Valdyr looked at her for a moment. "Nothing could go wrong if that were the truth...but the truth of the matter is no matter how powerful one becames we can never truly dictate our feelings or emotions...no one can not even the gods...and pain...pain doesnt make you weak...pain makes you strong fear makes you strong everyone fears...everyone hurts...and it makes us strong."

"Destracted? Let your pain turn to hate...there is nothing more concentrated than hate hate will bring you immense power try it let your heart feel pain then go to your enemies and let them FEEL your hate!"
Valdyr stepped towards and raised a clenched fist in an attempt to rile her.

"It is in the form of hate. That's why I kill, so I don't have to feel it anymore!"
Lillium stood up and pushed him out of pure reaction.
"I hate everything! Just as everything hates me. You wanna why I kill? cause I feel in power. I feel great. I feel that the people I killed are beneath me!"
Her eyes grew brighter as her voice louder.

Valdyr gave to her push and let himself step back. "So you cant control your emotions like you said you can. No One can." He watched her closely.

Lillium screamed as a dark energy ball appeared in her hand and threw it at him.
"Don't say that!"

Valdyr moved to the side to dodge unfamilary with this magic. "You see you dont even have to say any incantation your hate makes you strong."

A bright light ran up her arms to her hands. A few more dark energy balls came out of her hands towards him. After the energy balls came out of her arms, her brilliant purple turned back to their usual just bright and she hit the ground, black out cold.

Valdyr dodge all but one of the balls it hit him and knocked him down he layed there for a few seconds and the stumbled to his feet badly hurt, he looked over at the now unconcious Lillium he breathed deep and heavy as he walked over towards her he took a moment and then gently lifted her in his arms and began to walk back into the forest.

After a little bit, Lillium felt herself being moved around. She opened her eyes and looked around, watching the trees go by her head. Looking up she seen that Valdyr was carrying her.
"What...are you doing?"

Valdyr looked down into her beautiful eyes. "I'm taking you somewhere safe to rest."

Lillium spoke through short breathes and passed out again.

Valdyr looked at her as she passed back out. He continued until the forest was thick and dark and impossible to navigate for those without a good nose at least. He then layed her down in a pile of leaves he made and started a small fire near her. "I will keep you safe...I promise."

After another little while, Lillium woke up to the smell of fire nearby her. She sat up and looked around, trying to figure out where she's at. This location was quite new to her.

Valdyr approached her. "Hey your awake dont worry just relax we are safe here ok do you want something to drink?" He extended a hand with a cup of water. "Its cold from a nearby river."
