Accio Alice x: Between losing Alice yet again, the town and its people facing impending doom, and having to look after a bunch of mostly-teenage girls who are the only ones who can save the town, Chef was an emotional mess inside.
Because I feel quite awful today. Good luck to me on a Monday to Friday finals next week. I hope you feel better and good luck on your finals!

Okay so I have something worked up for a reply to the RP but I'm not happy with it at all so I can't justify posting it. I just really can't think of any other good way to go about all of this that isn't nearly a full page of long winded dialogue. I guess I was right when I said all my good ideas and creativity were completely and totally gone now. The whole thing is a total mess.

Apologies for my post being mostly dialogue but in order to do what I want to do with this part of the RP and in order to push Mikayla into possibly admitting a few things Aylin had to get a little rambly and desperate sounding. Because if she's gong to go on and on about how she can still fight then Aylin is going to call her out on it and imply that her inaction is the reason Seren is in the mess she's in and that because of her actions Seren is afraid to confront her own grandmother about something so very important such as this. Because as far as Aylin's convinced by the way Mikayla's acting and Seren's acting they're both afraid of the magic that drives the power behind their Senshi form and afraid to talk to each other about it. Aylin sees someone far too much like herself and the more Mikayla keeps from talking to Seren the more likely it is that the girls will never become a true team and the world will be doomed.

Chibi Halo Apologies for my post being mostly dialogue but in order to do what I want to do with this part of the RP and in order to push Mikayla into possibly admitting a few things Aylin had to get a little rambly and desperate sounding. First of all your making assumptions again, she is not the reason Seren is in this mess thank you very much, Seren just think's this stuff is weird and maybe dangerous so like any one with a relative that love's and worries for them she doesn't want to get them involved, make them worry about her k? And there is no being afraid of magic here, Mikayla has ran away from her home planet and they can find her by her magic that's why she stopped using it after a few kinda close call's, but each new generation has unique power's and shared power's there different enough Seren's sailor form wouldn't be known, and there is no way not talking to her would keep them from being a true team, Seren want's to stay to help her friend's in anyway she can that desire to help/protect one's friend's is a reason that Mikayla believe's can give a person more strength then some belief in destiny. But please don't think I don't like what you posted I do like your post Chibi I believe I will have Mikayla explain some of this to Aylin so she can understand some of her position and attempt to bring them a little closer, also I really do not want Seren to know about her Alien lineage I kinda have a little story in the back of my head about when/how she finds out. So I think your post left a nice bridging the gap moment to bring a satisfying end to this little showdown.

Well when you start out by telling me I'm making all kinds of assumptions and being all "Thank you very much" and the like my first instinct is to think I'm screwing everything up and making things worse and that I should scrap it and rewrite the whole thing. Here's the thing, we barely discussed how we were going to do this whole thing that I feel like with these last few posts I'm getting everything wrong and just messing up everything based on how you're reacting to me and the posts. Because how was I supposed to know any of that. I'm trying to write things based on how Aylin would react to everything and that's what I thought I was doing. I really honestly don't know how to do my side of things anymore.

I am sorry I'm making you feel that way Chibi I don't intend to, it's why I think I had to explain my idea's better and really like you said we should have talked this stuff out sooner, if we had you would know this already, I suppose I'm just being a little sensitive since it feels like some of my few but established idea's/facts about Seren is trying to be altered. (her not knowing about her power's being non gaian) But like I said I can totally work with that post Mikayla can see that there's been a misunderstanding going on here and work towards making things clear in the end I see a good resolution coming up.

Once Chef posts I'll be doing more with DV. Still I don't want to advance her too much because I do want Cel have the chance to write Cae's reaction to the more aggressive dopples. I highly doubt Caelen is going to miss an increased amount of them making themselves a more vivid annoyance. They still can't get in, naturally. they are more ill omen than anything right now.

Which gives me a reason to take a quick break from crafts to work on what Cae will see, do, and say once he's finished with Sardis. I've gotten enough progress made on my artsy projects that I can justify a small break. Just to note, these aren't whim projects. I'm actually hoping to get enough stuff pulled together to sell at a craft fair in the fall. It's best to get your wares ready well ahead of time.

Wow, you'll have to post some pictures of your projects. I never sell anything I make. Though I'm going to a painting class tonight. whee The piece I get to paint is called "moonlight over water". emotion_kirakira I like to knit spiral scarves like the one from this pattern. I have only done one but I am knitting another, but it's taking me a really long time. I can also knit "straight" so I can make normal scarves too, which is about all I do. Anyway, good luck with yours!

We've sold our jewelry before, but mostly to friends and people at church. Selling at an actual craft fair will be a bit different. You have to rent the stall (bring your own tables), and I'm not sure how taxes work with that kind of thing. I'm sure it varies from state to state, but we'll find out one way or another. I'm hoping we'll sell enough to at least cover what we paid for the craft components. You know, maybe this is something I could use for one of my characters. It might be better suited to Cel since she does do crystal crafting/rune engraving. Just something I'll have to mull over for a while.

My experience is that people who favor knitting do not favor crochet, and vice versa. Though there are some who can do both. 3nodding
