When Moya broke out in a cold sweat Nik sat up against the pillows and pulled her against him, holding her close and rubbing her arms. "Wake up Moya. Wake up."

Moya's eyes shot open and she looked around. She looked at Nik and then Shilo. She gently picked shilo up and held her close, tears streaming down her face. "Thank god it was just a dream."

Holding her tighter he kissed her head, rubbing arm lightly as she held Shilo. "What was it about?" He wanted to know how to help her, how to get rid of her fears. How to calm her if need be, especially if he talked to her about having another baby.

"Someone took Shilo. She was older though, she looked about 4. They put her in a cage like me, but with a little boy. I couldn't see his face but he was so scared, and seeing Shilo made him calm a little, like he had seen her before. They were in the cage together, huddled and afraid." She looked at Shilo and gently ran her hand through her fur. "I don't know where the dream came from."

Nik had a bad feeling about where the little boy came from. And he also had a feeling she wouldn't be up to it now. "Moya...I actually wanted to talk to you...about having another baby." And from the description of her nightmare, it was possible that was already happening.

Moya slowly turned her head to Nik and looked up at him, her hand shooting to her stomach. "Lets let Shilo grow up just a little bit more before we do that." Moya's eyes sparkled a little, completely loving the idea but she did want Shilo a little older first, which wouldn't take very long. She looked over at the clock that had the date on it, and then looking up at Nik again. She was worried about the same thing too, but at the same time she didn't feel it. "If I don't bleed in 2 weeks, we will go see the doctor."

Nodding he hugged her again, kissing both of their heads before pulling away and standing, stretching. "Well, what should we do today? I'm at a loss."

Shilo wiggled out of Moya's arm and jumped off the bed, going into her room. She came back with a few toys dragging behind her in a blanket. She got it to the middle of their floor and then sat down, wagging her tail happily.

Seeing Shilo with all her toys made him smile, crawling out of bed and playing with her. He felt like reverting to his inner child for awhile, back when there was no stress.

Moya smiled and crawled over so she was on Nik's side of the bed, watching them while she pondered about another child. She had different jenetics now, so she wondered what the baby would be.
Shilo played back, pulling toys out of his hand and building things with them. She ran back into her room for a moment before bringing back her chewing ring so he would go put it back in the freezer.

Smiling he took the ring, standing up. "Fine then, let mommy play." Cracking his back he went downstairs, putting the ring in the freezer and pulling out a new one, going back upstairs and handing it to Shilo.

Moya had crawled down onto the floor by the time Nik came back, playing a small game of tug-a-war with Shilo.
When her dad came back Shilo let go of the rope and shifted back, taking the ring and stuffing it in her mouth. She played with the toys with one hand, smiling once Moya got into it a little better.

The sight of the both of them tug-a-waring and playing made Nik grin even more, sitting on the bed and watching them. The two of them were amazing to him, and Nik really wondered now how Shilo would do with a sibling. They'd basically spoiled her the last week, if she had a sibling, would she take to it easily? Or would she turn against them?

Shilo pulled and tugged until she got the rope out of her mom's hand and ran under the bed with it. She stuck her nose from under the bed and growled playfully.
Moya laughed and crawled over to the bed, going after her.
((Two week time skip))
Moya woke up with a sickening feeling and shot to the bathroom, closing the door behind her and puking in the toilet.
Shilo had been sleeping on their bed when Moya jumped up. She followed until the door was closed in her face and so she sat there. By now she was able to crawl around really well in her human form and she had a couple teeth now.

Feeling Moya and Shilo jump off the bed made Nik shoot up and into conciousness, staring at the bathroom door as it closed. There was a sense of deja vu with it and he knew immediately what it was as he got out of bed, going over to the door and picking Shilo up in his arms. He had a feeling for the last few days, but now he was sure of it. "You ok?"
