The first two attacks of the scorpions hit Reck dead on. The first one cut him along his stomach and the second one stabbed him in his right arm. The third attack on his head made contact as the scorpion squeesed its claws around his neck squeesing tighter and tighter choking him slowly.
"...hhuu...gguu....AAAHHH!!!"
Just as his neck was about to snap from the pressure, he revealed that right when the third scorpion attacked him, he used a replacement technique to evade the finishing blow and he took cover beind a nearby rock. Unfortunately, thanks to the theramones that he was covered in the scorpions kenw exactly where he was and were closing in on him.
"crap. no choice now."
He knew that taking on three scorpions alone with just taijutsu was suicide so he only had one choice. He quicky jumped from behind the rock and across the room to avoid the scorpions for a moment. He crossed his arms and began to open his inner gates. He only meant to open the first gate but accidently opened the first two gates instead and took off at the scorpions. In a flury of jumping, running, and sliding, he kicked each of the scorpions in the head and sent them flying against the walls using his temporary boost of strength.

Reck could start to feel the power of the gates start to tear away at his body as he grunted throguh the slight pain and he hoped that that one attack would have knocked all of them out but just his luck they all managed to shake it off and charged back at him one swinging its tail, and two thrusting their claws at him.

With his gates open, dodging all three attacks was a piece of cake and he could have gone all day dodging and evading but his body was begining to give out o him already so he had to finish this up now. He charged in at the scorpions head on being sure not to get cought by their claws or tails and spread his arms out carrying all three of them off the ground and slammed them into the wall at full power almost making the cave around them fall in on itself.

Reck then jumped back from the area where he slammed the scorpions into the wall and kneeled down on the ground trying not to pass out from the pain he was in and tried to gather himself. Out of the debree, one of the scorpions came crawling out almost like he didnt just attack it. Reck figured that he was in such pain and in such a rush that he didnt execute his attack right and didnt balance his weight when he slammed them into the wall. He tried to get to his feet so he could fight it but opening two gates for that long and taking bodily damage put his body in a horriable state.

The scorpion then let out a slight shriek and charged at Reck as he sat there helplessly unable to bring himself to manover out of the way.

Reck tried to tumble out of the way of the rampaging scorpion but he wasnt fast enough. It swung its claw at him and he went rolling across the floor skidding to a stop coughing up a little blood as he sat himself up to a sitting position.
"This is no good. I got almost no stamina left and my body is in no shape to fight this thing right now. what can I do?"

Reck only had seconds to think before the giant scorpion would charge at him again and do more damage. He quickly reached in his tool pouch and russled his hand around a little and pulled out a Kunai with an exploding tag on it. If this didnt work, then he was as good as finished. He took aim at a soft spot just under the scorpions claw and threw the kunai hoping that it would hit the mark.

Reck missed his targeted mark slightly and ended up hitting the scorpion under its throat sending it into a crazy rage as it tried to get it out. using his left hand, he made a hand seal and focused on the exploding tag on the kunai.
"...Kai!!"
When he said that, the tag lit itself and explosed almost instantly sending chunks of dead scorpion meat flying all over the room. He finally defeated the three scorpions and he wanted to lie down and take a reast but tha texplosing might have attracted some attention from the wrong company so he used what little energy he had and carried himself down the next tunnel trying not to colapse.
"Heh. Only 10 minutes into the training and im...uuhh...already in bad condition. Some ninja I am."
While walking, he reached back into his tool bag and pulled out a food pill to replenish some of his lost energy and ate it hoping that he wouldnt run into any tough enemies.

The heat would begin to intensify. The more slushy, muddy areas of the cavern would soon begin to steam a bit. The scorpions were getting a bit more annoyed. Another scorpion began his approach toward Reckage but it was acting a bit strangly. The heat was messing with it's senses and it was striking wildly.
[[Another C Scorpion for reck. You'll find it after your next search check Reck. Oh and if it strikes you, you have to check for poison. To do that, roll a 4 sided die. If the die lands on 4 exactly, you start to suffer -2 hp loss for the next 4 posts.]]

Reck walked down the cavern slowly being weary not to make any noises that would attract any more scorpions. A little ways farther down the tunnel, he came to a fork that split it into two different directions so hoping that his luck would change, he took the right path and continued to walk througt the tunnels aimlessly. As he walked down the path, he could feel the ground become softer and the temperature went up mildly to a humid heat. He started to hear sounds but couldn't tell weather it was coming from behind him or infront of him.
"I'm starting to feel a little better but I cant take on another group like that. Better just get out of here."
Reck then started to sprint down the tunnel towards another opening in the maze of tunnels.

Reck continued to sprint down the tunnel until he felt the ground shake a little and stopped where he was looking up ahead and behind him seeing if he could see what caused it. After afew seconds the entire tunnel rumbled violently making him fall to a knee and he looked back again to see a gaint scorpion in the distance charging at him with it foaming at the mouth and swinging its tail around franticly.
"GGAA!!"
Reck quickly got back to his feet and took of running down the tunnel as fast as he could trying to avoid being cought by the rampaging scorpion in its rage. He would attempt to slow it down with a technique but there wasnt enough space in the tunnel for any damaging taijutsu moves so he had no choice but to run. He continued to run faster and faster with the scorpion continuing to catch up to him and right when he was about to reach a break in the caves where he could have lost it, the ground under him crumbled from the quakes that the scorpion was making and the moisture in the ground dropping him down a thin slope into a large room deep under where he first started. He looked back up the tunnel to see if he had lost the scorpion and he couldn't see any sign of it at all and right when he let his guard down slightly, down through the celing of the room came the same giant scorpion thrashing around franticly. There was no other tunnel leading out of the room that he could see so his only choice now was to tame this monster. Before he had a chance to prepare for combat, the scorpion thrusted its tail strait at Reck without warning.

The scorpion stabbed its tail stinger at Reck but he managed to turn his body to the side slightly avoiding the tip but he was scratched by the stinger forcing some venom into his body but not enough to cause and real problems. He jumped back to the wall behind him so it couldnt make another surprise attack and held his chest where the scorpion cut him.
"Guhh. Huff, t-that was close. Let's GO!!"
He then quickly recoverd and dashed towards the monster wobbling a little bit since the small portion of venom in his body made him light headed almost imidiately. He jumped up and came down on the back of the scorpion with a full body kick.
