As the boy walked in, Luo seemed to watch him under the shroud of his sugegasa, the silk strap resting gently under his chin. As Zin bowed, Luo noticed an oddity in the manner with which he bowed. Usually when an individual bowed not only to him but in general, the face and eyes were lowered in order to physically show respect and one's position in the hierarchy of power between the two people. If they were equals then both people bowed equally, and in some instances locked eyes as Zin had attempted to do with Luo's hidden eyes. Not reaching his position out of pure luck, the gesture was off-putting to Luo, and in fact it gave Luo the feeling that the new chuunin in some way or another felt as if he had some sort of equal footing with Luo. It was a subtle thing to pick up on, but Luo's father did not retire from his head commander position of the Kiri ANBU before training Luo in the ways of psychological warfare and analysis. And maybe Luo was wrong, but in his mind no man in the history of the shinobi world who resembled a snake was very trustworthy. Young one or not, Luo could never be too sure who he could trust, even if he was from a village ran by one of his good personal friends.

"Good afternoon Tojiro Zin, I am the Nindaime Mizukage Luo Ushio. I take it the current Hokage whoever that may be has filled you in on the current situation we have going on in our countryside? Or at the very least, while crossing the Great Naruto Bridge you caught a glimpse of massive movement along our harbor towards your left?" Taking that moment to fetch a map of Kiri country for the non-native and his squad mates, he tossed it to him in an effort to aid them through the mist that was quite difficult for people not of the village to maneuver through without a village aid. "Well as the leader of your squad for this mission, is it not your duty to make sure your squad arrives safely as well as remains safe under your care?"

After posing the question, Luo became more suspicious of the boy. He certainly didn't seem incompetent during the chuunin exams, although he didn't really talk to him so much as watch him fight. And Luo knew from personal experience that it wasn't necessary for a decent combatant to have the better part of his brain to operate on the battlefield. Still, Luo didn't think that could've been it at all. He didn't suspect that the Hokage, much less any kage would place an incompetent person in charge of a squad sent on a B-Rank mission in another country. Not only that, but he was not a jounin but a chuunin. His rank and presence only served to show that this boy was more than competent enough to be there, and to remember things as trivial as watching over his squad.

What Luo gathered however, was not that this boy was in the least bit forgetful or even just so eager to proceed with the mission that he jumped the gun. What Luo gathered from this simple question that Zin Tojiro asked, was that he did not have any emotional attachment to his squad. And although that was unnecessary for missions, it was one of two facts that Luo gathered from this question. The other and most important, was that the boy didn't even have a sense of duty. If he did, he would not have even entered Luo's office without his squad in tow. And there was one more thing that bothered Luo: during the exams, Zin went by the name of Zin Naga. It was clear as day to Luo that this was his name because his name appeared on the view screen against Luo's own Yamatano Hatake. Luo's memory had never served him wrong, thus he could not gather why the boy's last name had changed. Coupling this final oddity with Zin's lack of sense of duty, and the look given to Luo by Zin, the young Mizukage grew almost instantly wary of the boy.

As Luo's quick mental process deemed Zin Tojiro a minor threat and to be watched with minor caution as his face remained as still and straight as it was before Zin arrived, he turned his attention towards the door which flung open as a slightly younger boy came rushing in. As he bowed and boisterously greeted Luo, an unseen eyebrow was raised towards Natsu and Luo thought about how the boy's manner reminded him of a former academy student in the mist who had just the same excitement in her voice as he did. Judging simply by the headband on his head, Luo gathered that he was on this mission as well with Zin as one of his squad mates. Nodding patiently towards the boy who had yet to introduce himself but instead opted to speak to Luo in a casual manner, Luo thought it best to wait for the last member of the squad to arrive before repeating his introduction once more. If there was one thing Luo didn't particularly like to do, it was repeat himself.

