Well there's part of your problem.
Lift with your legs not your back.
Drink some water and if your stomach is upset, stick to the brat diet for a few hours.

I know that. I took weight training in high school and grew adept to doing that. It's just that you use your back muscles more than you think when you are trying to move hundreds of pounds of crap back and forth..

Close, but it ranges from piles of wood left over from our recent rennovation. 2x4's and such. Metal beams from a cast iron bed. Oh, a table saw too. Almost got bitten by a black window.. so that was cool. It was not exactly what I lifted, but how much and how often. I could have just moved wrong. It's not the first time I've pinched a nerve.

It's just sore muscles.. I am feeling the pain the back of my thighs too.

Well, it's been slow too, but my TiVo recorded snakes on a plane.
Never seen that movie, but I have seen plenty of jokes on it.
