"Are you talking about Durge? He's no machine. He's alive, just armored up. No different than when your kind are in a neo-crusader suit. Anyways, I thought I'd pass the offer. Unless you want to remove that annoying voice in the back of your head, it seems our buisness is done for the month," Nakara said, hinting at the sith ghost that plagued the woman.

The Mandalorian continued to glare.
"What do you know about that so called "Voice"?" She asked.

"You are a brilliant woman. I'm sure if you listen to it closely, I'm sure it can tell you a lot about me. You could say I am a specialist in these kinds of things. I myself am plagued by such problems myself," Nakara mused to himself, remembering his own ghost he served.

"Anyways, you need to brush up on your flight skills perhaps, to keep up with the fighter jockeys which are bound to come. I'll have the credits in the account by the end of the standard week. The banks are fickle when large sums are involved."

"...Kill him...!!! Nn....Nuhhnn...." Calliga mumbled delierously, then collapsed, his now missing left hand a smoldering stump at the wrist. That, combined with the blood loss and extensive force use had caught up to the sith, he'd been running on stolen time, and the debt was due.
Troopers swarmed the bay, firing blaster bolts into the armored hull of the rising craft, trying to strike vitals-a useless effort, though....shields made this almost impossible.
-------------------------
In the star port, large-scale defensive turrets rotated towards the sky, attempting to lock on as security officers ran everywhere, yelling orders of comlinks, sighting on the freighter, yelling sighting corrections....
The air howled as a searing blaster bolt of starship caliber departed skywards, leaving a green trail from the sprawl of black metal and grey plassteel.
__________________________________
While the excitement went on, several troopers carried calliga's limp body safely out of the range of danger. Sith or not, both him and siren would need to be attended to....

after a while, the lasers shut down, steaming; and the troops set about cleaning up and dispersing back across the city.

Pash balanced himself on the upper hull of the Freighter as it started winging its way through the atmo, laser bolts chasing after it. Finding the topside hatch, he slid down it and sealed it up behind him.

"Ardee." He said into his comlink. "Set course for the Core. They wouldnt dare chase us there."

"You should have just killed that annoying little worm." Ardee said in reply.

"That wasnt my call to make." Pash answered.

"Yes, but you already said he needed to be put down. I heard it all from here."

"Just fly us out of Sith Space." He told the droid. "I'm in no mood to argue."

The Freighter flew around the planet until it found weather conditions more permitting for atmospheric exit. Soon they were out of the gravity well and then into hyperspace, heading for the safety of Republic Space.

The interrogated man lay dead in the room which was now empty. Koren was already on his way to the Life Support controls, one floor below the Command Deck. There was a technical station in which the Station's basic systems were monitored and maintained. In a small room beyond that, he would find a nice console that control the support of sentient life on the station.

Opening the airlocks seems too... violent. Almost murderous. I could de-pressurize the whole station, and open select airlocks, giving the crew or at least most of the crew, time to get to escape pods.

He turned a corner, heading to what the interrogated man had told him was a turbolift going to floors shy of where he needed to be, and two soldiers fired their blasters at his chest. He took a hit and stumbled back, before he could react. Koren growled in anger under in his helmet and whipped a concussion grenade at the men, hitting one in the head with it. He dove back behind the corner and heard the loud "whoomph" of the grenade detonating. Knowing it was only a matter of time until many more troops were upon him, Koren hustled for the turbolift, careful not to trip over the dead bodies he had left in his wake.

Siren began to awaken, her vision blurry, and her body feeling numb. After a moment, it started to pass, as she regained her senses and slowly sat up. After sitting there for a moment, she stood up, just as she could hear someone coming. A sith trooper came up to her.

" I found her. You can tell the others to stop looking. " he said into his comm, before turning to the Sith seductress. " Are you alright, my Queen? " Nodding, Siren motioned him closer, too disoriented to move around much without problems. " I've been hit with a stun blast. At least I think that's what it was. Better make sure. " she said, the trooper reaching an arm around to help her along, making their way back.

" Lord Calliga has been reported to be in bad condition. The intruder turned hostile and got away after severing his hand. " the trooper said. Siren frowned at the news. " Had no force been used, the Jedi would owe us an apology for harming a political figure that was of no threat, which we could've used to our advantage... " she said, mostly to herself. " But I guess Master's orders can't exactly be ignored by the staff, huh? "

After a while, Siren was back home, and shortly after, a few other troopers came in with Calliga. After informing the receptionist of the important details, they were both taken to get medical treatment. Siren was able to be treated in the comfort of her quarters. Calliga would require too much more than her to be given that luxury right away.

Shisstal stopped training when one of Nakara's droids came into the room and relayed Nakara's message. "A break? So soon?" he said. Then he deactivated his lightsaber and sat down on a nearby crate. "Well, if that's what he says. Who am I to disagree?" he said to the droid, not paying any attention if it was actually listening to him.

Sonya stared at the screens, as the 'new' guy was trying to find the map room.

"Give that idiot some directions," she said to an officer. "For someone so old, he's got quite a bit of pride in him to act like a typical male."

