lol, well one was complaining about the wait going through the drive through, but the thing is I can only move the line along as fast as the cooks can get the food out, and when one person orders up a freakin panda feast if takes some time to get it in order. And you know I feel bad, I really do, I mean I don't want to make people wait, but there's really not much I can do when there's no food ready.
Another customer, or at least I guess they would be a customer though they didn't buy anything, complained because they waited in the drive through for five minutes... after we had already close about thirty minutes earlier. I had no idea that she had been waiting, if I had I would have moved her along. But she pulls up to the window, and I stupidly opened it to let her know that we were closed, so she goes off about how she had to wait for five minutes before realizing we were closed! I mean what does she want me to do, go back in time and let her past self know that we were closed? I just didn't understand her need to try and start something.
And then of course I get daily complaints about the drive-through menu being incorrect, again not something I can really do anything about. I try and explain in as nice a way as possible why things aren't priced correctly, or why we no longer carry certain items, but people still want to blow up in my face about the chicken egg rolls being listed as a dollar per roll when they are a dollar twenty five. And believe me I understand how inconvenient and annoying that is, but again... what do they expect me to do about it?
*sigh* well that was good to get that off my chest mrgreen
