I get can't get futhermucking WoW to work right with my new video card... it's supported, fully updated, etc. etc. etc., but for some stupid reason, my UI (with no Third-Party AddOns, at that) is all FUBAR...

Majora's Mask needs to be released on virtual console... I loved that game.
Seriously. I liked it more than Ocarina of Time.

o.O The premise of that game, I thought, was terrible. I mean, you have to get it done in three days. But you can turn back time an indefinite number of times... ...but therefore you undo everything that you did prior to that reset...
...At least, that's what I gathered from the review my friend did.

It's not completely ridiculous though, the various masks, the time themed puzzles, it was all fantastic. Lykus hit the nail on the head. Majora's Mask is a LOT better than Ocarina of Time, and Ocarina of Time is superb. It was the greatest addition to the series that added a thematic element that was meaningful to puzzle solving and adventuring that wasnt completely boring or predictable. Also: Gaia Cinemas may be the most ridiculous feature ever implemented. Seriously who said "I KNOW! LETS LET THEM WATCH NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD ONLINE AND TALK AND THROW s**t ON THE VIEWING WINDOW! GENIUS!"

You keep your items/powerups when you turn back time. So, read that as "You get to fight the bosses and solve the puzzles and play out your favorite plot lines as many times as you want without having to start from the beginning every time" The downside is that it had four dungeons compared to Ocarina of Time's nine dungeons, but Majora's Mask was a lot harder, which more than made up for it, as far as I'm concerned. Plus, the water temple was actually fun instead of tedious and ice arrows served a purpose in the game this time, instead of being an optional reward at the end of an optional minidungeon that lacked power compared to the light arrows. I think most of the complainers were just mad that they had to play as kid link.

We should plan a guild viewing of Night of the Living Dead and watch it MST3K style. It would totally be fun, because you know, watching old black and white movies in flash is ALWAYS fun, in that way that totally isnt. Edit: Look out! It's INTERNET

It really puzzles me that the primary two complaints about Twilight Princess are "It's Ocarina of Time 2.0!" and "It's nothing like Zelda!" Oh, oh, and my favorite complaint about Super Paper Mario is "omg i hav 2 reed 2 mcuh"
People are so damn lazy. I mean, the dialogue in SPM is absolutely hilarious too. It's the first thing in a long while to make me actually laugh out loud.

Well...when my Dad found out I was phoning him with a cell borrowed from a passing motorist. He said something along the lines of "Calm the ******** down ICBC already paid us for the time that asian guy backed over it remember? They gave us more then the damn things worth. It's a FREE car so calm down!" The police we had to deal with haven't told me if they're ticketing me, but I think I got off with a warning... not sure though. My mom is apparently ok with it and just glad that I'm not dead. I was the only one in the car so everybody else is giving mixed responses ranging from shock to laughter. stare

Well, from what I've read you say, the circumstances are such that this is the best possible situation that could involve accidentally driving into a water-filled ditch. I mean, your dad could have exploded at you.
Just take it as a learning experience. Don't drive on roads like that during weather like that from now on and you come out ahead. You should be glad that you are unharmed.
Incidentally: I'm not sure what was keeping me from getting into it before, but Skies of Arcadia is so goooooooood. Hearing the music change from boss battle to "the boss is kicking your a**!" back to boss battle, then to triumphant "You're owning this boss!" is so uplifting.
I have to restart though. I accidentally missed a swashbuckler point.

Quite the party we have.

Its not like I sit at night thinking "MAN I WONDER IF I CAN TRICK SOUPS INTO PLAYING BAD GAMES!" and yes, it's a fantastic game, just don't build up your hopes for the ending >.>

I accidentally missed a swashbuckler point. lol I live in backwater BC...^_^' The roads suck and it's always raining, so apparently I should stick to walking? Thanks for the advice though. Honestly. So Skies of ARcadia was good? I wanted to take a crack at it but I've never found anybody I know that would lend me a gamecube. On the indy-gaming front: check out the games Ray Hound and Armagetron. The first is an amazing gimicy game. It's a space shooter, but you're stuck in an arena and you have no weapons. Give it a try, it's more fun then you think! As for Armegetron....it's Tron's cybercycles on PC and it's multiplayer. I don't hink I need to say any more.
