Yes. Tactical being the largest cut off available, it would be the bonus you get.

Kuro, I think Rin is right on this one. It can be used so long as there is legitimately time enough to react, but if you spam it I'm personally gonna slap you upside the head. With a bomb.

Heirii, if you've already started RPing with the character, I don't think you can justify adding new skills to them. And by bonuses, do you mean the high chakra? If that is the case, you should wait until the next time your character sleeps, and then jump it up in the morning.

Does Offensive Shinobi type +1 post to learning jutsu and +1 rank to jutsu apply to Taijutsu? Or does it apply to only Ninjutsu and/or Genjutsu

I don't see why it wouldn't apply to taijutsu man.

Say a ninja of a high rank were to do training for a specific but for the sake of argument general sword fighting style and wanted to learn another. If the training was similar would he indeed have to redo the training? I just fail to see the point in redoing grueling training only to come out with equal results...

Good question. What are you talking about? Do you mean a Konoha weapon style? Or some sort of flame sword jutsu like the Kaze no Yaiba?

Hey, Flaws are what make things fun. And plus do you really want everything to be easier for you? ( Btw Puppet masters will be unable to use taijutsu if what I am told is true. )
