With an Explosion of swirling Mist and a sensible static charge that erupted in the office, a figure tall and dark, swirled into appearance amongst the people gathered in the office. Dropplets of raining water splashed the floor and Thunder erupted in the office at such a volume books, artifacts, and weapons alike shook in their place. A shelf even almost toppled over at the roaring Thunder. This young and now drenched Mizukage would instantly recognize an old friend but to the new comers of this village, a concern would be in order (And weapons should have been drawn). Fear, shock, and awe would cross their faces as electricity could be visibly seen tracing in unguided currents throughout the office, with enough volts to cause the power to cut out and hair to rise. Every essence in the area would be touched, either by the swirling droplets of mist, or by the unyielding currents of electricity that were erupting from a center point. "LUO!" an essence called out. It all animated from a figure to the left side of the office and mid way between the Kage's desk and the door. As of that moment no distinguishing features could be made out of the elements from the newcomer in the room. Only the familiar voice, "YOU! Have no idea what it took, to get you.... .....another one of these." said the figure holding out it's gloved hand revealing a yellow and pink, hello-kitty mug.

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxRaising an arm to block her crystalline eyes from the drenching mist that turned the room into an asphyxiating fishbowl of water vapor, Sayuri felt her calm, rigid face slip into a glare, her eyes shooting daggers towards the center of the cloud. It took a mere milisecond for her keen mind to register what was happening, and by the time she was fully aware of it, her pale heart-shaped face had lit up. Her eyes were her only features that betrayed any kind of emotion, shining with delight as she fought back a small smile. There was only one person in the entire Mist village who would make an entrance like that. Her face flashed through multiple emotions in mere seconds. Anger, surprise, confusion, happiness, shock, wonder, more confusion.
"Tares?" His name was breathed as a question, her small voice the only sound in the room, a whisper in the chaos that he had created."That's the whole point."

At Luo's words there was a pain in Sev's chest, he hadn't answered the second question. But just before he could voice his words an eruption of pure awesome overwhelmed his thought process. The noise and concussive blast from the figure deafened Sev momentarily. However, the familiar voice calmed him instantly. "LT-sempai..." A look of horror and excitement passed over his face.
As the storm quieted Sev picked out a faint voice, Sayuri saying something he didn't quite catch. He passively waved his hand in front of his face, almost as if to wave off the mist. "Mizukage-sama... I don't want to stop the reunion, but to answer your question... I'm going to master my sword. I wish to master hundreds, nine hundred and forty-five different blades specifically." Although the exact number might seem strange to the average person, Sev had an exact plan for each one of those blades. "I have plenty to say, but not more than this for now. I don't feel... comfortable, saying more with so many others present." His eyes shifted towards Sayuri for only a moment before focusing on Luo once more.
Sev took a deep breath, thinking it more wise to share some information at least. "Nine blades... at once." Was all he let escape his lips, it was an idea he had for over a year now. But he needed help, and he could only find it here.

"I had a team of genin go through the village and destroy the mugs of that fashion that were on display. All the others were shipped to allied villages as....'gifts' from the hidden mist village. I guess for the sheer amount of time you wasted finding this ridiculous mug I'll take it. However, in the near future please try and focus your attention elsewhere. For example on the problem we're having out in water country. In any case, welcome back Tares."
Turning his attention back to Sev, Luo let what the boy said mellow in his mind. In all honesty, it sounded a bit ridiculous, and all the more impossible to say the least. However, given Sev's other attributes as one of the tailed hosts, Luo could gather that it might not be too far out of his grasp to do what he spoke of. Taking a moment to decide on the matter, Luo at last nodded. "Well if you are to ever hope to achieve that level of proficiency, I suggest we get started as soon as possible then. No need jumping ahead to such a staggering number before mastering the ones of the infinite one style. I will teach you the style Sevvyn Thurn, but I will warn you once more that this will be more of a daunting task than you had previously imagined. If you are still set on learning, gather your things and meet me here when you are ready to begin."

'I wonder what he is like.. Tsuki thought to herself as she made her way up the steps to the Mizukage's office. Her excitement was clear, she wore it on her face! This excitement, converted into energy, had Tsuki rush up the rest of the stairs.
She came to the Mizukage's office, to see that it was filled with people. She stood near the door, noting all the people in it. It was quite an awkward situation to be in. She should have figured the Mizukage would have been busy. Aside from that... She saw him! The Mizukage. It was clear that it was him because all the attention was on him! Well, that wasn't a good thing to base a hypothesis on, but whatever. The excitement from Tsuikiakari was very visible, on her face.

