Cloud_has_been_bitten Lithlius Nailo Hey people Not that im cocky or anything but Otogakure is a Village with possibilieties and ive seen various people complain about it not being Working and being under construction! Could you people assing some one to take care of that? the village is Ficking dead. If you have no one Im willing to take Charge of it for now! till you get another Kage , someone older but im sure i can work out the basics of it . The academy and the preparations of the threads and all I would Just need help with The mission giving and expirience to award . I know im not exactly the best qualified person but Get someone please! Im sure that village can have some story to build up!!

so can i cover for the Kage then?9 what would be of Humbra?)
-first i need to get people to know the village exist
- need older members for high rank ninjas , just like every other village( i have atleast one know person who said was willing to help me with being the academy teacher[cloud_is_bitten] and get another high ranking ninja)
- need academy students, we have a bunch but well need more i guess
- and ill ask for help to the other kages so that i can know how to run the village and have different methods in the village
- I need to know what resources haas the village avaible( kusa has gold mines and each village has something right?)
