Calypso. The battle strength/weaknesses and shinobi special skills are the abilities granted by your ninja type. What you have down as skills are techniques, which go in the jutsu section, and are not available unless you learn them in the RP.
The weapon section is for special weapons if you have one other than the basics. If your weapon has any special abilities or attributes it needs to be approved in the custom weapons thread.
As for your request for help on taijutsu styles, those are also only learned in the RP, so leave it blank.

You chose taijutsu as your type, so...
Taijutsu Specialist:
Taijutsu Specialists are masters of their own body, giving them an edge over anyone foolish enough to take them head on. This ninja type usually has great physical strength and is much stronger then other ninja. Their intense training and physical conditioning allows them to use taijutsu moves at a faster pace.
(-2 posts to learn Taijutsu, Physical power stronger)
Your special shinobi skills would be the part in parenthesis. As for strengths and weaknesses, think about your characters fighting style and preferences, and go from there. Someone who primarily fights hand to hand would be weak at long range, while someone who uses genjutsu and such from a distance are weaker at melee.

You obviously don't understand...
Alright, more specific then.
Creating weapons is not a strength, that is an ability, which you do not have. While controlling your feelings can be a weakness, it is also not what is being looked for, refer to what I said previously on the matter.
The special skills you have listed each come from three different sources, none of which is your shinobi type. If you want to be fast, you need the speed ninja type. If you want stealth you need the stealth type. Recall you can only have two.
I don't think there is any type that allows precision aiming, but there is a bloodline for it, see the bloodlines thread for info on that.
As a taijutsu specialist, the only special skill you currently have is (-2 posts to learn Taijutsu, Physical power stronger).
The types, along with their bonuses and weaknesses are listed in the ninja types thread in the starter sub forum.

If the user can utilize a summon, being a summon specialist is the way to go. Summons used by these ninja cost less to perform and do more damage. Summons utilized by these ninja are also stronger then normal summons. Summoning Specialists are also able to use summons at the rank of Genin. [normally not available until Chuunin]

Tactical Ninja:
These Ninja are the smartest throughout the shinobi world, and their quick wit allows them to come up with jutsu and moves to counter attacks faster then regular ninja. They learn faster then normal ninja, allowing them to train with minimal effort, and can even seem to innately understand jutsu, allowing them to treat them as lower ranking for the purposes of learning. Experts of reading ahead, these ninja can perform higher ranked jutsu with less time spent setting up their attacks, making their actions and counter-attacks faster then normal.

Sarukin was abandoned shortly after his birth, his parents leaving him at the doorstep of a stranger. Living in that house, however, was a kind, old man who had a soft spot for children. He took him as his own, naming him "Monkey of Gold" for his golden eyes and his monkey-like personality. Sarukin showed signs of intelligence at an early age, learning how to read before other kids. In one incident, he almost killed a child for bullying him, using his newfound "special eyes". His "grandfather" (aka the old man) taught him values of good character, including respect of the elders. Needless to say, Sarukin is very popular, always making jokes.
