As such, you must take a companion, which of course will be LT. This will of course be after the problem in Kiri country is dealt with. And before you voice any objections LT, let me remind you of your rather....unexplained absence. Your position both in the hierarchy of our village and within our clans is the only reason I have not investigated your absence. Not to mention that as much as I'd hate to admit it, I fear your men are too loyal to do what would need to be done in the event anything wrong happened. But in any case, that is your task."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist LT knew his absence did more than disturb Luo, in-fact it mostly pissed him off more then he could imagine. Yet, Luo even for his age was a level headed and brilliant prodigy of the mist. Therefore Luo knew that he needed LT now rather than punish the ANBU captain. LT bowed his head and nodded, "So you want me to deal with the problem in the country side, how do you wish for me to approach that matter?" LT asked humbly. LT smiled and nodded his head again at Sayuri, for the chance of visiting another country was more likely than not a fun time. Perhaps a little vacation, but none the less his focus was on the job at hand.

Raising both hands to the sides of her head, she massaged her temples with strong fingers as her right hand shot out to collect her blade once more. Moving as quickly as her body would allow, she crossed the office and, not noticing the other boy in the room, threw her arms around Luo-dono in a hug. Physical contact was not Sayuri’s forte, but she figured that she could make an exception here. Straightening up, she bowed and turned to the ANBU captain seated to Luo’s side. Her fingers closed around the collar of his shirt as Sayuri hauled Tares to his feet and proceeded to drag the Jonin Commander out of the office.
“If the problem in Water Country needs to be remedied before I can go, then remedied it shall be.” Her voice faded as Sayuri dragged Tares from the Tower, destined for Water Country."That's the whole point."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist LT was severely taken aback as Sayuri ran across the room to give the Mizukage a hug, But LT was even more taken aback when Luo didn't cut her down where she stood when she hugged him. Luo was the kinda who didnt fancy being touched unless combat required it. LT could count on one hand the amount of times he had physical contact with the Mizukage, and LT knew him for almost half his life. The sudden force from the back collar of his flak vest made LT yelp as he was dragged out of the office, "Ill check back in before we leave the country Mizukage!" LT uttered weakly as his heels were dragged along the floor. At this point there was nothing LT could do, so he just folded his arms and waited for the driver of the 'band' wagon to pull over.

At first, Luo seemed to ponder whether or not to tug on his blade, wondering if there was an attack on his hands. However, he caught a glimpse of the girl's face. The smile wasn't menacing in the least, in fact it was quite child like; an oddity for Luo to see in the girl. He had assumed at first that she was rushing forward to bow quickly or even reach for some sort of handshake that Luo would reluctantly give. Instead, Luo was caught off guard with a hug.
It was no secret that Luo didn't necessarily like to be touched, at least not a secret to those who've tried. He believed things of that nature to be best kept to family members, and even then it was something Luo never really cared for save from his mother. As his lungs forced him to let out an audible "Oof" at the physical shock of Sayuri's hands grasping his sides, his eyes went from suddenly widened, to as dim and well rested as before. He let out a soft sigh as if relinquishing all movement and allowing the action to proceed without interference. And as they left, Luo sat drafting a few things up as he muttered to himself, "I wonder where the squads from the other villages are?"

Continuing to fly along its direct course towards the Mizukage's Tower, the messanger hawk flapped its wings a few more times to increased its pace as soon as the Mizukage's Tower was spotted in sight. Landing by the window, the hawk perched itself on the ledge and began tapping on the window to signal it's arrival. Attacted to its leg was a letter sealed with wax marked with the seal of the Pinpoint clan.

With all the words exchanged, the most surprising thing was the Mizukage winking at her. He face, at that moment, instantly became red down to her collar bone. 'D-D-D-Did h-he..' she argued, and stuttered, even in her mind.
After everything was said and done, Tsukiakari stood there, waiting for the Mizukage to say something, since a bird has just come into the window. Odd, but oh well. 'I wonder what that could be about..?' There could be many possibilities. Oh well, she re-focused her mind from the bird, back to the Mizukage.

A large flock of papers blow in from the window of the Mizukage's office as they spin around and combine. The form of a man is seen standing before the Mizukage. It was Shaoran, returning again from another exploration mission to one of the neighboring villages.

