Looking back at Gabriel once he heard the name of a jutsu Death Spank saw the water shuriken and sighed thinking " I know the next thing I am going to have to teach this one..." With his thoughts finished the shuriken were launched at Death Spank and the boy was charging after him with a weapon drawn. Dust was kicked up as Death Spank disappeared from sight, a second would go by as the shuriken raced toward Emily who was sure to be struggling to move right now.
Suddenly Death Spank reappeared next Gabriel bent down so that there faces were next to each other, on arm was draped over Gabriell's shoulder holding him in place ht other was around his wrist holding the sword so he couldn't try and stab him. " Those punches were part of her training, the fighting style she wishes to learn is one that requires the body to with stand tremendous damage. You charging into a fight not knowing the situation just got your partner more injuries than she needed." Just as Death Spank finished speaking the shuriken would be just about to dig into Emily, the only thing that could save her from receiving several shallow cuts her herself.

As soon as he saw death move he was already preparing his next move. He knew the Jounin had a point but he still wanted to kick the hell out of him for it as he said with an evil smile ," Never underestimate me. Mizu Soujuu." As he spoke he pored his chakra into the air just in front of Emily turning all the water in the Shuriken he had just fired into steam then rapidly back into cooler water causing the Shuriken to explode and rain bits of water down on Emily preventing her from getting injured by his own attack. He now focused all his attention on Death as he said," I dont care what training it is. Your a Jounin there HAS to be a better way than ruthlessly beating the hell out of someone." He did not care how much he himself would be injured as long as Death got some as well it was fine by him. He pushed up against the Jounin's arms with his hated and adrenaline pumping. Once he put just enough resistance on the Jounin he would suddenly let all the stregnth the Jounin would counter with work against him and pulled backward as he fell onto his back with his knee up to push the Jounin in a roll which would continue the motion with both his own inertia as well as Deaths would work against Death. Gabriel was not great at taijutsu but the sudden change in resistance would certainly catch Death of guard.

Emily was well shocked at the powerful punch on her face and the look she gave off would prove it. She didnt even get a chance to catch a breath when more and more punchs swiftly hitting her everywhere. The pain was unbearable the girl shedded a few tears. After being slammed into the ground with the last punch the girl layed their trying to remember what happend. She turned her head slightly when she heard a voice scream and saw Gabriel was charging towards Death.
Emily struggled to move watching the shuriken head straight to her with haste. She tryed useing her hands to get up but they were already in a lot of pain to even move leaveing her to shake with fear. When the Shuriken turned into water she used her elbows to sit up instead of her hands. It took her a few minutes to stand but when she did her movement was like a druken person trying to walk straight. [Chakra points Total:][41/41] Kunai: 5/5

When the boy started to push against Death Spanks arm he simply let go and allowed the boy to fall backward, the lack of Death Spank holding him with the amount of force he was using it was very likely that the boy would fall back. Death Spank then made his way over to the girl quickly putting her arm over his shoulders and giving her some support as he said to Gabreil " No, there isn't any other way to train this style other than hurting the person. It wasn't ruthless either, you probably don't even know the meaning of the word if you throw it around so easily."
Changing his attention back to Emily Death Spank said " Sorry about that, but... well this style is a hard one to learn, but your standing which is more than most at your level could say." Walking the girl over to the small water filled hole he gently sat her down and said "Drink, the water is fresh and cool, I think that is enough training for you today. There will be plenty left for rest of the journey."

