Gregar828 Cobra took a high chakra level because lance told him to, even though I'm not sure how thats possible.
...if you look at the math, Konaga actually match the majority of the Bijuu's chakra levels. They essentially double the average chakra value of a ninja (So for Genin, 25 pts--> 50 pts). That is essentially a +10/10 chakra points value (or higher based on the round down rule).
So, we decided that 'High' chakra was appropriate for Konaga Clan Members.

Metaphorically Insane I find it funny how you guys completely overlooked the fact that Iwagakure is labeled as full, yet still accepted Lily. >->;; it would seem the villages need to be updated. because i chose a village i saw was open and im told it was closed and i have to pick from 2 remaining villages and the one i picked is closed. I hope this gets cleared up and soon haha i've been like frantically waiting acception so i can get started hahaha.

Anyone else, just repost, and NO OOC@Hibana:  @Calypso: If I allow you to be half cat, that automatically gives you stuff like heightened senses, night vision, unbelievable dexterity, etc. You may not be half cat.
