Infinities This is a revision to the co-ownership agreement of Infinities and Quiddie! in regards to the Soquili Rainbow Reef and Faust. Quiddie! will maintain sig-only rights to the two of them, as she is no longer with the shop in person. Infinities will get full breeding and roleplay rights, and full basket rights to all breedings. If there are three baskets, Quiddie! will recieve the option of taking one of the baskets. Quiddie!'s permission is not necessary to enter either Rainbow Reef or Faust in a breeding. Quicksilver the Archangel  Quicksilver the Archangel and Aqua Drageen's Co-Owner Agreement for The Drummer Boy, Selkirk Ross (nick: Ross).I, Quicksilver the Archangel, grant Aqua Drageen full RP rights to Ross. This means that she can determine his personality, font color, choose a mate, when he breeds, etc. She may ask me for input if she wishes, especially in mate, but the final decision remains in her hands. Both of us can display him in our sigs and posts and both of us will keep track of him in our teepee, but Aqua Drageen will roll his stats. In terms of RP, I would like to be notified of major plot arcs and threads so that I can edit his post in my teepee accordingly. In terms of baskets resulting from breeding, I get a minimum of one basket from one breeding. In the event that a spare basket is left from a breeding, Aqua Drageen and the owner of the mare will determine how it will be handled (I.e. via RP contest, etc.); if my help or advice is needed, I will gladly supply either. Should I ever be banned for any reason from the Soquili shop or leave Gaia, I give full ownership to Aqua Drageen. Likewise, if she gets banned for any reason or leaves Gaia, full ownership would revert to me. (Not that this'll ever happen... most likely Gaia'll crash before either of us leave. rofl ) If either of us are forced to take a hiatus, we will alert the other and the non-hiatused person will be in charge of caring for our Soquili. I agree!

Breeding1st breeding: In the first breeding, Bunny gets to keep one of the baskets. In the case of three baskets Bunny and the owner of the mare will get to decide what to do with the third basket. 2nd breeding: The second breeding, I get a basket. In the case of three baskets me and the owner of the mare will get to decide what to do with the third basket. 3rd breeding: The third breeding the basket will go to a mutual party that Bunny and I have already agreed on. In the case of three baskets the three of us will make the decision. Bunny fully agrees ^-^
The third breeding the basket will go me and I will decide what to do with said basket.
The breeding basket order will be as follows
Bunny gets the first basket full rights to do whatever she would like with them.
Then breeding baskets from two and three will be up to me on what needs/wants to be done with them.Bunny fully agrees again <3 I no longer co-own leap and that all rights to him go back to Wyntre IceBlade

I will have the second breeding, and in the third breeding, i-Autumn Night and I will choose someone who we think should have the basket, and we will both choose whom the third mate will be (in the case of life mating, mate would obviously be the life mate). In the case of a third basket in any breeding, whichever owner that has the breeding, and the other owner of the stallion will decide who will get the third basket. If i-Autumn Night or myself wants to life mate Petite Hamie, this must be discussed by both owners. If i-Autumn Night wishes to enter Hamie in any contests, she must send me a PM saying that she is entering her and then she may enter when I confirm with her. If I go on a hiatus, then I will notify i-Autumn Night. If this is the case, then she may enter Hamie in any contest she would like, thought a PM must be sent to me, but i-Autumn Night needn't wait for a confirmation. i-Autumn Night also has full display rights. And at anytime i-Autumn Night is allowed to cancel the co-ownership and vice versa. If I or i-Autumn Night quit gaia, then the other owner will have full rights to Petite Hamie.

Co-ownership agreement for Ludovic, co-owned by Nevayeh and TrinityCowboy:
Nev and Trin both have full rights - sig, RP, OOC RP, etc. Both owners must agree upon mate(s). Nev will receive one basket, Trin one basket, and the third will be co-owned between them. Should there be a third basket from any breeding, Ludovic's owners will discuss what to do with it with the mare's owner(s).

Co-ownership Agreement for Zakkusu- Both owners may RP him - Both owners have sig rights - +Sephiros Immortal+ (currently using the name Farlest Morifaerion) has breeding rights --- Manda may post him in breeding raffles, but it must be agreed upon by Seph beforehand - Any baskets' ownership are to be discussed between the two co-owners when/if the time comes