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Zin would never bow to anyone and have his head down. Bow low, yes, bow modestly... maybe. But bow with his head down?! That's preposterous! One, the child was taught never to bow with his head down. Who is to say he should trust this man anyway? All Zin knew of him, was the stories from Matsuya. But hey, even he betrayed him in the course of Zin's past, so why should this man get any different treatment? Another reason Zin wouldn't bow his head was that he wasn't going to show he was below anyone, anymore. From the eleven years of his life, Zin had been bowing, smiling, kissing up to those that would rather rid of the serpent prince. They'd much rather see the child ravaged by a pack of wolves than admit him into their society as an equal. Even now, Zin was tasting that aura from this man. Call it animal instincts, call it Zin's training in Shukuchi and his knowledge of Taisavaki, but his man was giving the same aura as those damned elders of Konoha. Though they didn't speak it out and kept a straight face, they were just masks of what they truly felt. Not welcoming the boy as he was... a boy. If Zin had been started off differently, he would even admit that if even the elders treated him like a child instead of vermin, the blood-lust that would make even the underworld cower in fear that ran through Zin just like blood through veins, would have possibly never existed. He probably would be like any other ambitious child to grow strong for others, be-friend people, and all that bull-crap.

But that was all fine to Zin, as the child straightened up, giving a little smile those slitted hues gave as much warmth as Yukigakure's fierce winds, Zin didn't care what these mortals thought of him. He was the grand-son of a god, nephew and son of a Demi, in which he too claims that title. Once his grand-father told him the truth about his life, the truth about his father and how this world persecuted him into oblivion, Zin would not dare let another mortal look down at him. Ever! Nagi and Hitan looked up to their master, sensing the same thing to an extent, but noticed the chaos of emotions Zin was continually suppressing. They nipped at Zin's lengthened sleeves to snap Zin out of his void of thoughts and helped the boy finally retract that bundle of malice for the world back into that fragile box within his soul. Doing a nodding bow, but those slitted eyes never left the man, Zin spoke,"Unfortunately, we took the route of the docks to arrive to the Water Country. So we were not able to see that bridge but I did notice an unusual amount of people not filling the small villages that surround the area. I may not be a native but even for me, I find that strange sir." The boy replied as he saw Luo shuffling through something before procuring what Zin would believe is a map as he hissed to Nagi who rose up and snapped it down with nothing but pure accuracy and speed."Thank you Ushio-sama." The boy's sleeved hands then carefully took it from Nagi as he unfolded it and began to read as he listened to Luo who continued to speak. Giving him what he and most people wanted when they speak; looking up from time to time and giving a little nod of attentiveness before looking back at the map. Being polite is so troublesome but the information on this map indeed would be helpful. Certain areas, Zin found would be perfect places to create a plant of bio-mechanics and if he thought that was a good place, he was sure other people would do the same.

After reading it carefully and digging his hand into his kimono, Zin pulled out his father's diary and opened it to the pages that spoke about various countries. Turning it to the one that helped Zin even get to the Mist, Zin started to compare the notes with the actual map. Nagi and Hitan dipped their slightly large heads upon Zin's shoulder to read what was catching Zin's eye. Retaining and attempting to store this knowledge into his brain as Zin studied the two as if Luo was going to request him to do a test. Narrowed slits that laid in the pool of gilded gold eyes, the child continued to read and do this small cramming of information but did it smartly. Taking small landmarks and such and comparing it to his father's notes until Zin could develop a pathway that was safe for his squad, and another which would 'benefit' him in the future. Though he took due note to attempt to learn how to see in this mist. For it was... unnatural! Yes with the positioning of the village there would procure some sort of natural cause to this mist but... this was a bit too much even for Zin. Yet those Jounin spotted the child as if he was wearing bright colors on the brightest day! There had to be something to their sight... but that would have to wait until this mission is better assessed.

