Remus was set back by this, but again, he adapted and learned to divide his attention until he was able to reproduce his orb with a good consistency. Then he took it a step further. He began throwing the orbs he created back. They didn't make it further than a foot, but it was progress.

Lotan had stalled for as long as he could. "I'm afraid Firora remains locked away... Trodan, my ex-apprentice trapped her by reversing the magic that was supposed to have released her. She remains in her tomb until Moneko and Vincent arise to aid we seven in her release."

Lina smirked, not excatly surprised by his actions. She approved it actually. To push your abilities a little farther each time is always a good thing. But she stopped moving as a strange feeling settled over her, bearing down upon them all.
It was Ashra's anger.
The child didn't look it, no he actually looked quite amused with the smile upon his face and the gleam in his eyes. But Emit could feel that anger and he was sure the others could feel it.
"She is still resting..." he murmured, looking down at the small apple core in his hands before walking back into the kitchen, "And because of your apprentice..." he chuckled lightly which was strange coming from his voice, "The very apprentice that nearly stopped my Awakening. I am very disappointed Lotan. Very disappointed."

"Well considering you located your resting place inside his stronghold, we did what we could." Lotan's voice was matter of fact, completely undisturbed even by Ashra's mood.

Remus stopped as Lina did, the electric energy dieing away. He moved a little closer to her and looked around for the source of the feeling. "Do you know what that is?"

Ashra only let his smirk become a smile now as he lifted another apple and drained it of it's energy, "I expected you to have already killed the fool, but apparently Moneko knew something I didn't." he said, looking up at him, "She gave me instructions on what to do next." the smile faded at this point and the anger could be seen, "This would have been so much easier upon us all if the other apprentices had killed him during the war, a war that apparently he helped start!" for a split second, his arm lifted, as if to touch Lotan, but it lowered beside a glowering child instead.
"Once Milan is healthy again, then the instructions will be met. Your part as the guardian of Aurora shall be tested then as will Dorien's rsistance to blood. Emit's hold over Seine will be challanged as well for there will be alot of 'fun' to be had until Moneko Awakens." he then walked past Lotan, "I shall be outside and feed properly. Fruits can only hold me for so long..." his eyes met Emits as he past, the earth elemental glaring at the child until he left.
Lina watched Ashra walk away and a deep sigh left her as the feel faded, "I am not sure...but I assume it's related to Ashra leaving."

Lotan narrowed his eyes and stared after the retreating figure of Ashra.

Remus also watched him leave. "I've been in the lotus for a while. I've seen a lot of things and been nervous and tense before. But Ashra; he wins the prize for the one that worries me the most."

"You have no idea..." Emit answered, walking deeper inside and moving straight into the kitchen and caught the look on Lotan's face, "I take it he didn't like what you said?"
Lina stayed quiet for a long time until folding her arms, "Ashra is not the easiest person to get along with. He switches from being a child to an adult so quickly that it is most disorienting." she narrowed her eyes slightly before looking away, "But I have an inkling what is going on between the Leaders will deal with a grown up Ashra, and that is something I am not sure we will like at all."
Ashra's head was lowered, the dark strands shadowing his face within the moonlight as he walked. Thankfully, the street the Lotus base was on was deserted most of the time, so there was no small specatcle as he walked out of an empty alley comepletely naked save for the long hair that covered his body as he crouched upon the ground his black hair sticking to his skin and became fur, his mouth opening slightly as the transformation continued.
It only took a few more moments before the Leader had turned into his full wolf form, or should I say cub. He was a bigger than an ordinary pup to be sure, but not by much as he streaked down the street, his golden eyes the only thing showing that he was more than what he seemed. Lotan, Seine, all of you...I am very disappointed, but be sure that the punishment will satisfy me. The black cub took to the alley and used the walls to get to the rooftops and called out to the moon in a long soulful howl.

Emit sighed as well, "How badly do you say this is on everyone here?" he asked, not really expecting a light answer. He looked up slightly as he heard Ashra's howl, "He's going all out with his hunger then...I am not surprised. He is always hungry."
As soon as Milan heard the howl, she tried rousing herself from the bed, but the doctors were smart. After Malen's episode, they automatically began tying those they had a feeling would be stubborn to the bed. And as the sounds of Milan's cries filled the area, they knew they were right.
"Let me go!" Milan yelled, wincing as she tried to get up and a pain filled her left side, "I have to be with him, he's only a child!" she tried to turning into her hybrid form, but the change was too painful and she stopped.
"That 'child' is one of the oldest Leaders right now," the Head Doctor answered remorselessly, "I'm sure he'll be fine without you for a while, especially since you need to let your body take the remaining silver out of your body." Milan growled, but said nothing. She knew the man was right.
Ashra took his time to wait, listening closely to the sounds of the city to hear the voice he knew so well. But the did not come. He frowned slightly before trying once again. The Litani clan...what has happened to them?

Karrot followed silently behind Emit, he didn't know these people. He didn't even know Emit. Although he knew he should be attemping to make new friends, as his old ones had either died or left, he figured that this probably wasn't the best time for plesentries.
(alright, I have six words for all of you, and they are thus:

Lina turned to Remus, her gaze dark, "Before Ashra was ever asleep, he hunted with the Litani clan. They were his pack and they guarded him well...like a family should." she said, looking away, "I don't think the rest of the Litani clan survived the slumber like Milan did. They should have been with him on the first howl."
Emit turned to look at Karrot and then at Lotan, "Forgive my manners, Lotan, this is Karrot, an assistant of mine that apparently Gaea thought I needed. Karrot, this is Lotan, one of the Ten Leaders within this city." a thought soon came to his mind as he looked at the dwarf, "Karrot...how adept are you in using your powers?"

Karrot looked thoughfull for a moment before replying.
"Firstly, pleased to meet you Lotan, I'm not sure if you knew him, but I was an old friend of a man named Rike. And to address the question, I suppose you might have to tell me yourself Sir, as I haven't really had anyone to compare myself to. I'd find myself to be quite able with my powers, but that's my opinion. Why, what use would you have of me Sir?"

Lina closed her eyes before walking away without a word towards the rooms. Something deep within her ached slightly for the 'young' Ashra. Even if he was a Leader, he still should have a family to go to. And in his child form...she felt another ache before walking inside the room. She couldn't help Ashra, she wasn't a lycan and never would be. Only another lycan could help him now.
She moved to the bathroom, her gazing at her self through the enchanted mirror and sighed, "Atleast I still have Malen and father," she smiled slightly and finished, "And Remus..."
Emit looked equally thoughtful as he looked at Karrot, "It is not exactly a use...more like a request..."
Salen sighed deeply as he heard Milan cry out, the sound of something being torn apart being heard and soon after an army of doctors came to her bed. She had somehow freed herself from her bonds even in her weakened state as she heard Ashra's second howl, "Do you not hear that you fools?! Where are you?!" Salen had the vague sensation that she wasn't talking about them...
Ashra, sat quietly upon the rooftops, closing his eyes slightly as the wind blew around him. A few moments later, the lone cub jumped of the rooftop and hunted through the streets. Alone.
