Ok. Well, I'll be sending him a PM to give him a chance to defend himself. Alright. Here's some tips about how to handle this in the future.
1. Try always to be as polite as possible. Calling them names rarely convinces them to listen to you.
2. If they haven't responded by the second time you post, try PMing them. I know I don't always scroll up to see if someone posted while I was busy typing either. And this will cut down on the...massive...amounts of OOC talk that was generated.
3. If they still aren't listening to you, don't try to punish them yourselves. (like killing them ^^) PM your kage with the problem or a mod like Hiro-chan did. We're the ones that can deal with it most efficiently.
4. Always keep in mind that it could be a mere accident and not that they're purposefully ignoring you. Don't take it personally, ok?
5. I personally don't approve of such new players being given such high-ranking shinobi. Nothing personal, you just don't have the experience necessary for it. But since that's pretty much out of my control, try and remember that the newer members look up to you guys. You're supposed to be teaching them. Patience is a part of the game. With high rank comes high responsibility as well as high stress levels. So try to set good examples and take the time necessary to TEACH and not just be all badass. (Not that you're doing that. I'm just warning you. ^^)

Shizuka i have another case in the Village too. Its Cloud_has_been_bitten
he has been naggin a lot of him being the academy teacher. I was given the job By kenk to get the Sound Village running anew so i had a couple of poeple organized som etsuff and so well i got Hiro_nak to be teacher and Cloud had offered himself but i said nothing Now hes being sendim me Pms about it and Rping stupid stuff about revenge and trying to do anythyng just to attack hiro san character pls he kkeps sending me Pms saying Humbra had told him to be teacher, Humbra never told me anything about that And i m not foloowinf=g what humbra had. Plus Humbra told me he didnt want to be Kage anymore and gaveme the position since im the one working the village, I posted it to Kenk on the shrine to get his final Ok i still waiting the answer but for now im controlling the village. He really is pissing me Off!

Dude you really need to chill. He had been waiting for that for a while and you turned around and gave it to somone else. I can pull up actual posts showing it too man. Dont talk about my friend like that ither. I dont care if you complain about me writing htis ither.

He really is pissing me Off! >_> Ok. This is one of the reasons I don't like newer people having high ranking positions. It makes all the other newer people jealous. Still, I know you were just trying to up the activity level. And you've done a fairly good job of it. Options include just telling him that you'll kick him out of the village if he doesn't do any better. Or you can talk it over with Hiro-chan and see if you can't get someone more experienced to lead the Academy for now. Make sure it's someone who he can't complain about.

Well man i tried to be as polite as i could and i explained it to him i never told him he would it be he just said he could do it and i told him thanks for the help and that i would have him considered. yet i know hiro much more and ive seen him here for more time than him,. his expirience and temper seemed best for the position that was the reasons.
Now your friend really hasnt been any polite to me I can Pm Shizuka the whole Pm thing for her to look at it herself and tell me. If im wrong i will accept it but for now im pretty sure its his thing man , hes stalking me! beside he said he had left konoha for same reasons probs with Cerbi

He left because kenk. Not cerbi. and dude I would be pissed if you took my part to. Not to mention by somone that has two other charecters in the guild right now. Just leave cloud alone and let him do his own thing. He wont bother you. I know him rateher well. His posts wont ruin your village ither. Oh and clouds been with this guild longer tahn I. And i've been her about 6-7 months.
