((eww.))
"Oh dear. Looks like I lose and you win. Well darn. So much for me winning this battle. Curse you, evil dark lord of all evilness. Yada yada yada.I guess I'll just have to leave this planet in shame."
Pash then started for the ship again, this time adjusting his course so he would walk around the Sith.
"I tell you, you're just too powerful for me." He continued as he walked. "Far beyond my capabilities to ever possibly defeat. Oh woe is me, woe is the Republic, for you truely are the most powerful and dangerous Sith Lord in existance."

((He is siren's apprentice. I'm surprized he has clothes on, personally. Beware his grope attack.))

Ritt followed Aurora into docks, not nearly as fatigued as she. Of course, he hadn't worked nearly as hard, either. He didn't want to make mention of anything else in particular, so he let her be for now.

"How'd she do?" Reverend's voice asked behind him.

"Oh, she'll be ready by month's end," Ritt returned, pulling off his own helmet and heading for his own room.

"With your careful guidance, Master, she'll be better than the rest of us," the pilot toyed, giving a slap on the back to Ritt.

"Knock it off, Rev. We've got several days till our next sortie, so let's relax some. Besides trying to sneak a peek, what is everyone up to tonight?"

"Not much, catch you at the mess hall, 1900?"

"Sure."

Orbiting Talofan, a small shuttle requested to land near the capital hub. The small kushiban was there on a msision from Nakara.

"Blast him, now I'm to babysit the whelp who kicked me off a cliff. And teach her lightsaber combat and war tactics, none-the-less. At least this makes me the highest ranked sith in the area," Kawaii noted, as he pulled on another lever before jumping to a small console to the left.

