Kumizu was relieved by this. It was the sheer fact that she did forgive him that helped. When she leaned forward, it took all of his will not to grab her then. "I called Ayise my girlfriend because it's true."
When Ayise sat back down, it was even harder to just clear off the table and.... He took a bite of the pie, trying to remain calm. It didn't work. He pushed everything aside and this time was the one to lean forward. He locked her in a kiss. When it was finally broken, he leaned over and whispered in her ear. "What kind of favor does Kumizu owe?"

Aly flyed into the dorm. You baka! Your not supposed to fly! It'll bring attention to yourself. She thought to herself as she put herself to her feet and began to walk over to a empty table and took out some food she brought with her from home. "Oh how nice, a sandwich. Not even a hint of bloo-" With that Aly slapped herself. "NO BLOOD! What is coming over me?!? This is the first time I actually am intresting in blood... I wonder..." She thought to herself once more. Aly never really had an thing for blood, even though she was half a vampire, but she soon figured that her pendant was in her bag. Alyson slapped herself on the head again. "How stupid could I get?!? I can't believe I forgot to wear my pendant!" She said outloud as she put it on and took out her sandwich and began eating. "The last thing that I need is someone bitten by a vampire"

Aly finished her sandwich and decided to go get something from the Machine. She swipped her ID card and waited. "What the hell!?!?! What more does the school know about my vampire period?!?!?" She said to herself outloud. She picked up the bag of salt cubes. "God. I can't believe they know what I have to eat." She said as she began eating. "I hope I'm not bringing attention to myself, it's not everyday you see someone with fangs eating salt cubes."

"...!" Ayise didn't resist when he kissed her but turned her head and blushed once it was over.
"You're cheating Kumizu." She said looking out the window, her ears more scarlet than the rest of her face. Ayise ran her fingers through her hair, her fingers getting caught in her carelessness.

Kira chugs down what was left in the flask, burping slightly. He puts the flask away, trying not to get caught. He eats the rest of his rice. He looks around the room and notices a person he had never seen before. He tilts his head, inspecting her. His interest grew from the fact that sh ehad been speaking to herself out loud.

Kumizu leaned back, a slight blush on his face as well. "It was a simple question," he said as calmly as he could. "If you need to think about it..." he added, taking a sip of his water.
"Anyway... what have you been up to between... then and now?" Kumizu asked, changing the subject. He took a bite of the pie. "Mmm... tastes wonderful." He took a piece on his fork and offered it to Ayise. "Here. Try a bite."

Ayise puffed out her cheeks, "Don't try to change the subject Ku-mi-zu." She shook her head and refused the food [Come to think of it...has he ever seen her eat a meal?]. She took his hands between hers (in annoyance pulling his gloves off) and carefully turned them over and began tracing the lines on his palms.
"I told you to wait and not to fall in love with me. Didn't I?" She said slowly. "Why are you ignoring what I said to you?"

For the first time in a long time, she hadn't called him Kumi-chan. He frowned, withdrawing the fork and eating the piece himself. He stared at her as she traced over his hands. "Why are you so worried about me falling in love with me?" He took in a breath before continuing. "With everything that's happened... I don't think I can't."

Kira stood up, leaving the dinning hall. His frustration from hearing about other people's problems getting to him extremely. He put son e of the fried fish in his mouth, bitting on it as he heads to the courtyard.

The doors opened quietly as Ronan let himself in. Inserting his card and recieving his meal, Ronan quietly retired to a corner seat. He chewed silently, eyes downcast as he pulled his book from a knapsack he was carrying and opened it to another blank page, writing quickly over the fresh pages.

Ayise closed her eyes, "I'm not normal. You have freedom of choice, I don't. I can't be sad, miserable, hateful, or even truly angry. Not only is it unbecoming of a young lady, it can cause certain...problems."

She happens to think my heart has never been broken before. He took her hands in his this time, and lightly brought them to his lips. "Every relationship has its problems. Even as friends we had ours. But we aren't anymore. You feel different when you're around me, happier than usual, if I'm hearing you correctly. That's what love is. I have my share of issues too, but I couldn't let them get in the way of... us." He squeezed her hands tightly. He wasn't sure if he should, but he spoke anyway. "Every day, I'm worried. I'm hunted by my father, assassins, bounty hunters. I won't lie... other relationships in the past have been destroyed by them, by him. My father wants me dead. He would do it any way possible." He wouldn't be surprised if that scared her off. Not the first time it had happened.

"You're lucky...at least you don't have blood on your hands." She said quietly, her eyes looking desperate and pained.
"Oh-! Um, Forgive me; Kumizu, I'm not at all afraid of your father. He seems like a bully. If you fought back I'm sure he'd stop chasing after you. Besides, what could be so bad that he'd want you to stop living? You're his son, that's not what parents do to their children. They're not supposed to-" She shook her head. "Parents love their children no matter how they act, always."
'That's right, my father loved me...at least a little...'

Kumizu saw the pained expression in her eyes. He was still holding her hands. "Don't worry, I've got plenty of blood... but I don't want to get into a contest of who's killed more. As for my father, I don't turn and run at the first sign of trouble. He's stronger than me, so everywhere I go, every time I hide from him, I train myself.
"And as for loving me, he never did. He liked me when I obeyed him. I broke that spell two millenia ago. Started running, and he's been chasing."

"Killed, Kumi-chan? I don't understand." She said tilting her head at him, "I don't know what that word means." The innocence showing in her eyes, "Have faith, no matter what you've done. Someone will always love you." She stood up, "Right, no point in staying depressed!"
"You've heard what I have to say, Kumi-chan will not fall in love with Ayise. They are friends, and..." She looked fustrated, "Ayise will look out for Kumi-chan and not run away." She smiled at him in a hesistative way.
