One more time, the pokeball zips back to its owner's hand- and Hattia is left without a companion. Muttering something profane and inappropriate under her breath, she is about to turn away but a bright yellow color, something moving, catches her eyes.
Turning towards the trees where the flock is settled, Hattia finds herself watching a rare, yellow Swablu. Her eyes sparkle with the anticipated delight she'll feel if she manages to catch such a rare specimen. As a breeder, pokemon like that would be the prize of her party.
She tosses her ball hard and fast, one more time, towards the top of the tries and the ultimate prize.
POKEBALL GO!!

Ezekiel felt like he had more of a yo-yo then a pokeball as the missing coffee cover thing came right back to him, thought still empty. He sighed and once again tried to throw the thing away.
"Perhaps the hat has been made into a nest by now..."

LP Jamais chuckled "Yeah well answer what you can and smile and nod at the rest is my motto." She gave a wink, "I figured you were but this is about the first time I've had a chance to converse with people."
She watched as only feathers came out... "Odd...." She got up for a second to open her tool box for something, a small propane tank with a torch on it. When she sat back down something had grabbed her bag... "Hey now wait a minute...." She looked around, and her toast was gone too.
"What's stealing our stuff!?"
She'd completely missed that people were throwing pokeballs at some feathered culprit.  The ball bounced back again. "These damned Swablu, that's what! Filthy pilfering nuisances!" She snarled as she threw her Pokeball again. She'd hit the last one on the head - maybe she'd hit again this time.
Wait, why does that shiny one look sad? s**t, hope this one doesn't have an owner already, too!

  It seemed like she missed that one. Kaskia got up to start packing herself, when she notice a shiny Swablu. Maybe... POKEBALL GO!!

Woah - a yellow Swablu? That was so cool. Nina grabbed the Pokeball that had returned to her and threw it at the Swablu. POKEBALL GO!!

 So far unsuccessful in his search for his violin, and deeply frustrated, Robin glared up at the yellow Swablu looking down at them. "Why do you look so sad? We didn't steal your most precious possessions!" He wondered if it was worth climbing the tree and risking a broken neck. Probably not.
Glancing back, he caught a glimpse of his rental Onix. Aha, she was tall enough to reach the stolen items!

"I hope not! I might have to climb the tree to check." Alexa replied seeing the shiny, "Oh! Wow! Good luck on catching it!" She looked down at Apolla and then the pokeball. Oh no! Vincent was going to freak when he saw the new addition to the team. He loved birds. "Oh great...."

[ OOC Note: Fffff! So happy to have won a Swablu. ; 3; <333 They are one of my favorite pokemon. Congrats to all the other winners, too! ]
Miriam blinked in surprise when the Swablu was caught in her pokeball. Well...she certainly wasn't expecting that! Fubuki blinked in surprise as well. Another bird pokemon? The ranger couldn't be keeping it, could she? "No worries, Fubuki," she told the Delibird as she scooped up the newly acquired pokemon. "You're the only flying type in my team."

"Mmm, good plan." she said, not really noticing the mock in his voice. She grabbed a water bottle and shoved a chewy bar in her mouth to keep from embarrassing herself further.
Casanova just watched as the Swablu got pelted with pokeballs. That didn't look too fun. he was thankful he never had to go through THAT.