"Well, that's certainly an excellent question Riko... I'm not sure. Theory would suggest that once our chakra degrades enough, the earth's cohesion will return and the ground will be made solid. But I have no idea how long that might take, could differ significantly between people and their experience using the ninjutsu I guess. For now, I guess jumping away to a different area might be the best course of action."
Pointing to an open area of the field where they should meet up, Shinji took a second to look over at Kaze to see how he was doing. The boy seemed to be simply staring at his hand, but Shinji had no idea if he was working on performing the jutsu, or if he had simply been absorbed by the wrinkles of his palm and was analyzing them heavily. The thought occurred to him that such a thing would be a typically 'Kaze' thing to do, so he left the boy to his devices and went on to teach Riko another jutsu that Kaze knew which Riko had not yet learned.
"Alright Riko, while Kaze is busy doing whatever it is Kaze does I can show you one more jutsu which I'm sure will be very useful to you. I used this myself several times in my exams. It's the Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu (Earth Tremor Sense Technique) and it is rather useful for us Iwa ninja. Essentially, the theory is simple. By performing the proper seals and placing your hand to the ground, your chakra reaches out, creating a sensor network beneath the surface of the earth. This allows you to detect movement across the earth as far away as half a mile. Of course, you can't tell who it is simply by feeling the tremors, but you can probably get a good sense of how many are approaching, how fast they are coming, and generally how far away they are. I don't think I need to elaborate anymore on how useful such a skill can be."
With those words, Shinji crouched down, instructing Riko to follow suit as he moved through the hand seals, slowly at first so Riko could memorize them, and then quickly in order to complete the technique himself. Pushing his hand to the earth, rather then screaming out the technique, the words could be very lightly heard as Shinji closed his eyes, allowing him to better focus on the tremors he felt and describe it to Riko. "Once you finish, you'll know if you've done it right... it's like feeling a resonating pressure through your body, except you sense it for an entire landscape ahead of you, almost like you were the landscape and you could feel the tremors walking on you. You'll easily be able to feel at least those on the training grounds, so try to focus on those and then open your eyes and use your visual queues to match them up with the tremors you feel."

Gabriel fell onto his back and rolled continuing the momentum and was up in an instant. It was not that he hated the Jounin just the methods he had used. When the Jounin questioned his intelligence on the other hand he took it rather insulting and said," You...are questioning MY literacy knowledge. You with your obscene and preposterously obsessive enchantment with the by product of a porcine stomach and loin. I don't think so. " He pointed at death as he spoke then back to himself. He had enough of this fighting and made his way over to the small puddle and sat down next to Emily and said," Are you alright?"

Emily had a pounding head as she allowed death to take her to sit down. She held her head in the water for a secont then lifted up getting air. The water was relaxing but not enough make the headace go away anytime soon.With a nod to agree that training was done she wait to see if he would tell her something eles if not she would leave soon to rest. Turning slowly to look at Gabriel.
".. Im fine ... thanks for the help if you thought i was in trouble."She would have said it more cheerful but after being pounded like a punching bag her mind was slowly out of it right now. [Chakra points Total:][41/41] Kunai: 5/5

Kneeling down next to Emily and Gabrie Death Spank said " Well head home, rest up and gather what you will need for a five day journey. We leave at sunrise, so meet me at the gates then." Then with a quick slap to the back of Gabriell head he spoke once more " Insult bacon again.... I dare you "

Gabriel sighed and said," I apologize for placing you in danger it was not my intent to do so. I had thought he attacked you out of the blue and lost it." He partly hoped she would not guess his true reason for acting as he did. He blushed slightly as he said," Your name is Emily right I remember you from the academy. I dont think we ever spoke to each other thought. My name is Gabriel, Gabriel Kaguya." He personally hated his last name and the things that came with it. The fact that his cousin was the Tsuchikage, the fact that he was a brought up as a noble regardless of his desires to NOT be. His only response to deaths slap to the head was a smirk. He now knew how to anger the Jounin a piece of information worth more to him than money.