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist A grin spread across LT's face as Luo gave his greeting. "Always a critic aren't you Luo!" LT laughed, "But you see my friend, this Coffee mug is special. I had a certain jutsu placed on it so that it'll never break, and will always return to your desk after a certain time period. Genius is what some would say, but i figured you would see it as a nuisance."
LT turned to his chair and before taking his seat wiped a thin layer of dust off of it first. It's good to be home, he thought, but for now he would wait his turn before he talked to Luo and find out what was needed in the village. He even wondered if he still held his rank, probably not for being gone for over a year. Even so LT would still find a way to help his Mizukage and his village.
As LT crossed his legs listening to Luo speak to Sev, LT noticed Sayuri sitting in the back against the far wall, he gave a curtious nod to both her and Sev, and noticed a presence in the hallway, a young one too. Oh what Tares would give to be young again.

Only Tares would spend a year away from the village, only to bring home a stupid mug. But that was beside the point. There was a much more pressing reason for her to be here, and she wasn't leaving until she got the chance to speak with Luo about it.xxxxShe needed to go somewhere important, somewhere where she could find one of the great Bosses and form a contract. It was also as he raised his eyebrow that he caught site of his Uncle's daughter. His uncle had been quite proficient in his day as a sealing master, and Luo could only gather that perhaps he passed down the trait to young Tsukiakari. Tilting his head a bit allowing the sun to strike his left iris, Luo did something no one else in the room would see. It was something most people in all honesty would never see the man do. With a light smile directed towards the young Ushio, Luo winked at her as if to greet her in a light manner. It was only with his family and those he thought to be close to him that Luo felt alright with sharing such light gestures with.
His attention then shifted towards Sayuri as he motioned for her to step forward to speak with him. It seemed as though she had calmed down, and even more so when Tares appeared in the room. "Good afternoon Sayuri. I hope that the Demascus family was able to help you in the fashioning of your blade. And to what do I owe this visit if I may ask?"

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri sighed a bit as Luo-dono motioned her forward, and she stepped toward her Kage, directing her eyes at the floor so she wouldn't seem demanding. Lower your eyes, clasp your hands behind your back, speak softly, but articulately, be respectful, the Voice in her head taunted her as she pressed her lips together in a tight line before speaking. When she took a deep breath to speal, her glacial eyes flicked once to his face before cementing themselves back to the floor, and she spoke quickly, softly, barely moving her lips as she launched into her explanation.
"Lord Mizukage-dono, I would liek to request your permission to leave the village. I honestly don't know how long it will take me before I return, but I wish to journey to a place far away and form a contract with one of the great beasts, known as the Boss Summons. I wish to journey to the Great Swamp and form a contract with Gamabunta." She mentally chastised herself for speaking in such a personal manner in front of the other Genin, Sevvyn, wasn't it?

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist LT twisted in his chair as he leaned forward to pull some new profiles for the Mizukages desk. LT didn't know if his position still stood, but if it did he should be up to date with all of the new members of the village. He flipped open the first file and began to read. Leaning back in his chair with a light sigh, he eyed Sayuri and Sev. Apparently the girl had gone mad, he wondered what triggered it, but clearly he would read into her profile later on. Its been a long time since LT had seen any one familiar, so seeing Sev was a sight for sore eyes, the boy had clearly grown an inch or two.

Her pale eyes depicted her frustration clearly, as if a person were looking into the very depths of her soul to reveal the blackness of her heart. Her gloved hand gripped the hilt of her sword tightly as she paused for a moment as she merely thought and observed. The look that Tares was giving her had her suppressing a scowl until she turned back to face Lord Nizukage.xxxx”In that case, Mizukage-dono, could you point me in the direction of someone who can help me begin learning Jyuuken? I wish to begin my training before the Chuunin exams begin once more, and since I have yet to learn anything particularly helpful, I figure that my family’s taijutsu style would be the best place to begin.” Sayuri’s voice, calm and rational though it was, was ice cold and bitter at the knowledge that she was going to have to continue waiting to achieve her summon."That's the whole point."