Closing the book and placing it back into his Kimono, Zin looked up at Luo's question. The child stared at Luo for a moment as if trying to see where, or rather what, he was getting at. Serpent eyes trying to peer underneath the shadowed eyes but were unable to catch a full glimpse of those orbs that laid stuck in that skull. He hated Kage's and their 'metal' trapped minds. They were so difficult to crack but in due time... that would be a power that he too will wield; it wasn't a technique, Zin speculated it was simply experience. Something he was sure the years would help him to develop. Seeing that the question he posed was jokingly, or not... Zin went with the latter as he finally answered,"The goal of a leader is to protect the squad even at one's own life." Zin said softly, as if reading it verbatim from a text book,"They would have had to pass through the multiple eyes that I have set for them along the way. They seemed to have wanted a... family re-union before the squad so I permitted it to them. While I go ahead and learn what is needed of this mission, they would follow my path which I cleared from them." Zin said as he looked back down to the map and continued to study, not wanting to mention the bandits that he brutally slaughtered while moving through the small villages to get to the mist. Though Zin only did what was needed to protect himself... maybe just a little more but hey... they didn't know their place. Speaking of which... Zin slowly made three snakes release from his sleeved forearm as it crawled up his arm, down his back and down that pant leg to meet Nagi and Hitan. The child looked down, as if speaking to Nagi, spouting off what would seem like orders in the form of hisses before looking back to the Mizukage, the young one gave another small smile before looking back down to the paper. He indeed had his clones which he had yet dispersed... the one in Konoha probably had dispersed but the one that he left at the Fire Countries dock, it should be entering Kiri too much longer seeing as it was suppose to be over-seeing Natsu's arrival. Wanting to have the information on this map as familiar as the back of his hand.

Once Nagi transferred the information to the lower snake, they hissed and began to slither away and out of the office to find that girl or the clone which would accelerate their search. Though Zin looked up to see Natsu and his usual up-beat manner. The child giggled a little and shook his head,"Hello Natsu-san. Glad for you to join us. We are soon about to start this mission. I have sent a couple of scouts to go and look for your sister so hopefully she will be here soon." The child said as his eyes drifted back to the map, ignoring that nagging feeling of wariness he felt from the man but the words of his uncle, 'Jei', appeared proudly in his mind.

"It is like these humans to not understand us. To fear us... to rebuke us. Because they don't understand us." It was the first time Zin heard his uncle speak in a serious manner without resulting into profanity,"Father had always told us, that it is in the human nature to fear what they don't understand; which usually ends in destruction." Zin could understand this as indeed it was quite true for a person who indeed lived through it. " When but when Orochi, your pa, was still alive there was a Clan called the Uchiha's. Powerful punch they were. Formidable I would have to say as they had a particular Kekkei Genkai that... well was quite powerful like many are. But the thing was, once they became too powerful... these mortals rebuked them." Zin remembered him pointing at the people within the village. The hate he saw in his eyes as he looked at them even scared Zin a little," And placed them into an area that would keep them from blossoming. That is just like what has happened you, me, and my brother. They rebuked us, because they never gave the chance to understand us. All as well, I'd be damned if I they think I am of equal with them. Tch... Just remember those words Zin, can keep your chin high. No more crying, ya? Remember, your a Tojiro. Remember what that name signify's ok?" And with that memory instilled into his mind, Zin would keep his head held high... regardless of who he was in front of. The shedding of his tears were no more and the time for chaos is nearing.

