Captain Efrain Escudero knew he was losing this battle; He wasn't expecting the other ship to have the weapons that they have now, and somehow his crew was slowly disappearing. Either they were away on the other ship, Probably getting killed, or they were looking for the Intruder, also probably getting killed.
As much as this pained him, Escudero quietly snuck away to his Captain's Cabin, and it was there where at the touch of a button a secret chamber was revealed; It was a small dock to his Escape ship. Something that he knew wouldn't be detected.
Escudero grabbed only his prized possessions, and loaded them onto the escape ship.
"The Dark Orchid may have one now. . . But I will have my revenge." And with that he closed the door, locked it behind him, and hit the button so that the door to the secret chamber would close. After getting into the pilot's chair, Escudero ejected the escape ship and plotted a course back to The Valuan Empire. Meanwhile, On the Titan, On the other side of the ship,. . .El Diablo Loco shot down a few other enemies while calling Kat's name, hoping that he would find her soon. After taking down a few more of the soldiers, he reloaded his guns.
"Kat!" He shouted over the gunfire, but it was drowned out by the sounds of MORE gunfire. So, he finally got frustrated and took his search party down a corridor, hoping he would bump into her down this way.
But instead of finding Kat, Diablo found a familiar face, "Scott?? What the hell are you doing here??" As happy as he was to see him, there wasn't any time for a touching reunion, because moments later more soldiers darted down the hall, on either side, with swords drawn. "Oh perfect!" Diablo shouted, and fired back at the enemy.

Rett attacks the nearest soldier with the "borrowed" pistols and the tin-head falls to the ground. He gradually blasts his way through the fray to the soldier who has his blade attached to his belt. The soldier takes aim at the blue-haired doctor but Rett is quicker. He kicks his feet out from under him and shots him square in the chest and then takes his blade from the man's belt. He beats the soldier in the head with the hilt of the blade until he's satisfied he won't be getting up again. "Guess you weren't listening when your mama told you its not nice to steal," he said smugly. 'God that was messy. What the hell got into me?' He thinks and shrugs. He disregards the blood on his chest and attacks the nears soldier with his newly recovered blade.

the three rouges took out the soldier's swiftly and the gunfire calmed. Scott looked at Diablo "Right now, I want to find the scoundrel what thinks its funny to blow holes in my ship, but once that is through, I would like to be told why I was left on a bloody dock, passed out drunk!" he said.

El Diablo Loco's expression could be seen switching from a 'I'm happy to see you!' look to a '. . . Wow, ******** you too.' look. He said, "Well, it's ******** nice to see you, too- And for your information, we didn't leave you on the dock, you went about someplace and left Imogen in charge. I distinctly remember you saying, 'I'm going to be gone for a while. Take care of the ship. Imogen is in charge. Unless you were drunk when you said that?" Diablo reloadedhis guns, and then said, "I'm going to go find Kat. That's originally why I boarded this ship in the first place."

Scott scratched his chin, "I remember rum... and wenches, hehe, and then mandi hit me with something blunt and hard, remember that for sure." he said rubbing the back of his head. "But even if I was drunk and wandered off as I do seem to do, I must have had a reason, I will have to ask imogen".
Scott turned to diablo "Then apologies to you, old friend, I must be ashamed of my self for questioning the loyalty of me crew" he said.

Rett said nothing as the two men spoke to one another. He was leaning against a wall cleaning off his recovered blade with a piece of one of the Valuan soldier's uniforms. When he heard a break in the conversation he said, "Not to interupt gentlemen but I believe there is a Valuan Captian who is wrongfully attacking your ship that needs taking care of. Not to menchin the fact that I can hear more soldiers heading our way." He tucked the blade away under this coat and stood up. He pretended to tip an invisble hat to Diablo, "By the way my name is Rett Irvine. I don't believe I got the chance to introduce myself."

