lifemating] must be discussed between the both of us, other than that, Astro gets full breeding rights. Meaning, I have no say in any breeding, but wish to be talked to first before the pair is entered.
-1st breeding: One basket goes to Astro, if three were to occur, it will be discussed between the three of us.
-2nd breeding: One basket will go to me, again if three were to occur, it will be discussed.
-3rd/Elder breeding: It will be discussed what to do with the baskets if it shall ever to occur.Amendment Instead of full breeding rights to Astro, we will both have breeding rights, but who he's mating with will be discussed between the both of us.

Co-Ownership between Hot Lolli and Tefla: RP Rights: Both Hot Lolli and Tefla will have 100% IC roleplay rights, each playing a seperate and specific "personality". Neither of us will impose on the other's roleplays without permission first. Tefla will have full OOC roleplay rights while Lolli will have none. Breeding Rights: -The first breeding will belong to Hot Lolli and will not count towards Tefla in any way, nor will Tefla recieve a basket from that breeding. - The second breeding will belong to Tefla, will not count towards Lolli in any way, nor will Lolli recieve a basket from that breeding. - The third breeding will count towards both of us. In that occurance of three baskets one will go to Hot Lolli, one will go Tefla, and one will go to the owner of the breeding partner. If there are only two baskets, who the basket goes to will be discussed and agreed upon by both Hot Lolli and Tefla. - Hot Lolli has the final say in any/all breeding partners. Sig Rights: Both Tefla and Hot Lolli have full sig rights. Failure to follow this agreement will be taked about first, and should it persist this agreement will be made void and posted so.
