"It indeed. I gave Jack a book of stories from my time, one of them being about that. Ironically, the story was called The Tragic Love Song of Destiny or something like that. In the end, it caused me to have a deep hatred for him in my second life until the last few minutes before my second death." She sighed. "It wasn't exactly one of the best moments of any of my lives, but even so, he managed to still keep from hating me no matter how much I begrudged him."

"Wow..." Kimiko said, looking off in the direction that Inuyasha had went. Turning her head back to Kikyo, she asked, "I've been meaning to ask; what do you all see in Jack, anyways? He's always been such a huge pain in the neck to me and my friends, and not even anyone on his side likes him. The only ones that can stand to be around him for extended periods of time are his robots, and at least a few of them have turned on him, too!"

She thought about it for a moment. "Well, Nina loves him, that much I know. And I see a part of him that needs to be protected in the way you would protect a younger sibling; since I treat him like a younger sibling he's treated me as his older sister so we've become that way in it's own sense. For the rest, I don't know. That's for you to ask them."

Kimiko thought about it for a while, trying to understand. "Well... Sorry, but I still don't really get it. I just can't see anybody getting past that obnoxious personality of his... And that "evil" laugh of his just makes me want to tear my own ears off!"

"Evil laugh? I hae heard of many things being evil, but never a laugh. Besides, with all the things we've been through together as a group, you'll see he's quite grown-up than when we first started. Jack, of all of us, has changed the most since we got here. I remember once that Jack was really subconcous about the way he was that he actually went into an ally and started to cry he talked about some of the things he had been through. I think that might have been when I started to veiw him as my little brother."

"You can ask Jack about the evil laugh," Kimiko replied, with a small smirk. "Running and crying... That sounds like the Jack I know, all right. But talking to someone about it? That's new... He never let anyone get close to him, before, really... Omi would have definitely listened to anything Jack had to say, but I guess he never wanted to talk to him 'cause he's tryin' so hard to be evil. Still... I'd rather deal with Evil Jack than Good Jack any day!" She shuddered a bit at mentioning Good Jack.

"I guess you could call him that..." Kimiko began, thoughtfully. "It's who Jack becomes when he loses all of his evil chi. And he is ca-repy! I think even Chase prefers Evil Jack!"

"How does he go about losing his 'evil'ness?" Yuta raised his eyebrow, "And does he appear different or does he just act weird?"

"My world is loosely connected to this other dimension we call The Ying Yang World," Kimiko began, turning her attention to Yuta. "You can only get there with special Shen Gong Wu; the Ying Yo-Yo, the Yang Yo-Yo, or both. If you leave the Ying Yang World with just one of the Yo-Yos, you'll leave behind your dominant chi. Someone like me would turn evil, and someone like Jack would turn good. And Jack found out the hard way that if you travel with both Yo-Yos and the Reversing Mirror, the same thing happens. I'm not sure if there are any other ways, but I don't think so..."

"You would turn evil? But I thought you said dominant chi..." He said, taking advantage of the opening for an insult. Then, in attempts of avoiding any bodily injury, he changed the subject, "Speaking of Jack, where the hell is he? And where the hell is Nina?"

Kimiko frowned, but decided to let it slide. "I don't know..." she admitted, thinking back. "I haven't seen either of them since I went into the ramen shop... And that was back when the sun was still up. I think I saw him headed toward a machine shop..."

Yuta frowned, it had been a long time, but then again, they would sense if anything was going to put anyone in danger, "Oh well," he shrugged.

"Wonder how many of his stupid robots he's made by now...?" Kimiko thought out loud. There had only ever been one time when those things showed any use, and that was to prove that bullets can turn one of Wuya's rock monsters to rubble within thirty seconds.
