((You could breed her after Mwali and Koho's are born Dragonz 3nodding ))
The adolescent couldn't help but watch the commotion that went on, his pale violet eyes looking at everyone in the water before he began laughing loudly, they all looked like drowned rats. His large fangs showed quite easily as he was in hysterics, he then slowly halted as he saw the sour look on his mothers face, even though his mother could be kind...she could be pretty scary when she was angry. He cleared his throat however before swimming over to Jasiri and Mwali, playfully biting on his his ear before he started tugging on the big red lions ear like a little brother would to his older sibling. He had grown fond of the group, especialy for the young lioness that he had befriended since being a juvenille. Sukutu's throat let out a small playful growl before he let go on Mwali's ear and started to swim around the two, he always liked the water, especialy the squelch of mud between his toes as his feet hit the bottom, he knew it would be much more different in the dessert, but for now, he was enjoying the moment.

[; 0; HAH, I live >:/ I wanna rp Maumau, when's that gonna happen?*prods his sleeping self*]
Taka watched the fun from atop a leafy tree, limbs dangling of either side of a thick branch. Training Teule had been fun but training the little lion had taken quite a bit out of her. They had run into a pack of hyena after killing a well sized wildebeast. It had also been hard teaching him her style of hunting since he was a whole other species. He didn't have a cheetah's speed or build so she had to mold the two styles of hunting together. Lionesses hide and ambush they're prey while cheetah's smash they're prey after chasing them down. She also noted how lions were careless about wind. They hunted upwind just as often as they did downwind which is a careless flaw in their hunting style. Taka was sure to correct Teule on that.
Cheetahs on the other hand were well planned out. Taka's roving thoughts had 'Cheetahs ruls lions drool' all over them. Her father had had that same disposition while retaining a certain respect for the hulking cats. She remember her first hunt which suddenly popped into her head; her father demonstrating how to run effciently. His hind legs launched him into the air and in a matter of second he was a blur. When he was finally visible again the springbok was already dead, his fangs in it's neck. Taka snorted, missing her father. Her father also taught her how to catch bird's when she was just a kitten, by mimicking their calls which surprised her. She was suddenly pulled out of her thoughts as water was splashed into her face. Scrambling, the cheetah pawed at her face, throwing a glaring eye at the playful lions.
Teule laughed at Taka, watched from his spot on a rock just a ways away. He, too, had taken after his mother in her dislike for playing in water. It was for drinking at that's it. Teule stretched his hind legs, warming himself on the grey rock. He was especially lean since he was only eating a cheetah's amount of food. "You lions get so big because of all that eating you do! The less you eat the faster you go." That's what Taka had said and he hadn'tproved her wrong since.
His white coat had goldened a bit on paws and end of his tail but noticeabley enough. He was also growing increasingly fluffy around his head and neck area. Taka only laughed at him when he told her it was starting to bother his vision. Tala stroked her own mane, a mohawk that made cheetahs look bigger and that traveled down her back. She made fun of him when he had to start blowing the fur out of his face like a demented quail.

(( Sorry about me being lame, my creative Mwali-bug died for a bit there whee )) Mwali allowed himself to be pushed into the water- he was planning on jumping in one way or another. Like Sukutu he loved the water. In the desert it was a precious comodity, something so rare and scarce that submerging one's self into it was absolutely out of the question. He dunked himself only to rise up from it and shake out his large mane which no doubt sent a spray in all directions much to the annoyance of some of the others around him who didn't see water as being such a glorious thing. With a wide, playful grin he paddled up to Koho, bobing out of the water just enough to lick her cheek playfully and give his own attempt at swimming in circles around her. He pauses as Sukutu joined into the game, taking hold of his ear and giving it a playful gnaw. He growled quite playfully as the brown adolecent began paddeling away from him. A massive velveted paw rose up beneith the young lion, hoping to scoop him from the water and toss him into the deeper parts of the waterhole. They always played rough but neitehr seemed to mind. It was the closest to learning to fight either would probibly have before reaching the firekin lands so it was welcome in at least the mind of the red giant.

((Tis ok Thalion heart Everyone has brainfarts once in a while wink ))
The adolescent paused as he was suddenly scooped into the air, an inch above the water before he came splashing down into the middle of the waterhole. He had submerged underneathe for a brief second, the muddy blue underneathe that made the sky seem to glow as he looked up at the surface from beneathe, made him smile. His head then flung black as he took in a large gulp of air and then looked at the red lion, a mischevious smirk laced his maw before he suddenly splashed the great red fur ball, this only to make the teenager laugh. Suddenly, a glint of purple and crimson caught his eye, one of his ears twitching towards where his eyes had locked the sight. He reluctantly jumped from the water, stalking towards the sight that seemed to hang from a small tree branch, but as he got closer, he saw it was two strange things, both on a black piece of leather and silk. "What the?" He was perplexed, what where these things? He sniffed at the red gem firstly, ears flattening as it fell onto his snout and then raised his head, hoping to look at it better, only to make the strange thing slide onto his neck. Sukutu looked down, the thing fitted snuggly there, wasn't too tight or too loose and the gem looked awesome, bright red, like Mwali. He smirked, only for his eyes to turn to the purple object, it was in the shape of a heart and a purple as Jasiri's eyes, god, even the thought of her name made him sigh with contentment. Then, an idea popped into his skull, if this red thing looked good on him and he liked it, maybe Jasiri would like the purple one. He gently took the other item by the black silk it hung by, unaware he had stepped his paw into another item, a black bracelet with three white dots. His eyes just rolled at this and he turned towards the water hole, trotting as he looked at Jasiri and smiled. "Hey Jasi'!" He said, a little muffled by the small thing in his mouth.