Listening to the boy's explanation, Luo's mind wandered a bit as he noticed him comparing the map to something in a journal he pulled out. Wondering why Zin would do this in front of Luo as if he were blind, he speculated that he was comparing the map of Kiri country to another map he had. The map was not too detailed, just the basic map for any tourist coming through their area. But it was why Zin was doing this that Luo wondered. The boy's appearance to be honest was odd yes, but it didn't disturb Luo in the least. Afterall, his village was the birthplace of a clan who resembled sharks, as well as a bone manipulation bloodline. And Luo didn't even feel as if the boy was such a threat that he needed to be eliminated in anyway, nor did he feel as if the boy was beneath him. However, Luo was a man who commanded respect. Not just from others, but towards others as well. He was taught since he could speak that in order to gain respect from others and those of higher authority or even age, Luo must show it first. In fact, this was instilled in Luo so vigorously that to this day Luo bows towards those older than him despite his position of power. Even if it was a simple bow of the head, he allowed his eyes to graze over the persons feet after falling from the view of their eyes, showing that he was indeed not above many people. He viewed himself as one of the people in fact, and his villagers respected him even more for that. He was a humble man indeed despite the power both his clan and his job gave him. Though Luo didn't know it, it seemed as though Zin was sensing his 'aura' at that moment, albeit a bit later than Luo had assessed his. However, what the boy picked up was misinterpreted as hubris instead Luo's staunch beliefs on the concept of respect and duty. His face remained composed not because he held any mask of what he truly felt, but because Luo was a man simply of great composure. He was like this since he was a child and anyone who knew him knew this as a fact. Luo rarely showed emotion not because he was devoid of it, but because at times it was simply wasted energy and effort. The man's brain moved all too quickly for him to have the time to dwell on showing emotion for things he often found trivial. But as usual, Luo digressed.

Remembering that security in water country would be severely increased after this incident, Luo put the thought away he had about just exactly why the chuunin was attempting to memorize the map in his hand by comparing it to what Luo could only speculate to be another map. He had allowed whoever unleashed this plague on his people to slip through his borders, and he would not allow anything of that magnitude to happen under his watch again. Nodding at the leaf chuunin's statement, the side of Luo's mouth cracked upwards slightly, the only part of his face that was completely visible. "Well, although I admit it is unorthodox and somewhat frowned upon to arrive into Kiri from Konoha using the waterway's instead of the bridge, it was a good decision on your part Zin. I had asked for the Great Naruto Bridge to be blocked off so that this problem didn't leak out into your village, and although I have patrols by boat out there it seems that whatever is in water country doesn't enjoy water very much. Although, the higher ranked class seems to massing together in an effort to rush the bridge. I'll need your team to find another squad of mine who should be joined by a few other shinobi. Perhaps once you are all in one area, you can all confer with each other and figure out whose strengths are needed in what areas."

Watching the boy half listening to him and nodding every once in a while as if to let him know he was still alert and paying attention to an extent, Luo laughed inwardly at how that habit seemed to rest with those whose minds worked on a higher level than most. It was almost as if to physically say the individual had more pressing and interesting things to think about, but what was being said to them held some sort of weight and at the least deserved to be recognized as having attention given to it. Once Luo finished speaking, he jotted a few notes down on other things he was thinking about at the time. He regretted to inform Zin that as well as boat patrols, Luo had assigned three teams of underwater patrols as well. These were men and women of the ANBU using the water transformation technique coupled with the water breathing technique to disguise themselves amongst the vast waters around Kiri up until the half-way point of the great bridge. These people were scattered around from that farthest point of the patrols, up to under the wooden planks of their own harbor. It was this secret task force that alerted Luo to what was going on in the countryside. They were essentially his hidden eyes and ears in that part of his country, taking two day shifts at a time.

Closing the book he was looking at intently along with the map, it seemed Zin got to the other question Luo had posed and seemed to attempt to steal a gaze at Luo's hidden face. As he spoke Luo gave the other boy a once over with his eyes, his face not moving from its original position as his shielded eyes scanned him. All in all they both looked pretty fit, giving Luo some odd sense of relief in the fact that Konoha's shinobi were fairing well despite the quite recent change in power as far as the Hokage position was concerned. But as the boy began to speak, it seemed almost rehearsed. As if he had memorized that first line just in case this question was ever directed towards him. "Hm, setting up clone check points for the children while going ahead of them. Definitely resourceful Zin, but if you were not in an allied village you would have run the risk of some bandits simply destroying the clones. And unfortunately lower level clones are unable to relay information back to the original creator. It was a somewhat risky move, but I suppose being capable of thinking in the same capacity as you do would've tipped the scales to some degree in your favor. Once your last teammate arrives, you three can leave promptly."

((By the way Zin, you can't have clones in different country's/villages than where you are. Only kages our allowed to do that, and the only reason we let them is because they have to run villages and they kind of need to be there sometimes, especially if they don't have an active sannin to fill in. So don't do it again pwease haha.))

