bwahahahahh if i hated you youd be much worse off than this, to me just like most i consider you a neutral party. As i stated i take the exams very serisouly, and due to that ill seem like a d**k but its to make sure you paid attention durring the acdemy and make sure you have a grasp of the system.

XD is that so? first roll of jins was a attempt to use the wall walking not to conceal himself, and as i was shown students cannot put points in to skills untill there genin.

hmmm? well gig you are pretty correct. students are allowed a few points (i think like 4 or 5 or so) but nothing more until they are gennin
i thought there was some problem between gig and rec. thats all.

bloodlines are allowed though. its assumed you would ahve learned to handle those before even starting the academy unless specifically stated otherwise

Kenkaru Staring skill: When you create your character you select a number depending on your character background and customization. For example if you don't plan to have an animal then there is no point in having handle animal and so on for the other skills. You might never pick more than 10 skills as a staring gennin. Move silently and hide are natural skills taught in the academy so every gennin have them by default. Academy students will start with no skill points; such skills will be taught to him in the academy. Skill points are won by training and gaining levels. Please read the Training and Levels thread for information. thats in the system forum, but if its bonous from his blood line that yeah he would have.

yea, I know. there use to be something there about giving students like 4 or 5 points for 'flavor' or basically stuff they are just naturally good at. Like some kids might be good at art or might be smarter about tactics than others, ya know, something small. But I guess it was never added.
At any rate, he would be allowed the points from his clan but only the bare minimal points. He wouldn't be allowed any additions until he graduated.

Roy- I know about the auto + skills from some clans i just didnt know he was in a clan cause he only posted a link to his when it was said to post it, so i had no clue.
