Jak's eyes shot open, "He has? I'll have to thank him later." She yawned again and closed her eyes again, "I don't know what that doctor gave me but sleep would be nice right now."

El Diablo Loco smiled and kept rubbing the back of her neck, "You really should get some sleep. . I'll be here when you wake. I promise." Diablo gently kissed the top of her head, and watched her fall asleep while he continued to rub her back and her neck. (( We can time skip now! Anyone want to do the honours? biggrin ))

((Okie Dokie, here comes the time skip!))
The crew of the Dark Orchid spent the rest of the week tending to their wounds and cleaning up what was left of the ship. She was heaveily damaged in the battle but thankfully held together. The ship's new doctor had his hands full with the all the injured crew members and Jaklyn made a speedy recovery.
The morning Rett finally let her go back to work she wondered up on deck looking for Spyre or Diablo, desprite to know what the Dark Orchid's next move was.

(( Skotti, I hope you don't mind that I TekTek'd Iroquois for you! :3 )) El Diablo Loco was up on Deck. He had finished up his duties for the time being, and was now looking for something else to do. So, being as bored as he was, he decided to attempt to drive the ship when Iroquois protested against it. The whole time Diablo stood there arguing with the man, "Hey, I'm a really good driver! Here let me show you-" Iroquois once again denied Diablo any access to the wheel and then told him to "bugger off". Diablo huffed, and then he said "How come you always get to drive, and I can't?- I'm not just a weapons expert, but I'm also a fine driver!. . . Literally!"

Jak having heard the arguement walked over. She put her hands on her hips and said, "Diablo leave him alone and let the poor man do his job!" She shifted her weight from one foot to the other. "Besides, I need to talk to you and the Captain anyway. Have you seen Spyre yet today?"

El Diablo Loco's head snapped over to look at Jak, he finally stopped harassing Iroquois and then walked over to Jak, "Honestly, I haven't. Most of the day I was in the Armory. Why d'you ask?" Diablo said, giving Jak this puzzled look.

(Whoa, ok, time skip, was not expecting that but I can roll with it, Styk: Looks good, I think he needs a mustache though, he looks too babyfaced lol)
Scott was in his quarters, looking at maps and charts on the table, he could not help but keep thinking about what he was told by the Blue Rouge captain, Genevieve Le'Cruz earlier that week.
his mind wandered back to the conversation
"Nice ship, Scotty, have a bit of a purple fetish? she said, looking around his dark colored bridge. "Just get on with it, Genevieve, what do you want with me and the crew?" asked scott, annoyed at the intrusion. Fine, have it your way, would have been nice if you had offered me some tea though"
She walked up to him in his chair and placed her hand on her hip "You know what is happening, right? aware of the recent rising of the new valuan empire moment? They based in Esperanza and have already decimated the major crews that lurk in the nasr sea and this side of the dark rift" she said in a more serious tone. Scott perked up "So what do you want me to do about it?" he asked. "The Rouge Thane Court is getting together, as the thane of the black moon, you need to be there" she said.
Scott shook his head, "I can't do that now, I need to focus on my plan!" he exclaimed.

Jak sighed, "Well now that I've been released by his highness to go back to work, I'm dying to know where we're going next. That entire ambush mess has left me on edge. I wanna do something, you know?" She looked around the deck at the crew going about their duties.

(( @ Skotti: Wha-La! biggrin Fixed! [Dances] )) El Diablo Loco took Jak by the hand, "Come with me, I think he might be in his Cabin, or something." Diablo walked her over to the Cabin where he could hear voices coming from inside. . Diablo bit his lip; Should he listen in, or not? He looked down at Jak and he said, "I think he's busy, Babe. . Should we come back later?" A part of him wanted Jak to say 'Sure!' but he knew Jak might just say to come back later. So he stood and waited for Jak to speak.

Jak frowned, "Voices? All I hear is his. It sounds like he's talking to himself." She hesitated. She really wanted to know what was next but she knew better then to interupt the captain. She bit her lip and glanced at Diablo secretly hoping he'd make up her mind for her.

Scott sat in a chair and wiped his face with his hand "on the other hand, I'm nothing if I am not a blue rouge, A pirate of the people, but I have been so hindered in my ultimate goal..."
"The meeting is in two weeks... Watch the moons Spyre, you know that you need to be there, it's what keeps us apart from the black pirates, ta ta..."
Scott sighed and set his rum bottle to his lips.

El Diablo Loco bit his lip as he looked down at Jak, but before he could say anything he quickly picked her up and ran to the other side of the deck, looking around, he set her down and he said, "Quick!! Act natural!" And he suddenly kissed her lips.

Jak, completely discombobulated by Diablo's sudden actions jerked away from him, "Diablo! Don't maul me in front of the whole crew! What has gotten into you?!" To late she realized this came off as a little mean and attempted to correct herself. "I mean, I don't mind you...kissing me, but really? We've had this talk about public affection." She tried to give him a stern look but ended up blushing which ruined the entire effect. She glanced back in the direction of Spyre's chambers to try hiding her blush.

El Diablo Loco let out a 'What!! Nobody's watching!!' when Jak started to yell at him, but when he tone changed and he saw her blushing he smiled and then he said, "Awwww. . .," When she looked away he gently turned her head so that she was looking up at him, then he bit his lip "I'm sorry. . Can I kiss you, Jak?" He said, trying to be a little more polite to her.

Jak pretneded to think about it for a few seconds and then said, "Ok." She smiled at him. 'Darn it, I really wanted to hear what Scott was doing...' she thought.