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Handing the map back and placing it carefully upon the Mizukage's desk as he had eventually installed all a good portion of the map into his memory into his mind. He had it to the point that the child would at least be able to re-write the map to a general extent yet with the major points highly detailed. As he returned back to his usual position, Zin listened to the Mizukage as he began to tell Natsu and himself more about what is occurring in the village. His eyes narrowed a bit when he heard that the creatures where hydrophobic. Interesting... That is indeed on weakness that I will have to work on when I gain their DNA. The child thought to himself, as he continued to listen. Hearing that it would seem that Zin would be grouped with more Shinobi, as he expected with an infestation that he believed to be at a large magnitude, and wondered whom he would be grouped with other than the team he was over. More particularly, if Yamatano would be one of the people he would be working with. There was something he needed to disgust with the boy, and hoped that some form of agreement could be made; even after the disagreement Zin showed quite bluntly during the exams.

Zin didn't worry too much about bringing out his diary in-front of the Mizukage as the child had no information to with held... to an extent. He was just updating the information his father had to a more recent Mist map. The child, beyond his control couldn't help but to giggle to the Mizukage's analysis of his Clone technique. He shook his head a little and smiled,"I had taken that into account Mizukage-sama. And I can assure you... the clone's that I had watching them have quite the... surprise hidden in them. Stupid bandits will fall prey to them nearly every time." He said softly as he wasn't offended by the man thinking Zin was a meager and weak Chuunin. Better for him to keep his true rank hidden until the time is indeed necessary. But something did bother Zin, outside of the mission and seeing that they were waiting Zin decided it was a perfect time to pose the question." Ushio-sama... Do you know... Onii.... Why Matsuya left?" The child asked, catching himself from saying the other title he had given him before his 'second' disappearance from the child.

(( Well I actually had it to where they would be following with them there. So with Natsu they would be right with him. More particularly the clone that was left at the dock of the fire country. But I understand where your coming from.^^ ))

Suki's head was still throbbing when she managed to find the Mizukage's place. Her hand was on her right temple as she went up and around at her own pace. The moment she tried to go faster, she wobbled and almost fell."Whoa. Ok... Easy Does It speed. Got it." She sighed. She hated this feeling... feeling weak... feeling like a ... she shivered... like a helpless girl. The pounding in her head continued, though thankfully didn't increase.

Before opening the door, she shook her body once, doing her best to null the pain, or at least null the expression. She then inhaled, and exhaled slowly. "Ok, Body, don't you dare act up, eh?" She mumbled softly. She waited until she heard a pause in the conversation, then entered, blank expression. "You rang?"

As Zin giggled a bit to himself, Luo simply waited for the seemingly amused boy to explain himself. And explain he did...in a rather quizzical sense. The only thing Luo could gather from what he was saying, was that the clone he used was a higher level type of clone. It was usually at the chuunin rank that most shinobi learned higher level clone techniques, and konoha was quite famous for its exploding clone jutsu. But it was the manner in which Zin posed his answer that Luo couldn't exactly say for certain that it was that jutsu specifically that Zin used. Simply nodding once, Luo muttered, "I see." It was at that moment that the last leaf-nin entered his office to meet Zin. And by the two words she spoke, Luo could gather that this was Suki.

Looking over all three simply with his eyes, Luo repeated himself once more to allow the other two to have an introduction to who he was. It wasn't in Luo's nature to repeat things he'd already said, but it wasn't as if they were already there when he first introduced himself. "Good afternoon leaf shinobi. It seems the new hokage has sent you three in an effort to help quell a rather annoying disturbance in our countryside. Allow me to introduce myself: I am the Nindaime Mizukage Luo Ushio. To be honest, the title 'Nindaime" is rather incorrect since before the term Kage appeared, there were five leaders before the first official Kage before myself. You three have already been informed of the issue at hand, so I won't delve into it any further. I only ask that you watch each other carefully, and work well with the squads already dispatched to hold off the problem as we speak. The main points of action are the smaller country villages. I'm sure Zin can fill you in on anything else of importance if I have not. You three are dismissed."

