• Double Sword Technique
With intensive training, the user of the style can learn to wield two blades instead of just one. This can only be done with katana or smaller weapons. When using two blades, the effectiveness of the user can double or even triple under the right circumstances.
• Double Shimmering Path:
The practitioner throws two swords at once at high speeds at the opponent.
• Tobidōgu (Flying Tools):
This jutsu allows the practioner to store their swords in a summoning scroll and summon them whenever they want. The practioner is taught how to summon hundreds of blades and make them rein upon the battlefield. If the opponent is not careful enough, he can be skewered to pieces from the initial summoning.
• Three Shimmering Paths:
Using it, the practioner grabs onto three of his swords and throws them onto the ground creating a path. Then running along these swords the swordsman grabs onto a fourth one and uses it to directly attack the opponent at high speeds, using the hilt of each sword to push himself for more momentum.
Abilities:
Stage One - In the first stage of the style, the practioner does nothing but train his body by wearing weighted armlets and leg weights. The user trains by simply moving constantly and training sessions look almost like boxing matches, with the user having to constantly move around and dodge the trainer.
Stage Two - The user is taught how to keep momentum up, and how to move one move into another. This allows for stronger blows and more fluid movements. The user also learns how to constantly circle an opponent, keeping him on guard constantly.
Stage Three - By the end of the training, the practitioner feels bit more ease, capable of inflicting more damage and implementing more speed and strength. However, the user isn't at a level yet where he is extremely dangerous to anyone except a lower level taijutsu user or a genin without taijutsu training.
Stage Four - Balance, Accuracy, and Duel Wielding.
Stage Five - At this stage, the user must seek out a Blacksmith to create hundreds of swords for him to use and seal them in a scroll. The user is taught the summoning weapons technique in order to summon the swords unto the battlefield. After this is done, the practitioner is now taught how to use several swords at once. Using Leaf Taijutsu, the practitioner can grab swords with their toes and use their feet to wield blades as well. ----------------------------------------------------------------

---------------------------------------------------------------- Talent Description: Shikaku has a much higher than normal affinity for the Henge jutsu, being able to perfectly mimic any target after studying them for a short while. Furthermore, his affinity for the jutsu allows him to utilize advanced versions of the technique that are not normally possible, such as a solid transformation, or altering his chakra color to match that of the target. These advanced versions must still be created applied for and learned as custom jutsu.
For Shikaku, it is possible to learn a new form in much the same way as other ninja learn new jutsu, dedicating several posts to learning and perfecting the form. (This takes the same number of posts as learning a D ranked jutsu.) The more posts spent studying the target, the better he is able to mimic them. One post is enough to learn the form, but beyond that any further learning is determined by the actions of the target themselves. If they display a lot of their mannerisms, he will learn a lot. If they do nothing, he will learn nothing, except perhaps that they do very little.
When using Henge, instead of the normal duration, Shikaku is able to make the jutsu last for up to ten posts, double the normal length, and furthermore, by paying the full cost of the jutsu again, he is able to reset it without having it dismiss and need to be replaced as normal. This essentially allows for a perpetual henge so long as he has chakra to sustain it.
Talent Sacrifice: Shikaku has no elemental affinity, and is unable to learn jutsu of that type as a result. Learning jutsu outside of his specialty (That being Henge) is nearly impossible. He can only learn two new jutsu per rank outside of Henge variations, and it takes one rank higher's post count to do so. This means that at genin he can learn two jutsu, and at chuunin he can learn two more. These can be from any rank, so long as they are at or below his own. He cannot learn from higher ranks. The jutsu he can learn can be from any universal/non-elemental category. Universal Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Sealing, or Medical.
Taijutsu is mostly unaffected by this talent, though he can only learn one style.
How it happened: As an academy student, Shikaku always excelled in the stealth based lessons, even doing so well that the teachers taught him an extra jutsu normally left out of the basic lessons. That being the cloak of invisibility. However, in other areas, he was a complete failure. He was not very strong, and even the weakest child in his class easily beat him up. He learned, eventually, to be fast, as children, often being cruel, loved to chase him and pick on him. In ninjutsu, he completely failed. Being ostracized by the children his own age, he learned to watch, instead of participating, something which only drove his grades in stealth higher as he grew more skilled at reading details. Eventually, desiring to be welcome in his age group, he tried transforming himself into other children, and grew more skilled in pretending to be them, which again, pushed his grades higher. Eventually, due to his grades in stealth he was just barely able to pass the academy despite almost all of his other scores being abysmal. The only area he would be allowed to practice in would be spying, and perhaps, assassination, if he increased his fighting skills.

Background
Koga was born to Endou and Haru Inuzuka. When Koga became one years old, he was given his very own ninken named Inuyasha. The small cub was blue and white, with a tad bit of yellow. It also had a sash around it which seemed to hold a blank scroll within it. Growing up both he and Inuyasha became the best of friends. Nearly inseparable. At the age of 4 Koga and Inuyasha would take baths together. Which many found creepy, but many of the Inuzuka Clan saw it as completely normal. However what scared the heck out of Koga was the fact that Inuyasha could speak. Upon entering the ninja academy with Inuyasha resting on his shoulder, Koga was speaking with one of his friends when Inuyasha barked happily at the sight of new people for the first time.
As there years in the academy progressed Koga and Inuyasha's relationship became stronger and stronger by the day. Not only that, but they learned more jutsu with each others help as well. Koga himself was a gifted Inuzuka because of his great nose which could out smell most ninja hound. However, Koga's dream was to become the village's Hokage. They were great political figures of the village capable of tremendous jutsu.

Please specify what ability your ability type is enhancing. Simply add it to the name of the type, like so: Ability: Fuuton:, Ability: Inuzuka:, and so on, with whatever ability you're enhancing. You can also specify a specific jutsu if you want, but that's more for if you're wanting to limit yourself, and gives no extra benefit.
Other than that, one minor issue. Your village is Kirigakure, but you want to be the Hokage? I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're one of those who has made the unfortunate mistake of assuming every village has a Hokage. This is false, as each has their own kage, with a unique title. In Kirigakure, that is Mizukage.
