"That was a very well-played match," the boy said. "And, I've been rather rude. Forgive me for not introducing myself-- I am Raimundo. It's like 'Raymundo' except you spell it with an "ai" instead of an "ay" and the "ai" is pronounced like the "ai" in "Raichu" and... yeah." He smiled a little bit.
Nina blushed again. She found it hard to stop looking in his eyes. "I'm... Nina." Sabrina and Sasha caught up with Nina, and Sabrina said, "I'm Sabrina, the gym leader of Saffron City in Kanto. I'm also Nina's sister. It's a pleasure to meet you, Raimundo." Sasha introduced herself as well.
"It's been very nice meeting you all," Raimundo said, still smiling a little. "But, I should be going-- I was on my way home and my mother's probably wondering if I got lost or something." He looked to Nina. "Would you mind if we exchanged PokeNav numbers?"
Nina shook her head. "Er, no. I mean, no as in I don't mind, which I guess would mean yes..." She felt herself turning red again, the rain still falling, and she said, "I would very much like to exchange numbers." The two did, and Raimundo started to walk off, turning his head and waving at the girls.
When Raimundo was out of eyeshot and earshot, Nina's knees buckled and she flopped down on the wet ground. "He's so gorgeous!" she squealed.

She sighed. Mike must have not heard me. "Mike let's go to the PokeCenter. Ivy needs to be checked up from the tag battle." She said this time louder than the first.

Mike whipped around on one heel, turning back towards the Pokemon Center. "That woudldn't hurt, let's go." He said with a smile towards Mistu.
Agh! We were so close! I wanna fight! Portabello whined as he turned back from the Gym. I was so close!
Nitro just smiled, he wanted to fight, but he wasn't that anxious

Sasha giggled. "You never cease to amaze me Nina, you are so cute when you are crushing on someone." She helped Nina up, giving her a smile. "And yes, he was gorgeous."
Lightbulb gave out a sigh and rolled his eyes. Humans.

She was glad he understood and walked towards the red roofed building. As they arrived she handed all her Pokemon to Nurse Joy. It wouldn't hurt if they were all checked up. Best to be prepared before a battle. She took a seat near a table and looked around the room. She spotted a girls head covered in a green bandana. "Hey that looks like Kasiya..." She said traling off.

Sabrina grinned. "Looks like you've got yourself a crush, Nina!" All that Nina could do was stare into the distance and smile. "Yeah... is it that obvious...?" Sabrina chuckled and helped her sister up. "Incredibly. Your drooling could have drowned him."
Nina playfully hit her sister's arm. "You thought he was cute, too." Sabrina shrugged. "Eh. He's not old enough." She grinned, and the girls continued northward to Ecruteak City.
"Did the battle help you?" Sabrina asked. Nina nodded. "It did, actually. I've learned how powerful certain moves are when used in conjunction with one another." A moment later, she handed Persian's Pokeball back to Sabrina. "Here. You should hold onto this for awhile, just because."
Sabrina raised an eyebrow. "All... right... if you insist."

"Well, let's find out then." Mike had just recalled his two Pokemon and handed all five of them to Nurse Joy, it would'nt hurt to have em looked at.
"KASSSIIYAAA!" Mike yelled at the top of his lungs.

Kasiya tossed one of her empty Pokeballs up caught it, over and over again. She looked at her watch, then up and around again, and back down to Ariel. "They should be here anytime," she smiled. Should I tell them about my father? she thought, tossing the ball up and catching it again. The lightning-shaped pendant she now wore outside of her clothes, proudly showing it off for the world to see. The daughter of a gym leader, she repeated to herself. She loved the way that sounded, and couldn't help but grin.
"KASSSIIIYAAAA!" she heard her name and looked up. Sure enough, there was Mike.
"Long time no see," she said.

A short amount of time had passed before the girls had arrived in Ecruteak City. Nina smiled and said, "Isn't this a sight for sore eyes..."
Quickly looking at the city, Nina noticed the Pokemon Center. "We should get there first. I've got a few Pokemon that need to be healed." And with that, the girls started toward the Pokemon Center.

"Hiya Kasiya! It's been way too long!" Mike walked over and gave his friend a long awaited hug. "Looks like we finally got together, took us long enough." He added a laugh in. ---
"Spooky." Sasha stated as shewalked across the dark gloomy town. Soon she reached the Pokemon Center along with Nina and Sabrina, and entered.

Mitsu took a few steps away from Mike. "I'm glad we finally get to meet up again Aire. Your Pokemon looks like've grown quite a bit." She said feeling a bit more comfortable.

The girls arrived at the Center, and Nina had given her Pokemon plus the Persian to Nurse Joy. Shey had a short wait before getting the Pokemon back, and they had left the Pokemon Center, after Nina released Mihoshi and Anna. She held Mihoshi in her arms, and the gym was in her sights.
"I think I'm ready," Nina said, letting out a sigh of excitement. She started to walk toward the gym, but Sabrina put a hand on her shoulder and stopped her.
"Wait," Sabrina said. "Half of your Pokemon team is comprised of Normal-type Pokemon. Aside from Mihoshi's Metronome and Mirror Move, you won't be able to inflict any damage to Morty's Pokemon. You should really consider capturing another Pokemon before you challenge him."
Nina looked aside. "I... guess I hadn't thought of that."
((Mitsu, that was my oh-so-subtle way of asking if Nina could capture a Pokemon. whee ))
