Kai's form was now allowed to be seen..he'd come back a little bit ago, but hid himself in a reflection shield to be 'invisible' while those others were there...he didn't like fights with multiple foes..not in this world anyway. Too many gifted humans that he actually had to pay attention too if he didn't want to lose a limb or something....plus he had precious cargo with him. Ryosuke seemed busy with some ninja guy called Edge...it looked like there was another scientist with Jack..said something about clones. Ignoring that for now as he went over to some free space..(some assistant's work area) and set up a specially made pedestal before releasing the magic he was using to carry Noctis' crystal right on it.
Kai grinned and began attaching wires to it so he could get energy reading from it once more...this time he didn't have to use it as a makeshift battery though so it was purely for information. If he knew how it worked, then he could harness it for himself..or so he hoped. A thought struck him after a moment.. he glanced at the woman in the chamber for a second before glancing at the other in the room. "Has Noctis returned yet?"

Shifts between the opposing strengths of Paladin and Dark Knight.  "Stay back. This is a fight for me, and me alone." Cecil had soon enough lost sight of Tidus, so, he wasn't sure where he was anymore, and frankly right now he wasn't too concerned, Tidus could handle himself after all... He soon came upon the rather large ShinRa Building, pretty much dashing, which was rather quick for the armor he had on! Soon, a group of infantrymen rushed out, baring guns "Don't let him thro-" Soon, before they could even ready their guns fully they met a rather quick end at his Holy Blade, making them fall, and Cecil would see their were a few other bodies there as well! Most likely Tidus' work... "If you must come stay behind me!" he shouted back to Edward, not really in the mood to stand and discuss this, not when Rosa could be in danger... He looked to the strange contraption that Rosa had started to go for when they were here last, a SOLDIER soon came from it, and swung toward Cecil, who quite effortlessly knocked his blade away, and pushed him into the elevator! Cecil followed "Now! Take me to where they are taking the Avalanche members and do it now!' the SOLDIER hesitantly did so, and the elevator would soon start for that floor, if Edward made it great! If not, he'd have to go wait outside because Cecil would not slow down! "It's because I have friends that I can fight!"

Ryosuke turned away a moment from the women, glancing toward the other scientist, Kai. That was a thought he had also wondered himself. "My guess is they captured him, or somehow broke the spell on him. I haven't seen him, nor have any of the people I sent to search for him. Any luck with that?" He grinned, before returning his attention to the women, she seemed to be dazed and confused. So, he simply tested that. "You. State you're name please.." He asked,rather kindly at that. " I will release you from this room though I have to know you are alright, first.." A heavy sigh escaped the blue-haired one. "...This is the last time we take this one in. It's him again. Kai, you may wish to take cover. "

Even Yes this is the reaction I intended..... Even grinned to the men, the other scientists and walked up to the man called edge "would you mind supplying me a DNA sample for my research?" he had full intention of aquiring many samples to create several clones of them, but first he needed decent Gentic material Edge looked to the man and tilted his head ""a DNA sample....i dont see why not" he then plucked a hair from his head and gave it to the sceintist then looked to rosa "what is she talkinging about" soon a stinging pain could be felt in his head lightly like something was coming to him Jack grinned, he had gained an idea to help even with his work and use his own findings to both of their advantages "Well now i must be off to finish the final form of the stigma, it has a bright future for a certian blonde man" he said and walked off whistling his song of death....the hearts darkness is truely powerfull!

Kai didn't particularly like that bit of info...he could feel that his spell was still intact, though he'd also felt someone was trying to break it. "...captured is my guess..otherwise he'd come here either way. I'll have to move onto my next plan right away then.." he sighed out. His next plan was a bit of a chance thing...unsure if what he was making in his specially tinted stasis tube would gain the crystals power or not, it didn't matter that much since he'd just keep making more till one bonded with the crystal like Noctis does.
Shrugging at Ryosuke's warning came next, "I've no need to run or hide..my injuries have healed. That guy may be strong, but he is just a human..."

Edward had followed after Cecil when he charged in to the most strangest building he'd ever seen. Actually. this whole city was completely strange! They were awfully bright too. He had fallen behind just a tad so he was unable to get into the elevator in time, but as it came back up, he slowly took a step into it when the doors open, cautious in doing so.The doors remained open for a moment longer, giving Lea enough time to get inside as well. Then, he just kinda stared at it...not knowing what to do to the softly glowing buttons! . (( Lol. ))

It was then that the elevator would open, Cecil glancing to the SOLDIER "my thanks, and as promised I shall not take your life now" He said, before stepping out of the elevator, blade in hand and his eyes would narrow to Ryosuke "Step away from my wife you wretch" He said angrily! "That goes for all of you, including you if you've switched sides, Edge..." He said, his eyes then going to his wife, "Are you alright, Rosa?"
(Technically he's half human and half moon man XD and gr, that sucks Aerith x.x)

Once everything was hooked up Kai was typing away without bothering to sit....he continued even when Ryosuke asked of his plans, about to answer when the 'guests' they were expecting finally arrived. Kai finally turned away from his computer to watch the scene, a grin settled on his face....he quietly set up a strong barrier around the crystal just in case.
(( whee, brain fart.......~blames my 'fun time' recoloring a crystal I found for Noctis))