Jasi had meanwhile hopped out of the water, and was sunning herself on the dry bed of grass next to the watering hole. The warm sun felt good against her wet pelt, and her eyes lazily scanned the savvanah. Her ears perked up at the sound of Sukutu's voice, and as she turned to him, her heart gave a little flutter. Why was she feeling this all of the sudden? No, she had been feeling it for awile, but had egnored it mostly. She shook it off, and stood up, her eyes now fixed on the items in the adolecents mouth. "Suku what it that...its beatiful..." She said, staring at the purple heart.

A smirk graced the soaked lioness' mug as Mwali followed her into the mud hole. As more cold water droplets attacked her face she grimaced, ducking her head instinctively to protect herself only to dunk herself by accident. This was just great. She gave her head a strong shake and flung some of the mud and grime off her golden coat, but it was a fact that the gold had now turned to a brownish yellow. As she saw Mwali's redish brown form coming up to her she rose a bit out of the water. Gratefully she recieved the lion kiss, but as soon as he attempted to swim around her, she attempted to crawl on top of him to get a bit drier. It would have been helpful if she had known that he and Suku would be playing shortly for yet again the poor femme ended up head down in the mucky water. This was why she never did this! No good could come out of it. Except for Mwali's affection, a little thought reminded her. Yes, Mwali was the only good thing about this whole predicament!
As the Suku and Jasi left the water and the two lovers were left to themselves Koho glided as gracefully as possible through the murky water towards Mwali. She attempted to be quiet as she approached him from behind, but it was difficult with the rippiling of the water. Whether he was aware of her or not, Koho was determined to make an island out of him. Her island of safety from this disgusting wet stuff. Her hind legs searched for some solid surface underneath her to push off of, but the mud just slid from her paws as soon as she put her weight on it. With that possible help flattened she relied on her upper body strength to pull her up Mwali's back end, which she was sure looked absolutely strange, but she wanted out of the water and she didn't want to have to swim to shore.

At the young females words his whiskers couldn't help but twitch, how could a female make him feel this way in this ammount of time? She must've been a really good friend if she was making him feel this way. He shook the feeling of and just smiled before trotting closer to her. "I found it...I thought you might've like it as a gift..." He then got closer, his head raising above hers to slip the thing onto her head.

[[Time for things to take an unexpected (well, semi-expected xD) Turn twisted ]]
As Suku slipped the necklace around her neck, she could feel a small blush come to her cheeks. She looked down at the cool pendent laying against her white chest. "For me..? Sukutu its beatiful. Thank you so much." She smiled, and looked up at him. "And whats that around your neck?" She jumped on him, and pinned him to the ground. She could see the red jewel out of the corner of her eye, but she wasnt looking at that. She was looking straight into Sukutu's mesmorizing violet eyes. Then she did something she'd never thought she'd do. She kissed him. As soon as she relized what she'd done she jumped off of him. Thats what she had been feeling. She liked Sukutu...alot. The sun had already begun to set, and the sky was filled with colors. She smiled, looking down at Suku, and ran off towards the horizon, expecting him to follow, the purple heart pendent thumping aginst her chest as she ran.

Stalking slowly, closer and closer towards the large rock, Dama crept along the ground. Her eyes glanced over the terrain....looking for strangers that might be happening in her direction. It'd been a while since she and Kitwana had emerged victorious, leaving their life of shame and slavery in the Firekin pride territory. In fact, it'd been a while since she'd seen Kitwana.... He'd given her some minor tips on hunting, and gone his own way for a time.
However his tips weren't lost on the young lioness, she'd learned enough to bring her to a semi-healthy looking state. Now she was a bit plumper...growing by the day and able to help herself now. But something always tugged at her, causing her to yearn for what she'd never had. Something constantly drew her attention to the large rock formation in the middle of these Pridelands, aching in her heart. It was as if some unseen force were compelling her to investigate, if nothing else. But what was the reasoning behind it? Try as she might the young lioness could not figure out what could be the reasoning. She doubted Mwezi and that cub had anything to do with it, as her encounter only a couple of days ago attested to.
Sighing as her feet crept her closer to that which'd held the edge of her curiousity for so long, Dama continued to stay ever vigilant. Always hoping not to encounter anyone too dangerous, though she'd been yet to find such a thing here at all, but there always was a chance for something to happen, right?

Dark eyes ranging here and there, searching out some easy prey to pounce upon, a wiry figure made his way across the verdant pride lands, paws thumping quietly upon the earth. Solitude having been appreciated by the lion for some time now, Kitwana's form was regaining some of the glory a male of his age should have held. He still bore that lack of finesse, that tattered mane, but his muscles were just now beginning to form themselves adequately, rather than the stringy tissue he had his entire life sported.
Scars still stood testament to his life as a slave, marks of claws indented into his brown-grey fur. His bones, however, were gaining a covering, an entirely new idea to this child of the bonds. His ribs now only poked through when he stretched, his hips made only a small indentation against his pelt. He would, in short, soon appear to have adequate food for his growing body.
A flash of colour ahead drew his attention, and a quick smirk blessed his maw. Time for his meal...

The lost child of mist continued to wander closer to the "forsaken" rock formation, her eyes taking in the sheer enormity of it all. She hadn't remembered much about the night Kitwana and herself had made it to the rock, and sheltered in lower part of it, but what she did remember, hadn't seemed quite this big. Slowly sha halted, pulling herself up into a fully sitting position.
Her voice was soft as she whispered to no-one inparticular, unmindful of the creature creeping up towards her. "Amaaaazing...." It was as if she could feel the power that seemed to emanate from the rocks themselves, and therefore awestruck by them. There were no other words she could utter, simply because she was captured by the amazing-ness of it all.
