Jack didn't know what was more embarrassing; everyone knowing he had just lost his virginity, or everyone knowing he was a virgin to begin with. What he hated most was how everyone could read him so easily... He wished he could hide everything, like Chase, and only let people see what he wanted them to see...

((I personally think this is one of the best Death Note vids: http://youtube.com/watch?v=i4ZA4_SdHJg )) Nina had been nervous with the whole fight between Jack and Vegito, but when Vegito made that comment to Jack, Nina's cheeks turned red. She looked down and away, her shy side coming out.
Yuta noticed Nina, and just walked up to her, using her shoulder for an arm rest, interested in the pink capsule.

Jack turned to look at Nina, pocketing the capsule Vegito had given him, hoping he'd never have to use it. Seeing Yuta leaning on her like that made him feel a twinge of... of... a negative emotion that he couldn't quite place, just yet. So, he walked over and pulled her a bit away from him into a hug. "I... I'm sorry if I ever made you mad, or... or sad, before..." Jack told her, quietly. Chase allowed it, thinking that it would help calm the boy down and get the group on the move, again.

When Jack pulled Nina away from under his arm, Yuta smirked a little, figuring out future ways to mess with the guy.
Nina hugged Jack back, it seemed to be the only reply needed.

"An'... I'm sorry for anythin' I might do in the future to upset you... I don't want to, I won't mean it, I just want to make you happy..." Jack really couldn't help it, he felt so uneasy about the very idea of hurting Nina in any way. He was sure that he shouldn't be this scared of the idea, but... He had always screwed everything up, before... Everyone he had ever known had left him at one point or another...

Nina giggled a little and looked up at Jack, "I know, Jack, don't worry, Nina'll always be here, no matter what," she said with a bubbly smile.

Jack smiled, almost instantly feeling better. There was some nagging thought in the back of his head, as if he were forgetting something, but he just brushed it off as paranoia. "An' I'll always be here for you, too... Whether you like it or not," he added, with a bit of a chuckle. Of course, that wasn't entirely true; if Nina told him to leave her alone, well... He wouldn't like it, but he would...