Another incoming transmission bothered her. It claimed it came from Nakara. Had he really come to aid her? Her joy suddenly rose, as it meant something good might come, but Nakara was a tricky one.

"Let it land, and this time, have someone escort the Dark Lord here."

There was nothing, a dizzying haze of it. Minus his left hand and struck all over with bullet gashes from grazes and a shell flattened against a rib, Calliga's mind was submerged in darkness for the duration of nearly a day; expert medics spending hours working with bacta and the most sophisticated robotics on Thule.
Bacta applications proved enough to heal the damage from the slugthrower's near-misses, but the hand lost was irreplacable. Instead, the best that could be provided was the traditional replacement for warriors hurt so in battle; a mechanized unit grafted to the wrist. As per Calliga's favored style, however, it was sculpted such that it resembled a ornate battle-glove, marked with sith rune for "Power", and it's seams traced in glowing red lines of power conduits.
But, for sith who had come to love "passion" so, it was woefully inaccurate, having only rudimentary touch simulations for the nerves it linked to.

Restored as best as they could provide, the medics placed Calliga in Siren's chambers to awaken, dressed in a loose white medical garment not too far off from a robe.
His bandage-garb was bloodied and the armor dented, some of the fossils had been cracked badly from stray shots. Currently, the sith's war clothes lay in the hands of siren's weapons staff, who examined the odd collection of materials in ernest, hoping to earn the rumored rewards of good work.

The medics, as members of siren's staff, stood at the edge of the bed in white and crimson "clothes" not far off from siren's own bikini-esque garb, explaining the results of battle on Calliga to Siren.
calliga blinked slowly and exhaled roughly, interrupting the conversation:
"-ah! ....um, it seems he's okay. His should be fine, Mistress Siren, in matters of...pleasure..." The trio of medics giggled and blushed slightly.
"We made sure of that....But that unit is not meant for such matters, so sadly, it's not much good....but I'm sure you can teach him other means, right?"
the medic speaking winked.
Bowing slightly, they stepped back.
"We'll leave you two alone, now...."
they stepped out, leaving the two sith alone indeed.

The small kushiban exited his shuttle, only to meet a sith soldier standing before him.

"I assume you are the dark lord Lady Kai'zer was talking about," he said. "You are to follow me to her."

"I wouldn't have it any other way. At least you're not stupid enough to judge me by my size, are you?"

"No sir," the soldier responded, as he led the way to the maproom, the door opening and revealing Sonya. He cracked a wide grin, knowing that payback was a b***h.

"Good morning, Sonya. Nakara sends his best wishes."

((He's not that old.))

Finally, Darth Nova thought, a droid that works in this dump. He followed the droid to the entrance of the map room.

"Thank you," Nova said with a grin. "You've been very helpful."

"Roger, Roger," responded the droid.

Nova suddenly pulled the droid apart with the Force. "Too bad I hate droids," he said to himself. He then proceeded unannounced into the Map Room.

"What can I do for you, oh Great Dark Mistress," he said sarcastically with a mock bow.

((and she's not that disrespectible.))

The Kushiban entered, and shortly after the old fart came too.

Oh great, just what I need. A rabbit who wants to return my efforts of kicking him off a cliff, and a pilot who doesn't know how to pay proper respects, Sonya thought.

"Good. Master Kawaii, meet the help from Cyneticus. Help from Cyneticus, meet Kawaii, our war consultant. We're here to take control of the situation and mess that the Kaleesh left us."
PostPosted: Mon May 26, 2008 11:28 am

((He is only in his 30's.))

"Nice to get to know you," he said to Kawaii.

Turning to Selene he continued, "And 'the help from Cyberneticus' has a name. It is Darth Nova, and I'm much more than just a pilot."

He thought for a moment, and then continued, "Perhaps I was a little rude. I apologize, but other than Cyberneticus, I have never responded well to authority. However, if Cyberneticus has trusted a fleet to you, I should be able to trust you as well." This time his bow was sincere, although brief.

((she didn't have old fart italized, so she didn't call you an old fart in her head.))

"Then you better learn how to respond to authority a bit better, 'Darth' Nova. You are under both my command and hers. The orders of the Demon Lord of the Sith are equal, if not greater, than those of the Cyborg King. At least in matters that I am concerned with. The droid fleets will be here within a month and a half," Kawaii snarled, heaving the pack on his back to the floor.

"Lady Malice, as you like to call yourself, I present you with this gift, courtesy of Nakara himself," he said, kicking the pack to the woman. "It contains a shadoweave dress and low profile armor suit to help you stay alive a tad longer on the battlefield."

~~~~~
Ritt went into the lounge, same time as usual. It was relaxation night for the pilots, successful after their first raid, and a time for celebration.
"That oughta wake those sith buggers up," Predator shouted, caught up in the noise of the moment. Each pilot spent their time differently. Ritt prefered the quiet life of a wallflower, opposite the more quiet pilots, and minding his own buisness. Though he could not see like normal people, he still liked the thought of staring otu of the window at what all there was, ocassionally flipping his gaze down through the decks and seeing what all there was going on.
"I hope we haven't poked a sleeping giant, soemthing tells me quality is going to meet quantity..."