When Luo mentioned for the team to watch each other, he had implied something else through his words that couldn't be picked up on by his enduring tone of speaking. Whether what he said would save him future headaches, he was unsure. It was now time for Luo to speak with the team at Kiri hospital who was currently working on an antidote from both live and dead test subjects captured earlier in the fray. Once the serum was finished, it would be air dropped over the countryside. Luo could only hope that the antidote was created in due time.

The clone he indeed did utilize, was the clone his father had utilized long ago. One of his more famous clone which Zin made sure to learn before his Chuunin year. The technique was so useful and variable for many situations, that Zin couldn't help but to put that technique as his priority list to learn. Tilting his head when he saw the girl come in, Zin sighed in relief that she was finally here. Glad his clone and scouts finally got the girl to come back to the priority that was at state.

Directing his attention back to Luo, Zin listened as he introduced himself once more to the two as the child simply listened. Thinking that they should depart to the designated zone before nightfall where things would dangerous. And for these two, though he could protect them, he rather avoid all of those problems and simply get to the 'safe place'. Taking a small note of generation of Kage he truly was, before looking to the two once Luo had dismissed them. Nodding to the Mizukage, the child looked over to the two and hissed softly,"I believe we should get going... I would like to reach the destination point before night time. Should you have questions, please ask me as we move." Zin said softly as he gave one more polite nod to the Mizukage and the girl who sat quite quietly in the chair before departing with Hitan and Nagi slithering closely at his masters heels.

The man Luo seemed to be on such a higher caliber of thought level than the others that Natsu had met. In truth, while it LOOKED as if he was paying attention to the conversation, he wasn't. Happy was focusing though, the small blue cat that traveled with him that was. When Zin turned to leave, Natsu rose to his feet, and bowed to Luo, bidding he and the girl a farewell. "Let's go Su-Su." He said to Suki, his younger sister. Natsu walked out of the place, following Zin.

Once the room cleared out, Tsukikari took a deep breathe. She had noticed the boy that looked at her when he came in, and bid her farewell when he left. What was talked about was rather unimportant, mainly because Tsukiakari had different things on her mind. Nonetheless, the room became empty with the Mizukage and Tsukikari.

Taking a deep breathe, Tsukikari straightened her body position and prepared to speak. "Miz-Mizukage...-Sama." Tsukikari bowed before speaking again. "My name is Tsukiakari Ushio. Um.. I, um.. Have come to Kirigakure to... train under you, Mizukage-Sama. I do believe you're... A Ushio, too. And since you're the Clan Head.." After that, Tsukiakari waited for the Mizukage's response. She only assumed that he knew what she was talking about. "P-Please train me, Mizukage-Sama!" Tsukiakari exclaimed as she bowed yet again.

As the leaf shinobi filtered out of the room and his door closed, Luo found himself staring at a pleading young girl. With the job Luo had, he was put in situations like this quite frequently. However being the man that he was, it really did take an emotional toll on him whenever he saw his people plea in such a manner. It was why Kirigakure had both civil and social policies that exceeded most villages. Luo was a man of his people first, and a shinobi second. Granted to him those two went hand-in-hand, but he was not one to have a hardened heart.

Staring into the girls eyes, Luo could already tell before she said her name what her family name would be. His clan stretched throughout the land of waves, and each branch looked somewhat different based on the area they grew up in. However, there was one distinguishing feature every Ushio had that they could all pick up on once they noticed; their eyes. Though most had blue eyes ranging from bright to dark, there was something rather behind the eyes. It was as if behind those eyes, a well of knowledge could be found. As he looked at her bowing and pleading, there was a silence that seemed to echo throughout the room. Finally, Luo's thoughts were collected, and he could pass judgment over the matter.