El Diablo Loco gave Rett a nod, and he replied, "Call me Diablo!" He turned to both Scott and Rett and he said, "Like I said, a crewmate is missing and we need to find her. She should be on this ship somewhere!" Diablo then said to Rett, "Did you see a woman running around on this ship at all?" Suddenly a loud 'BOOM!' could be heard, and the ship rocked violently for a moment. It was The Dark Orchid launching a big attack on The Titan. The impact was so great that it knocked Diablo to the floor, "Ah, damn it!!" he shouted the moment he landed on his stomach.
"Now we really have to find Kat!" He looked up at the men and said, "Something tells me that the ship's integrity isn't doing so well! We need to hurry and find her! Quick!" El Diablo Loco got up and said, "At first I thought she could've been in the engine room!"

Scott lost his footing and fell down, as he got up he spoke "Thats me girl! all cannons ablaze! but thats not good for us now, Diablo take the good doctor and go find Miss Kat, I will head to the captains quarters, if any of ours is on the ship I want them back to the orchid" he said making sure the pistols her picked up where loaded.

El Diablo Loco gave a cocky smile, twirled his guns, and he replied back "With pleasure! Come on, Rett! Let's go find our crewmate!" Diablo Looked back at Scott and he said, "I better see you back on the ship,. . . Captain." He held out his hand to shake Scott's. Meanwhile, aboard The Dark Orchid,. . .Camila, or Cami, was firing off as many cannons as she could, and manning the huge gun the ship had wasn't really an easy task. As she was firing the huge gattling gun, she shouted into the horn, "Somebody give me some assistance!!!. . . Pleeeeeaaaaase?" Of course, she wasn't expecting to be taken seriously due to the fact she shook from the firing of the gun as she spoke.

Scott smiled and shook diablo's hand "Aye, don't think I will let ye lot fly away with my ship again" He said with a smile.
Scott headed up to the captains quarters and beat down the door, only to find the place deserted. "Hmmmm where ya hiding you coward?" he asked himself.

Rett followed Diablo in search of the missing crew member. "What does this 'Miss Kat' look like by the way?" he said as they moved down the hall. "Just so I know what I'm looking for."

(( I'm going to Time Skip. This has been going on for too long!! D< )) El Diablo Loco replied to Rett, "Uhhhh. . ." Not able to find words to describe Kat, he simply said, "We'll know when we see her!"
The crew of the Dark Orchid eventually crippled Excudero's ship beyond repair and therefore left to go dock somewhere. The ship wasn't horribly damaged, but it still needed a lot of work. Escudero's ship really gave it hell, and this worried Diablo a bit because if one man has ships with weapons like those then imagine how devastating it would be if they took over the world. As afraid of the idea as Diablo was, he drowned it out by biting into his apple.
They weren't too far from the nearest port, but Diablo decided to stay with Jak while she was recovering from the bump on the head she had gotten.

Scott sat in his chair "Seems like forever since I last sat in me chair, on me bridge" he said to himself.
He got up and walked to the table in the middle of the bridge and studied some of the charts "I don't have bloody time to track down some half baked, renegade, valuan captain, but I can't let the b*****d get away with trying to make me ship all timber and canvas" he said to himself.
"Also have to talk to imogen about why I up and left for so long" He said and siged "I need a drink".

Rett spent the majority of his time making himself familiar with the ship and tending to the injured in the after math of the battle. He frowned upon the consent visitors that came in and out of the infirmary so often but kept his mouth shut. He understood how the crew felt that took the time to visit the injured.
At the current moment he found himself half hiden in the back of the infirmary organizing the supplies the dark orchid had on board. As soon as he got the chance he had all the intentions to re-stalk the medical supplies.
Jak continued to come in and out as time progressed. Eventually she woke up and stayed awake. She still couldn't walk without feeling sick however. The new ship doctor had wasted no time telling her that she was to stay in bed "until farther notice". A fact she hated.

El Diablo Loco made his way to the Infirmary to see that his Jak was awake. He smiled and he said, "Hey you. ." He bent down to kiss her on the lips, and then he pulled up a small chair to sit at her bedside. With his elbows resting on the bed, he rested his chin on his fist and he said, "If I had known you were awake I would've came down with alcohol and something to fix." Diablo smirked and reached for her hand so he could hold it.