"Let's see any other kushiban fly a shuttle built for humans," he joked with himself.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Give the lady the chance to land," Nakara stated, reforming himself into his original disguise. "And tell my apprentice to take a break. He'll die at the rate we're going. Notify the academy on Umbara to send Yan and his master to Nar Shaddaa, to help with the reconstruction. That should provide us with enough space."
After a short-trip planet side, Darth Nova was beginning to get irritated. The compound was large and the only droid he saw was a badly malfunctioning protocol droid. He sighed and began to race around the compound looking for the map room.
(( (( what do you mean, "ew"? Something tells me sith don't wear boxer shorts especially in this case; as he and siren often like to....recreate...together.))
whee
"You know something, Jedi? Shut up." Calliga dropped the "menacing sith" act and reverted to his true style; his murderously happy state he always leaned to before killing something.
Calliga clenched his hand and evoked as many possible results of siren being hurt as he could. Anger ignited into white-hot rage, and the Dark side surged. The metal-plate floor tore apart around Pash, the thin metal struts making the floor's "skeleton" twisting up around him like jaws closing. Metal screeched and screamed in protest as the cage sealed itself up by twisting the ends of the metal struts together. At this point, all the ripped up metal plating flew at the cage, and plastered itself to the "bars", rapidly sealing Pash into a steel cacoon.
would it beat him? No way. But it would distract him for a few seconds as he broke out, regardless of means....
calliga giggled and held out his free hand.
"So, how good are your escape tricks? I'm waaaaaiting...."
Calliga joked, half battle-crazed, half bored youth.
A faint blue glow started on his left hand, flickering slightly.
((Thats power well beyond your level, FYI. You havent even mate Knight level. That technique's more like master level.))
As the cage started to form, Pash utilized the Force and did a swift Backflip, leaping clear of the closing maw of the cage with such speed he couldnt be noticed by the Sith focused on the cage.
It seemed the dumb kid was not capable of bein reasoned with.
Landing behind the cocoon, Pash drew his slugthrower pistol. The silenced gun's projectiles moved faster than the speed of sound and made them imposible to see with the naked eye, and their ultra dense material meant that even a lightsaber couldnt deflect them completely.
Pash snapped around the corner and fired a trio of shots at Calliga as he was talking.
((true....but then agian, training in his case is unorthedox. I figure he's likely passed to knight level (thule being planet # 2, and he's trained a lot so even if we half the number becuase of the odd training, it's still at least 2), and since you and I agree he will lose this fight; allow me to put up a good show. plus, it was at close range and in burst. he won't do that again, he can't, actually.)) xd
"Kk.......!!"
The bullets boomed as they snapped the sound barrier, and the sith only had time to tense before crumpling under the impacts.
Calliga dropped, and metallic cracks echoed around the hangar. Evidently, he'd met his demise while talking; drops of red coloring the floor plating. His lightsaber rolled out of reach, laying on the floor near to pash's position. had it truly ended so soon...?
((consider this..."flavor". It's just to look cool, k'? cool ))
((Yeah. He'd run out of floor to stand on))
"Can't say I didnt warn you. I gave you ample time to change your mind."
Pash snot the body again for good measure, then charged for the ship's boarding ramp
Of course, with his gaurd down, That Give the waiting Sith plenty of chance to delieve the equivilent of a punch through the force, striking Pash's lower back.
calliga got up, holding his side.
"tch....A pistol. How deceptive, jedi. What would your master say...."
Calliga then grinned slowly, deviously.
"oh, yeah. something my late "master" taught me; when jumping through hyperspace, the vast distance and high speed means a horrible miss even if the course is off by only a millionth. That gun of yours.....If I had, perchance, "Nudged" the air around the muzzle when you fired, I would have spread the shots...."
Calliga gestured at three bloody gashes on his side.
"Nice try. Let's dance, Jedi..."
Calliga took out his lighsaber in fluid motion, taking several sweeping strides and igniting the firey blade, sending a angled stroke at Pash with moderate skill.
((You didnt account for when I shot you again to make sure you werent faking.))
What the Sith did not know, however, was that Pash had yet to let his guard down.
Alerted to the Sith's sudden gestures, Pash halted and slid back, the Force Strike missing him.
Spinning and facing the Sith, Pash reacted with cool precision, Firing two Force Assisted shots at the man as he advanced and giving ground as he drew his Jedi-Forged Knife.
Pash snapped up his knife to defend and deflected the Sithling's blow, shooting him again at point blank range with his pistol, still using the Force to assure a steady shot.
PostPosted: Wed May 21, 2008 10:58 pm
((umm....I believe you edited that in.))
Straining and visibly tired, Calliga continued his use of the force-This time to jar the delicate plasmatic ignitions array inside the gun that fired the bullets; this mechanical surgery caused the gun to jam, failing to fire.
Good thing too; the close-range shot had cracked rib; but calliga's armor and strong wall of the living force had stopped it from going in deep. A point blank strike, however, would be fatal.
calliga began to doubt he was facing a jedi at all.
-7 minutes left.
He had to beat this cretin, had to!
When the "jedi" dodged, and shot, of course those had to blocked as well; but to stop such dangerous weaponry fully was out of his skill range; at best, he could summon a final burst of deflection to bend the shots by means of turbulant air, one tore a gash on his leg and another nicked his shoulder.
This was bad. He'd pretty much burned off most of his built-up dark side energy, gotten shot, and was now bleeding in a dangerous number of places.
To crown it all, the "jedi" still was plenty strong, using the force with ease and deflecting the saber blow with a knife.
Calliga reeled.
"You....You're no jedi?!... But...not a sith.... wait, you..."
Calliga stared hard at Pash for a moment, eyes narrowing.
Then he burst out in a insane laugh.