"I know who you are young one. Your eyes are very telling indeed. I have not heard from those of Crescent Island since my coronation as the clan head. And since then, you have indeed grown Tsukiakari. Your older brother is fairing well I take it? And your parents as well?" As Luo paused for a moment as if waiting for a response, he began to speak once more. He could tell she had left them behind, perhaps without even telling them. Otherwise, her brother would have escorted her to Kiri himself, and would have asked for the same favor she so pleadingly asked for. It seemed the competition between his family's newer generation was growing stronger every year, each one vying for the chance to train at the hands of the clan head. It was his clan's tradition to learn this way, and it made sure that only the well versed carried the family name into battle.

"You are in luck Tsukiakari. The young ones here in Kiri are not of an age to be capable of learning under myself, and it seems for this season you are the first to show up. It takes great initiative to leave everything you had behind for the mere possibility of learning under myself. I'll tell you what, we're having a problem in Kiri country that I've sent many shinobi to help solve. I'll escort you there myself as I need to deal with the situation at hand so that this can finally end. Do you part to help my village live in peace, and you will earn your spot as the next apprentice." Pushing the sugegasa he wore on his head to his back allowing the blue silk strap to cling tightly to his neck, he shook his head allowing his hair to fall correctly into place and fully revealing his face muttering, "Tell me, are you any good with a sword?" Presenting the challenge to the young girl, Luo hoped the blood that ran through her would propel her forward to accept the challenge that awaited her. He would guide her and watch over her during the process of course, but he prayed she was proficient with any weapon. It was not unnatural for the Ushio clan to teach their young to wield a weapon even at her age, but it was never a certain thing. Still, with the blood that she possessed, this task would help her realize what raw talent one of her clan could truly possess.

I am the moon shining in the mist...

Tsukiakari's eyes widened in shock as the Mizukage seemed to know about her fro her eyes. She stood up straight again, and began to think. She'd have to learn that trick someday. She never expected him to know so much. The phrase he said quickly ran through her mind. Although.. He is the Mizukage.

As he continued,he went on about the Crescent Island. Tsukikari's face became slightly red as she felt embarrassed as the Mizukage remembered her, but she couldn't seem to remember him. "Yes my brother and parents are doing well." She said, her eyes trailing away as she did.

A smile stretched across Tsukikari's face as the Mizukage said that she was like luck. The smile seemed to become brighter as Tsukiakari seemed to be entrusted with her first task.... Or, mission, for a better word. The Mizukage had another question, which Tsukiakari was unsure of the answer. "Um... I don't know. I can try!" Tsukiakari's enthusiasm was not absent at this time, yet it seemed to grow. She came here, to do what she needed to do, and is getting said thing done.

"Now... Mizukage-Sama, what kind of problem is in Kiri Country?" For all Tsukiakari could know, it could just be a run away cat. But it would have to be much more serious if the Mizukage himself was to go down there and handle it.

We'll see how well the moon and the mist work in unison.

Nodding and standing, Luo let out a simple, "Mmm" as Tsukiakari accepted the challenge. Walking over to the left of his room, Luo slid a bookcase aside and revealed a very full katana rack. Looking at them for a moment, each one was just as beautiful as the last. He didn't mention it much, but Luo collected katana from across the lands and villages he'd ever been to. In most instances, he'd asked only for one of the land's finest katana as payment for a mission he took on. Staring at each one as a sense of nostalgia kicked in, he finally reached forward and grabbed one.

The sheath was unassuming and white, with a purple ribbon tied around it. As he held the sheath with one hand and revealed the weapon with the other however, the weapon itself was revealed. It had been used once since Luo acquired it, and in fact quite directly after he acquired it. The hilt was shaped like a plum blossom, the one feature about the weapon that drew Luo to want it in the first place. Twirling it for a moment, he re-sheathed it and tossed it to the girl. "A virus was released in our country-side, and it's causing a state of panic. We're experiencing a bout of men and women who look as if they've been dead for decades at least. Problem is, all these people were alive before the plague hit them. It seems the only thing to kill them now it to chop off their heads, at least until Kiri hospital finishing the antidote they're working on. Anymore questions before we depart?"