Wrapping it back up, the wind seemed to stir for a moment in his room, playing with his hair as it blew forward for a moment before paper flew in and formed into Shaoran. Nodding as he pocketed the scroll, he tossed Shaoran the latest shinobi report. "It is good that you have Shaoran. In that scroll are the details of the current problem we're having in Kiri country. We're receiving aid from other villages as we speak, but for now I want you to meet up with Sayuri and LT. I just sent them out there to help deal with the situation. I trust the mission you just completed went well?"
Awaiting a response, Luo's mind pondered upon the squad list he had just received. "Zin Naga huh? I remember that boy from the chuunin exams. He was the snake charmer who seemed more than perturbed to learn that Yamatano was a current snake summoner." He didn't particularly like the look in the boy's eyes once he learned of Yama's accomplishment. He saw plain as day the malice behind his intent displayed on all the screens that day. He would have to remember to watch Zin's movements very carefully while he was within his village.

"Yes, we have improved relations with the islands to the south after succesfully leading a full rebellion against the local corsairs in the area. Trade with the south and with the Mist Village can resume peacefully. Anyways, I will be on my way to assist the two."
Shaoran's body breaks into hundreds of pieces of paper as they blow out the window and to his mission objective.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Zin entered the Mizukage building as after the child evaluated the village. Not only just collecting visual data to log into his brain but more to simply just look at some of the architecture that laid about the place. His slitted hues stopped when there was a woman who patiently yet rather defensively stepped in front of the boy and his snakes. Halting them from entering too deep into the building but doing it in a manner that it wouldn't be 'offensive.' " By the look of your head band on your neck, you must be the squad that was sent to help us out with our little problem correct?" She asked, as Zin didn't answer at first. He was still looking about the place, getting a little site seeing in before nodding,"Yes... Could you please direct me to the Mizukage?" Zin asked as the lady nodded and took Zin into the building. Passing multiple guards of various ranks as he rose higher and higher into the rather large establishment. They stopped at the plateau of the stairs but he noticed,another guarded set of stairs that seemed led to a more private place. He was curious but restricted himself from posing a question. He merely wanted to hurry vanquish these monsters, retrieve their DNA and get back to training for his take over. The faster he did his job, kept the Genin safe and returned, the faster Zin will retain his promise land."Xie Xie!!" Zin said brightly in thanks as Nagi and Hitan gave their graces before Zin moved to the only door he found on that floor. Putting on his mask of politeness, Zin rapped on the door lightly as he spoke,"Mizukage-sama... The Squad you have sent from Konoha is here to help with the situation. May I come in?" Zin questioned as Nagi and Hitan began to do what they usually do when in new environs; flick out their milky white and jet black tongues constantly out to collect scents of the various people within the vicinity for... emergency purposes.

