Jack laughed a little with her. "Yeah, it does, doesn't it?" he replied. Of course, that was a little bit of a lie; to him, it sounded more interesting to be able to cast spells and have an active social life. He'd definitely be able to get some respect back home if he had magic of his own.

"Hey, yeah, that's right! ...I wonder if that'll carry over to our world's, or if it's just a reaction to this world's unique... atmosphere?" Jack guessed. He knew magic could have unexpected consequenses. Like how the squirrels in Chase's land had reacted to the concentration of magic by growing about twice the size of a normal human, developing the extra skin needed to glide, and the ability to breathe fire.

Jack nodded, turning back to his robot. He didn't want to tell Nina that he still kinda didn't want to go home... That he didn't want any of them to go home. He was a little afraid of what the state of his world would be... The state of the people in his world... If he'd really be able to build a dimensional portal to be able to visit everyone else...

"So what do you think might of happened here Inuyasha?" Miroku asked looking for any signs of life
"Dont ask me, i have no idea, probably a mass migration.. or a demon attack"
"Demon? wouldnt you sense something like that though"
"Of course. which is why i doubt that happened since there is no smell"
Link looked at the scenery then looked at Kikyo "It will be getting dark soon Kikyo, we should head back."

Jack sighed and set his tools down, pulling his goggles up off of his eyes. "I guess I'll just say it; I don't really want any of us to leave each other..." he admited, feeling a little ashamed. "Well, maybe Kimiko... But there's nothing I can do about it. If I made a deal with the warlord, then Vegito could just read my mind and find out. ...If Chase doesn't tell you, first... If we got rid of the warlord and I forced us all to stay together, you'd all hate that, too. You, yourself, even said you were feelin' homesick. An' there's really no point in stayin' here if everyone else is going to leave... But I'm kinda scared of what I'm going to find when I get home... I have no idea what it's going to look like..."
