"I know..." Mrs. Kurama wept. "You'll be far better for her then we ever could. We feared so many things. We didn't know what could trigger her monstrous half. Kept her locked away..."
"They could have killed her!" Mr. Kurama interupted, angry. "Those villagers, they could have harmed her if we let her out! We watched her when we thought she was strong enough to go out because they were in as much danger as she was." Mr Kurama turned away, facing his wife instead. "She was my daughter. And she could destroy everything. She was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen and sshe could have killed me at age 12 - even younger. We didn't know..."

"You know...I'm giving you all a chance for peace...to release all the burdens, the secrets that you kept during your life. Don't you want that? To rest peacefully knowing that you have been freed from your sins?" Zane asked them, rising up and looking at all of them. "I will take them away, so please, release your anger, your hatred, your sorrows, your frustration upon me," he told them as he held his arms out by his waist. "So go ahead...let it go...let it all go..." he told them. He was giving the Kurama family one last chance to release their hatred, to tell Zane everything so that he himself would carry their burden, in return letting them rest in peace.

"What sins have we to give to you?" Mr. Kurama spat. "We love our child! We were frightened, we've told you that. What more do you want from us?" He growled, frustrated, ashamed and in pain.
Mrs. Kurama held up her hand and looked back up at Zane. "I gave her another chance. She knows that. That's all we could offer her." Outou's aunt came up to her sister and they both held each other, both responsible for the death of the rest of their family.
"What do you want from us?" Mr. Kurama hissed angrily.

"You don't get it do you? Look at him...he's ashamed, angry frustrated...look at you...tired, sorrowful, in pain...why?" he asked. "Why are you feeling this way? If you have no sins to give me, no remorse for your actions, then why are you acting this way? What are you so ashamed of?" he pointed out, raising his tone slightly.

"We've told you!" Mr. Kurama roared, the other members of the family slowly crowding around the parents of Outou. "We couldn't give her what she deserved as a child! Our deaths are all we can offer - a second chance which my wife seems to think that only you can offer!" He huffed and slowly calmed himself. "Our family was bound to kill her if her other half broke free - ever since the branch in Konoha had the same... situation. Our clan demanded that she die. But with our deaths, we are no longer bound, and she is free to live just that little bit longer. Its all we could offer. I looked out for her the best we could. She never wanted to cause people harm but we..."
"We pushed it so far into her head that now she believes she must!" Mrs. Kurama yelled at her husband. "Now she truely wants the destruction of human kind because she saw only primitive animals that fear its own offspring!" Mr. Kurama flinched and looked away from his wife. She turned to Zane. "Let us go, please!"

"That's all I wanted to hear..." Zane smiled, finally understanding their feelings. He felt bad for pushing the family so far, but he needed to truly feel them out. Holding his arm out, he held his finger, ready to snap. "Alright...I promise you that your daughter will be safe, and belive me, she won't cause the destruction of human kind as long as I'm around," he told them. "Now, get going...and please...try to be happy when you watch over your daughter..." he told them as he snapped his fingers, and he watched as the family would dissipate before his eyes.

The pained family returned to their slumber of death, still holding secrets of their family but at peace in keeping them in their graves. Mrs Kurama never broke eye contact with Zane until she was completely gone.

"Well that was quite eventful. Jeez...they're as stubborn as Cherry is! Ezio commented, relaxing for the first time. "It's fine really...cause what they don't know is that I can summon them again..." he chuckled. "Well I know that, but will you...? he asked him. "Nah...I probably won't. Unless Cherry asked me to...and even then I won't. That family has way too many issues that I don't really feel like divulging so I think I'll just keep that trick to myself he stated as he formed a single handseal. A breeze rolled by him as he dissapeared from sight.

Sosay walked into the dojo, Axel's hand still in her's. "I guess I never really said this before but... Welcome home!!!" she exclaimed, a huge smile on her face.

Axel laughed as he stepped inside, his hand still being held by Sosay. "Thank you. It'll be good to get out of these tattered clothes and a good home meal," he stated.

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai entered the dojo in silence, still favoring his left foot over his injured right. His face was still hidden behind the shadow's of his hood, though anyone here would know him on sight regardless. Kai took a cursory glance at Axel and Sosay's entangled hands, before lifting his hood back from his head and walking over to the two. Looking at his sister Kai smiled a bit before saying, "Sister, it is good to see you, I hope that all has been well while I was away?" Before waiting for a response Kai then turned towards Axel, his face becoming an emotionless mask once more, "I was injured in my fight, I could use your assistance.""Only through struggle can we grow."

Sosay tilted her head around as she heard her brother's voice for the first time in a long time, or so she thought it was. "Kai!!! Welcome back!!" she exclaimed, happiness filled her voice. When Kai mentioned himself being hurt, Sosay let go of Axel's hand and made a fist. "Axel!!! You told me he wouldn't get hurt!!!!" she yelled at him her voice cold and serious. She began to determine whether or not she would hurt him for this.

"Ah...hey, it's not my fault, I told him to be careful!" he whined as he approached Kai. "Dude, thanks a lot man" he whispered to Kai as he got down on his knees and inspected the wound. "Here goes...chiyute!" he exclaimed as he formed a white ball of chakra between his hands. Kai would now feel a warm sensation going throughout his body. "There...you should be good now."

Sosay crossed her arms and allowed this time as a warning. "I'll let you go this time Axel but next time you break a promise and you better watch out!" she threatened, a smile on her face. She watched amazed as Axel healed Kai's foot.

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai flexed his leg and tested it by putting weight on it, and just as he had expected it was good as new. Then with a small smile Kai looked to Sosay and said, "Truly sister, it was not something Axel could have prevented, it was because of my own carelessness that I got hurt.""Only through struggle can we grow."
