La Petite Peche Hmm... I like the EGL look. Pick up the book Fruits. It's a huge book chock full of photos of Japanese street fashions and there are two EGL girls who look like perfect, pretty porcelein dolls. Like, utterly perfect (not a hair out of place and worn in sleek pretty looped braids, with tiny little black lace hats, one is holding a parasole over them, and the dresses are so pretty). That is the greatest photo book... I'd dress like that given the chance, but people here are so picky... they stare. It get annoying. I got called Dr. Suess by a complete stranger one day from wearing purple and black striped stockings.

I (almost) never like what they have in stores, my hair isn't long enough to do cool things with, and my mom won't let me pierce my ear twice in the same lobe or make my own clothes. That about sums it up for me!

I customize some of my clothes. My abilities in actually making clothes are limited to knitting scarfs (is it scarfs or scarves? I never remember...) for winter. I'm doing a Slytherin scarf now. Next I'm gonna try to do a sweater... sweatdrop
...and has anyone else noticed that nowadays it's almost impossible to find good-looking shoes from a regular shoe store? I hate the fashion right now. ;_;

I have some neat shoes that look like they were woven, but I have oddly shaped feet, so few shoes fit. I tried knitting once, and I got tangled in the string.

Kei - Yes. Good-looking shoes are basically non-existant here. They have all these freaky coloured shoes and other strange things but very few things I actually like.
Hmmm. I like sewing. I usually make all my halloween costumes. Yes I still dress up, though I can't go out trick or treating anymore. Boo.

Ohhh, Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I got a four day weekend from my courses, although I still have to go to work. >.<
And I can't knit or make ANYTHING, clothing or otherwise. whee I'm like...dysfunctional... whee

I knit myself a scarf once. But I didn't know how to finish it off (like the knot you do at the end or whatever) so I just kept knitting and knitting. It is probably 10" long... sweatdrop

*glances at the usual outfit she wears, random sandles jeans and T-shirts* Err.....Probably not the best person to ask about fashion... Although I must argue that what I'd like to wear is hard to find/expensive. Nearly a hundred dollars for a cloak!! I can make it for twenty or thirty (using really nice fabric). *mutters* ^^" Sides, I don't look good in most things.
Knitting! Gotta finish the scarf I'm knitting... I tend to be crafty like that. Sewing, knitting, embroidery...I just rarely have the time.