"Silence is key to a perfectly timed attack..." XXXGage watched in silence as his team finished their things. Not really wanting to get involved, he stepped back and leaned against a near by tree. He waited till everyone was finished before walking away. He knew that his old place was in shambles, so he headed to the gate. Listening to his words, Riko took note of his explanation and saw the logic behind it. 'Hm...if it lasts as long as it does, it'll prove to be a good trap for opponents during a fight...' Gaze following his hand, Riko saw the open area indicated by Shinji and nodded her head. Resting her hand back at her side, Riko bent her knees and pushed forward like a frog easily leaping over the moat. Walking the remainder of the way to the clear, open area, Riko turned her attention to Kaze who was also training and saw him staring blankly at his hands. 'Strange...'
Silently nodding her head again in agreement to Shinji's statement, Riko cleared her mind of excess thoughts and focused completely on learning the next technique. 'Cool. This will definitely prove useful as a scouting technique. Shame that its only limited to those that touch the earth...' Crouching down when instructed, Riko examined the hand seals carefully and made sure to embed it memory. Riko watch with a look mix between a blank and interested look since all she pretty much saw was Shinji placing his hands into the earth and closing his eyes. Nodding her head in understanding, Riko began prepping herself for the technique. 'Alright, here goes nothing.'
Slowly running through the hand seals, Riko frowned when she felt something missing. Uncrossing her hands, Riko crossed her arms and took a moment to rerun the memory of the hand seals performed by Shinji. 'Hm...I seem to be doing them...Ah! That's the seal I forgot. No wonder it seemed weird.' Smiling now, Riko uncrossed her arms and once more ran through the hand seals without chakra. 'There we go. Those are the right seals I think,' More confident that she got the hand seals down, Riko once more allowed her chakra to flow freely as she swiftly performed the required hand seals. Using her chakra to soften up the earth, Riko easily slipped her hands within the earth and began sending her chakra outward. Doton: Jihikbiki Kansei no Jutsu [1/2]
Hands inside the earth, Riko kept her hands relaxed as she closed her eyes. Sending her chakra through the earth, Riko attempted to sense the tremors/vibrations resonating through the earth. Squeezing her eyes tighter, Riko felt her chakra send back vibration from all around back to her hands and she felt it pulse through her body. 'Such a strange sensation. Its as Shinji-san said, I feel as if I'm one with the earth...Hm...I can sense Shinji-san next to me, Kaze-san a few feet to our left and 4 others off to the middle of the training grounds...' Pulling her hands back out, Riko took in several breaths as she tried to regain a grip on her surroundings. "Wow, that was different...as to how many people I sensed...I think there's 7 people at the training ground including, Kaze-san, you and me." Glancing up, Riko soon found her assessment to be correct as she spotted three other shinobi hanging out close to a strange shinobi clad in purple. 'The world is truely filled with strange people...' Gabriel smiled and said," The pleasure is all mine." He stood and grabbed his katana from the ground where he dropped it and with a quick flourish sheathed it. Gabriel smiled as he thought, Well five days in the wild on a mission with her. Maybe this mission wont suck so much after all. He brushed off his pants and adjusted the pieces of leather he wore onto his shoulder.

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Long after Kaze was shown the jutsu, he couldn't help but think about it. He saw everything Shinji demonstrated, but still pondered. '... Hmm.', he thought. But whatever, despite what he was thinking, he couldn't shake the feeling of nervousness that suddenly struck him. The Chuunin Exams. The reality of it coming just struck Kaze for a moment. Kaze tried the jutsu right after Shinji showed him, but couldn't quite keep his control in.
After collecting himself together, Kaze began to concentrate. He channeled chakra over his hand, as in a coating of chakra. 'Easy enough..' Kaze thought to himself. The coat of thin chakra over his hand was a crimson-red color. A mixture of Kaze and the Yonbi's chakra colors. Maybe Kaze's chakra was naturally crimson? Who knows.
[ Jutsu Learned: Bounetsu no Jutsu ]
Kaze then made his way back over to Riko and Shinji, with a smirk, just as Riko finished learning the Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu, and just in time to hear her comment. He turned around, to see, quite a bit away, were other Genin, and that.. guy. The purple one. He was odd, wearing purple. At least it wasn't orange or something.
