Taya quickly lept out of the shield and the ghost in her said "go find help!" as Taya left, Nali let the shield down and jumped to attack Kisume. she was intent tori hit one of his chakura points.

Deidara sighed, knowing that Gaara and his companions would be sealed for quite some time. "Oh well, it was fun while it lasted," he said to himself. "Jiro, we're going to see Kisame, un." Jiro nodded and the two took off into the skies in Kisame's direction.
As they drew near, Deidara and Jiro found Kisame still in the heat of battle with the two young ninja. They remained on the giant clay bird, watching for an opening, but more importantly, finding a battle plan. It suddenly hit Deidara and he reached into his clay pouches. Moments later, he removed a pair of tiny clay sharks. "Kisame should enjoy these," he said to himself, dropping them from the sky and into the water. As soon as the hit the water, they grew into enormous sharks, unnaturally sized.

Kisame sliced the Water Whirlwind towards Nali, unless she pulled back, Nali would be hit from the water blast. Kisame stopped the whirl wind for an odd reason and left himself open for attack. He had a plan, but Deidara interupted it. Kisame let out a sigh and let the sharks do the work now.

Nali had seen the sharks and in the cover of water splashing around her, she made two shadow clones. she and one of them had jumped into the water and were going after the shark, while the second clone attacked Kisume directly.
Taya ran to the few blocks around the theater and she saw Neji Naomi, Gaara and Shikamaru, she halted, thinking a chunin like herself, an anbu, the Kazakage and a jonin? that could mean trouble for anyone on their bad sides Neji looked at Taya and said "do any of you know her?"

Naomi woke up to answer the question, "we were in a class together a LLOONNGG time ago." she fell back asleep
"she really needs a med-nin."

Taya looked at Neji Gaara and Shikamaru and said "my sensei is having some trouble with one of those Akatsuki guys!" she hoped she didn't sound stupid Neji looked at her and asked "whom is your sensei?"

"how many of us are actually prepared for battle? Naomi is in no shape to fight, we should get her to the hospital, it doesn't seem like Shikamaru has any weapons on him. we should find more people before rushing into a fight." Gaara stated, after becoming his Village's Kage he started to think of the long term effects of things

he sighed and said "yea im out of Kunai and my chakra is almost all gone. im sorry but Gaara would probably be the only one who could help you and we cant have him go since hes one of their targets."

Shiro thoguht this would be the time and presented himself from the shadows to the group, focusing on Shikamau. Shiro held out his pack, still full of kunai since he hadn't used any. "Here, take them. Lady Tsunade sent me." Shiro had to be discrete, he didn't really interact with anyone unless it was neccesary.
Kisame grabbed her hand, which was just inches away from her target. Kisame was disspaointed, he wanted the real one to attack him. Kisame raised his Samehada and sent a strike to the clone, she had time to escape if she pulled back.

the real Nali popped out of the wa6ter behind him and the clone at his right. they both struck at the same time. she still had the spirit's Byakugon activated
Neji looked at Shiro, and reached for his kunai pack "i haven't seen you around, so i don't think Lady Tsunade sent you"

Shiro turned slightly to Neji and dropped the pack in his hand. "I'm a Leaf Shinobi, she sent me. I was snet to investigate the theater, I stayed out of the way though." Shiro stepped back and prepared to leave. "Anything else you need?"
"Water Style: Water Prison Jutsu." Kisame held out his hand and a water blocked Nali's path and started to form over her. Kisame used Samehada to strike at the clone. They both could dodge, but they would have to pull back.

Nali's clone moved away, but Nali got caught in the water prison. the clone stood in front of Kisume about five feet away

"Seems I'm at the disadvatage and so are you. I can't move from this spot or perform any Jutsus while holding you, but I still have one hand free to strike at the clone with Samehada. I can't kill you while your in the prison as well, so how shall we do this then?"

Deidara smirked. "I'll be the tie breaker," he exclaimed. With that, one of his clay sharks emerged from the depths and swallowed Nali's clone in a single gulp. "All is fair in art and war. Give her hell, Kisame."
