Little Jack looked over to Oomizu. "Why are you looking at me?! I was even the one who brought the water in order to help." he said pouting. There you are again. You try to help and the only thing you get for doing so is a lecture.

Hitomi, who stopped screaming when Oomizu began to heal her burn marks. Once done, she wiped her eyes quickly, breathing slowly before she looked down at the scars that were left behind. She sighed heavily to herself. It was just another thing she'd have to live with. "Thanks...Oomizu..." She whispered to the slightly younger girl with a weak smile.
" 'kay! Thanks Ed!" Rosette exclaimed as she began to run in the direction of the hospital, smiling happily. "I'll race ya!" She exclaimed as she pointed to the large, slightly crumbling building that was dead ahead. "Whoever loses buys the winner their next 3 meals!"

Oomizu sighed and frowned, turning her head to the side. "I was just telling you that unless you want to be responsible for one of your comrads dieing then I'd watch my mouth, if I were you." She then turned to Hitomi and smiled weakly. "This is only the minimal healing. I'll do a better job when we're done evacuating people and what not. I promise."
Ed shrugged and began to follow her. "Eh, no sweat. I do this kind of thing a lot. At least you aren't screaming at me to do this stuff or calling me a dog." He tilted his head when she challenged him to a race and smirked. "Hope you got a lot of money then, 'cause I eat a lot of food."

Temari came running with two twin boys, but suddenly the roof collapsed on top of them, separating her and Inuyasha. She made sure she protected the boys by covering them with her fan, gritting her teeth as she did so. She coughed as she looked around, seeing that they were stuck. "Inuyasha? Can you hear me?!" She called out, hoping for an answer.
Hitomi sighed but shook her head slowly, going over the burns with her eyes, not even daring to touch them at the moment. "No thanks Oomizu, this is enough. I don't care how I look..." She whispered with a slight laugh as she slowly forced herself to her feet, still a tad dazed at everything that had just happened.
"Heh, I'm not that cruel bub!" Rosette exclaimed as she began to race him towards the hospital, grinning the entire time as they kept at the same stride for the moment. "Ha! I'm sure you do! And no worries, It'll all be on my if you win of course!"

Oomizu smiled a little. "Still, they might hurt a little later on. It might be a good idea to make sure I healed the flesh and muscles there to prevent any kind of infection from forming. Don't need you forming gangrene, do we now?" She smiled before turning and seeing Ed and Rosette were on their way to the hospital. There would be sick and injuried people there that would need help. She turned to her mom and saw she was already making her way there as well.
Ed laughed a little. "Yeah, well, I kind of get used to it. People who work for the military don't really get the best of treatment. Heck! Al and I've even been thrown out of inns just because I'm a state alchemist." He heard something collapse and stopped, turning his head in the direction. "Did you hear that? i think a building might have just caved. Think we should check it out or keep going?"

"Okay, that building's empty," Gear muttered to himself, using Backpack to help him scan quickly. And not a moment too soon; the coils he had used were failing, the building itself collapsing. He'd have to go through the rubble later, collect everything so he wouldn't have to make more...

Temari took the crying boys into her arms and held out her fan in front of her, stepping back a ways, using it as a shield in case any debris came their way. "Okay Inuyasha! Ready!" She told him, ducking behind the fan now.
Hitomi laugh half-heartedly at Oomizu's attempt to make her feel better. She nodded towards her before she looked back to the two Jacks, the unconscious Hotstreak, the annoyed Etna, and the slightly injured Kain, nibbling on her bottom lip as she did so.
"Military? That's a dangerous profession..." Rosette stated before she skidded to a stop, hearing the same implosion as Ed. She then noticed Inuyasha beside the building, his sword already drawn. "No, Inuyasha's got it under control. We should help Lum at the hospital..." She said before she took off, laughing the entire time. "I'm gonna win~!"

Ed shrugged once more. "Eh. It's not so bad. At least I don't really have to worry about having to fight in the war like Roy had. All I do is travel around make inspections every now and then, do research. That kind of stuff..." Suddenly, the race had started and he turned to see her already running. "Uh- HEY! That's cheating! Get back here!" He ra and caught up with her in no time, passing her a little as he made his way towards the hospital. As he ran, his pant legs would go up just enough to flash the metal that made up his left leg just a little. And snce he wasn't wearing his jacket thanks to how hot it was making him, his metal arm showed with no problems, thanks to the tank top he had on.
Oomizu and Kikyo strolled and made their way to the hopital at their own pace. After all, it wasn't a good idea to try making Kikyo run in the condition she was at.

((Having major RL issues at the moment... And really cant concentrate on any RP right now. I give Miroku and Mao control of them. Just don't get them preggers... Will be back probably tomorrow. ))

Jack didn't miss the way Hitomi looked at the lot of them. "Stay here a sec," he told his younger self, walking up to her. "Hey, sorry that had to happen the way things did..." he began, rubbing the back of his neck a bit. "When I was younger, I had absolutely no brain/mouth filter at all. Hell, I'm not that much better now, but I know calling a hot head with fire powers 'pathetic' is a bad idea..."

Rosette grinned the entire time as she glanced over the blond boy who was running beside her. She then noticed something, his metal limbs especially. She blinked in slight confusion before she looked forward, barely dodging a parked vehicle as she did so. She let out a sigh of relief as she quickly caught up to him once more, now running in perfect sync with him. "Well, you shouldn't have been boasting of your so-called 'amazing' life..." She exclaimed with a grin and a giggle at him.
Lum continued to help people out of the hospital. Her flying and strength abilities, making those paralyzed to their beds and such, much easier to move. She also jump started a few life-support machines, so no one would die. She sighed as she saw those coming to help her. She waved them over before she flew back into the hospital, now sweeping through the second floor.
Hitomi shrugged lightly as she rubbed her left arm, wincing slightly from the slight pain that came from it. "Well, It's okay. I should've been more focused...I let myself get burned so therefore, I should mostly take the blame for my injuries..." She said as she looked up at the elder Jack, smiling weakly, trying to look strong for him.

Roy could barely hear the hospital from where he was but when he did, he took off running full speed. When he reached the entrance, he ran in and up to second floor almost running into Lum as he ran through. "What can I do to help?" He asked slowing down slightly.

"Hey, I know a lot about getting accidentally hurt," Jack replied, returning the small smile. "The trick is understand that it's not really your fault. Everyone gets caught off guard once in a while."
Deciding the hospital was taken care of by the others, Gear headed over towards the houses, scanning to see if there were any people still in them.