In reality Kiri was not leading a rebellion, so much as dealing with one on Nagi island. After the chuunin exams, rogue ship laborers who came originally in order to transfer genin and sensei's from the five great villages to the island for the exams, never went back to their places of origin. They in fact banded together and attempted to usurp a position of power on the two part island. They were close to successfully taking over Nagi south which was the smaller of the two islands, and were in fact beginning to amass a rag-tag guerrilla army in preparation for attacking the North.
As they gained surprising power and numbers on the Southern island, all export trade was halted so that their older and larger sister village Kirigakure could not be alerted to what was going on too quickly. And since import was handled on the North island and export on the South, keeping import trade in tact really gave no reason for the Kiri traders who frequented the North shore to raise any suspicion about what was taking place further South. However, Luo became suspicious. He had a simple supply of building tools that was imported from the South island weekly. Since the shipment had never been late in the past, it irked Luo that it didn't show up for two weeks straight. Furthermore, he was not alerted about this error by anyone on the island of any authority. Most people would simply overlook the issue and chock it up to a shipping error and simply resend the request along with possibly a strongly worded letter. As most people knew however, Luo was no ordinary person.
Sending a simple team of two jounin and one chuunin, the real cause of the shipping delays was found on the southern island while they were undercover. While the chuunin sent his animal partner back to Luo with the news of what they found and what they planned to do, Luo could do next to nothing but allow them to proceed and take down the rebellion ring before it reached the North island of Nagi. Sending a squad headed up by a chuunin with three genin to the entrance harbor of the North island in order to cut off any smaller resurgences of the rebellion from reaching the North island in order to find places to hide, or to start the rebellion on that island early. As :Luo figured, as headstrong as Shaoran was he could gather that the jounin would take the rebellion head on, as opposed to taking the espionage route and simply gathering information before assassinating people. But as Luo was well aware, that was not Shaoran's style. In fact, it probably took convincing on his teammate's parts to get him to at least wait until Luo received a message from them before they went on the offensive. But, it seemed as if everything went well despite the man's unorthodox way of going about things. The shipment arrived on time yesterday, and everyone involved in the rebellion was either incarcerated on Nagi Island, or killed.
Sighing once as he motioned for Tsukiakari to approach his desk and sit on one of the silk seating pillows before him, Luo wondered how Kaizen and Yamatano were fairing in water country. He knew the boys could handle their own, but it was the academy students Kaizen was supposed to be training that Luo worried about the most. Kiri seemed to have a habit of making quick work of young shinobi. He could only hope that they were fairing well out there with Kaizen and Yamatano as their protectors.
As Luo's acute ears picked up Mrs. Kanai's voice and her heels as she walked up his stairs, Luo's eyes under the veil of his wide-brimmed hat wondered just who his secretary could be guiding up to his office. However, as the young Naga's voice rose from the light rapping of a small fist against his oak door, it was quite evident who was in his tower and why. Raising an index finger as if to say 'one moment' to Tsukiakari, Luo looked towards the door and muttered in his normal muttered yet audible tone, "Come in."

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Zin heard a quiet yet still audible admittance into the room. He looked to Nagi and Hitan who were thinking the same thing. He wondered if possibly the boy had arrived at a wrong moment in time as it wasn't the usual up-beat or enthusiastic entry that usual Kage's would do. But, Zin remember this man... this 'Luo.' He was a good friend of Zin's 'brother' Matsuya. Though Zin didn't know the man personally other than see him briefly during his Chuunin Exam attend to Yamatano. Zin only knew some of the stories that Matsuya told about the man; needless to say, Zin gained respect for the man through Matsuya. He seemed powerful, held a prestigious village that may have upheld Zin's blood-lust, and went through things back in the 'harder' shinobi periods that would've killed many of the shinobi of today. Hissing softly to his serpents, he waited for them to nod before raising his sleeved hand to grasp the door knob and slowly pushed open the oak door.
Stepping forwards, Zin kept his eyes locked forwards as Nagi and Hitan looked around but stayed behind the boy and at his heels. Dressed somewhat similar to what he was in the Chuunin Exams. Overly large black and red kimono that hid his hands, and a Hakuda-styled pants that as usual hid his small feet. Amaterasu's pearl coating gleamed brightly despite his owners darkened colors, while the Blue mask that the child acquired during the Chuunin Exams kept just as proudly upon the side of his face. Through his peripheral, the child noticed a girl on the sitting in a chair seeming to wait for the Mizukage's attention as well. Wanting to be quick about this meeting so he didn't interfere too long Zin gave a bow, but his slitted eyes stayed locked on and focused on that Mizukage hat,"Ni Hao, Mizukage-sama. I am Zin Tojiro of Konoha." Zin rose back up and pulled those jet black strands that fell into his face after the bow back behind his ear before continuing,"We are here to assess the situation that you requested."Zin chose his words carefully, just in case the girl wasn't to know anything about what Kiri was having to face,"And excuse my squad's lateness. They are... an interesting bunch." The boy said, once more choosing his words carefully before continuing," But I am confident that I can go ahead and enter the situation until they arrive. If... that is indeed your will, of course." Zin made sure to add as he kept choosing his words carefully. Not wanting to act in the manner that he truly wished to. Rather hating to act like a he was below the power he truly was... but hopefully... just hopefully... this mission will become successful. Of course he'd attempt to made Kiri safe from these pitiful abominations, but he needed to complete his mission first. This opportunity that was presented into the Naga prince truly was only once in a life time deal.