"-You're no jedi! Those are sith fighting moves, and masked behind the light side you robed monks hold to so much is a flicker of darkness. I don't need to kill you here; you've already set your soul to self destruct. a day will come, if you live past 5 minutes from now, where that evil will "kill" you; and whatever pretense you hide behind will shatter, and you'll kill all you protect now....!"
calliga grinned insanely, despite his horrible position in the fight.
"Oh, I know you won't be swayed. I won't brag and beg for you to join the dark side. Oh no. It's real power is never seen, but I glimpsed at it, once. When I killed her, The lady who had me call her "master"... You lost. I could die now, and still win. You....are no jedi; just a sith who pretends to themselves that what they are doing is right..."
calliga leered, his saber up and held rigid in the style of saber duelists, makashi.
"You could un-jam that pistol and shoot me. But where is the jedi way in that? 'gonna just blow a hole in you foe and walk away from their dead body? How oddly familliar."
There was edge in calliga's words. he wasn't speaking as typical, power mad sith, but as a being steeped in the dark side and not scared off it's horrors. For that one moment, he could see the man, a hunter, no doubt committed to some "sacred goal", was becoming his prey to kill it.
And calliga wasn't lying; for once, his words rang true agianst the force, a instinctive ripple of truth as he believed it.
"Go ahead, murderer. make me proud."
Calliga leered, eyes burning with a pleasurable madness.
(( confused Oh come on. Thats A. Against guild rules and B. Unbeliveably cheep. I've already a bad enough rep as a Moderator. I dont need to be adding to it.))
"You cant believe how many times I've heard that declaration." Pash said.
His gun was jammed, much to his annoyance. He holstered it but in his other hand he still gripped his knife.
"I didnt want to fight you, havent killed a single person while on this planet, and have been trying peacefully to leave this world without as much fuss as possible. You've impeded that at every turn and have been chomping at the bit to fight me. Your death isnt required and Ive attempted to preserve your life."
With a subtle nudge of the Force, Pash disconected the powercell in the Sithling's lightsaber, as he had jammed his gun. The enemy's saber shut off, leaving Pash with the only weapon.
Opening his hand he pushed with the Force, throwing the sithling back away from Pash.
"Your logic is flawed. I offered you the chance to claim victory before but you didnt take it. And now, you've lost that claim. Ol'val." Pash then deliberately walked for the freighter again.
Cene landed her ship aboard the Sith Vessel and disembarked. Her Armor was pock marked with half a dozen scorch marks and showed signs of having gone through some heavy fighting. Her recharged blaster Carbine was in hand and in her other was a leather bag which contained some object.
She fixed her visored gaze on a droid in the docking bay.
"Tell your master I've come for my pay. He better show himself before I lose patience."
((well, c'mon, chorographed fight or not, tell me how else do I survive a blaster shooting me? He's losing blood fast, anyway. seriously, I have to bend the rules to survive these otherwise unbeatable things you're using on me. You said it yourself, you're waaay over my head. Please don't kill me outright, okay? 3nodding
....or did you mean the edit? Sorry, wasn't acussing, but I coulda' sword it looked different. anyway, further talking can be Pm'd; we'd best not clog the thread with chatter.))
There was clatter as Calliga leapt up again, painfully. Smug...whatever he was...! Calliga's side was burning and pain was spreading in his body like spilled ink on paper. Not good.
Holstering his dead saber, Calliga rapidly swapped out a torn up, twisted length of floor strut, it's sharp end gleaming under the hangar lights.
"As I though. Didn't think you'd believe me, being Sith. Oh well. I least I can look in the mirror and openly say what I am...."
Calliga spat, whipping the strut into a swordfighting posture.
"How sickening, a pacifist who fights like sith. all the potential, none of the skill. Shame; you're no use to anyone."
Calliga dashed parralel to the departing intruder, skidding to a halt in front of the boarding ramp not far from Pash; the exertion crimsoned the gashes further.
"I'll give you logic, You freakish mal-bred. I want to kill you. Badly. You laid a finger on Siren, something I will not forgive. You don't need to understand-You will fight me,now! Not as sith and jedi, or sith and sith....just you, me, and Hatred as our judge."
calliga said, brandishing the strut with some difficulty, panting slightly.
The droid gave a small salute. "Roger roger!" As the doors slid open, it bumped right into Nakara, still in disguise.
"She wants you to show yourself, master," It said in it's monotone voice, as Nakara rolled his eyes.
"Droids. They are either too smart or too dumb for their own good it seems. Same can be said of soldiers in the field too. No matter, it seems the planet is in perfect chaos, just as I had expected. But I digress, I ramble too much. You want your pay, dont' you?" He said, tossing the suitcase in his left hand to her.
"That's a quarter of it hard cash. I figured you'd appreciate it rather than those risky electronic deposits. Unless you got an account number for me to deposit the rest in, I'm afraid I'll have to give you the rest in the same manner."
((Ah. Theres the error. A Slugthrower is a bullet shooting gun like what is in real life. Its not a blaster))
Pash's eyes narrowed as the youth blocked his way.
"Youngling, you're no sith. You lack focus, skill, and cunning. You, you are a freak of nature, a being who is ignorant of everything and who lashes out blindly spouting words beyond their understanding. Even a beast knows when it has been beaten, when it should run away while it can. But you are too stupid to realize even that."
Pash's lightsaber seemed to manifest in his hand. The blue blade flashed in a lightning swift slice and vanished, displaying his skill in the ancient and difficult art of Trakata. Calliga's makeshift blade broke, sliced clean throw right above his hand.
"I did not harm Siren. I stunned her. But if you really cared for her you would have gone to her aid personally instead of intercepting me. You have no real power, boy. You cant even see how shallow you are and how you are being used as a real Sith's plaything. Ive been on this world only a Day and I can see your relationship with Siren clearly. You're a pawn."
He held his unlit lightsaber before him, an imaginary blade pointed at Calliga's face.
"Now move, Pawn." Pash declared with a tone of voice reserved for commanding animals. "You are in my way. If you value your life, you will move."
