I'm not sure if they've started a new game since last night. I had a long day and I feel like hell, so talking to people who don't know me very well is like... eh... too hard. gonk
Gaia finally got me to buy their dumb animated items. Boo! I'm a ghost.

They're better than the others, but I still think they're overpriced.
New game started on page 111.

Oh good, I was wondering. Thanks.
I really like the fall one. I should get it. It's not overpriced and it will go up from there....I think?

Yeah, I like these animated items too - although I haven't gone and tried them on yet to really make up my mind, since I know I wouldn't keep them charged, so I'd have to like them enough still as well.

I think that they are epic.
If I wasn't going out of my way to keep the Forteanagoria wings pose, I would SO use this to pull off a badass Blair Witch Project costume!

You should do that, Xan. That'd be a great Halloween costume!

I would love to... but I think the wings would be out of place. And if I take 'em off, I have to wait until the it finishes evolving in order to get them back, or buy another one from a newer generation...
Hmm, there may be a way, through layering, that I could pull it off, though. I'll have to look into this...

So... uh... Does anybody know if the 3D version of Kung Fu Panda is any good? I'm probably going to go see it Sunday, and I want to know which version to go to. I went to see Thor in 3D because our theatre only JUST NOW got RealD installed and I was excited to see my first 3D movie since the 80's. But it looked more blurry than 3D. Too bad I didn't check out the comic sites saying the same thing before going, because it probably would have looked better in plain old HD.
Buuuuuuuuuut... I cannot find anything on the actual quality of the 3D for Kung Fu Panda. Just tons of articles about the "3D backlash" and how a little less than 50% of ticket sales were for 3D. So... anybody have a clue?

Unless you happen to be one of the type of people that can't see 3D well, go see it 3D. For one, CGI movies are the best format for 3D rendering. (Tangled = ******** amazing.) Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks don't skimp on production of 3D CGI.
For another... Thor 3D was crap because it wasn't filmed in 3D.
List of 3D Films: Any time I consider seeing a movie in 3D I check wikipedia. If a movie was filmed in 2D and then 'converted to 3D during post-production', the effects will be crap.
If a live-action movie is filmed using the Fusion Camera System, then by all means, go go go.
It makes me sad, though, as I was thinking that 3D would be a great way to see the final Harry Potter. Then I saw that it was a post-production deal.

Lolwhut? They filmed freaking Spy Kids in Fusion, but all of the Marvel superhero movies are post-production? Does not compute. And hey! Dark Crystal sequel! I'd be more excited, but the Return to the Labyrinth manga kinda sucked a**.
