Siene stood up and waved at the man when Emit introduced her. Her form quickly changed to the little girl with golden locks so she was able to get a better look at the man. "Emit your going to be a captain... can I use your ship?" She glanced up at him with a teasing smile and then back at the man before rocking back and forth from heel to toe.

[Look, I'm settling whatever the dispute is between you and Fieran right now. I;ve been looking over th epost and Cloud was still in the air understand? So just deal with what has been written and move on because you'll have plenty of time to fight in only a few Signet and/or Gaia days. City-wide curse anyone? lol]
Emit arched and eyebrow at that, but the amusement was clear as he spoke once again, "Sir is fine, but you would think my own parent would tell me something like this..." he merely waved the thought away before esturing for Karrot to follow him, "Come then Karrot. "Well start with something basic," Lina replied, "An orb. Cup your hands to together and try to channel your power into the shape. It is quite simple really. Just put your mind in a calm state an imagine the orb in your hands. Your body will do the rest."
Meanwhile Ashra watched this with dimly lit eyes as he held a red apple in his small hands, comepletely ignoring the shock that his sparingly clothed body had on people. His long hair covered him well and the fact that he hated clothes proved to be a large factor as well. He was a lycan and preferred to feel his surroundings with all of his senses and it would stay that way.
A small smirk formed upon his lips as he listened, the smirk fading as his gaze fell upon the Infirmary, "Tell me Lotan," he murmured, the apple slowly begin to shrink as if it was dying, "I don't not feel Fioa's heat. Only Nadare's cool presence, Dorien, Aurora, Seine, you and myself but not her...why do I not feel her?"

"Alright..." Remus sounded a little unsure of himself. All the same, he closed his eyes and held out his hands in front of him. He pictured a sphere of something in hands. He focused on it for a moment and then felt a tingle in his hands. He slowly opened his eyes, careful not to break focus. Between his hands was a white orb. Small pulses of electricity arced from it, jumping to his palms and fingers.

"Oh this is not that much of a problem," Emit answered, "I haven't heard my own voice in a long while, and besides..you have more than enough voices in your head at the moment." he then led them towards the Lotus base and soon entered, the shield easily giving way. He stiffened slightly as he sensed Ashra's presence. Just great..

Remus nodded to her, not speaking so as to keep his concentration. He slowly spread out his fingers first. Then he spread his hands out farther. Slowly he spread out his arms. He smiled as he managed to sustain the orb with his hands a distance of two feet apart.

Lina seemed pleased as she looked on, "Usually most beginners have trouble with such a step in the beginning, but maybe I can step up the lessons now that this is more of a child's level..." she thought about it for a moment before looking at him once again, "Let's see if you can create the same orb while moving..." her daagers appeared in her hand, "You can make much smaller orbs if you like, but you can't stay still ot these will injure you. And I'm sure you realize that I'm not joking."
She smiled lightly before raising the dagger and throwing it. She loved Remus dearly, but right now he was not her husband, but her student. And she was a strict teacher.

Remus nodded before moving the orb into only one hand. He saw the dagger come flying and ducked, keeping his movements minimal to keep his focus. As he diverted his attention the orb flickered feebly, but once he stopped moving it returned to it's full power.

Karrot stood outside the entrance to the base. Deciding that if he was not invited in, then he's not going to get in trouble for being somewhere he shouldn't be.

Remus continued to dodge with total determination. He slowly became more elaborate with his motions, learning to divide his attention to more than one thing at a time. Eventually he could dodge without losing the orb or it's strength.

Emit turned around and raised and eyebrow before gesturing to come inside, "You have no need to wait. You are with me, so you will automatically be allowed in."
"Better, but now it is time to release that orb and see if you can make another in the process of dodging. If you lose concentration that will only be wasted energy." she said, but continued the lesson.

Remus only nodded again and dismissed the orb. He failed his first few attempts, and his progress was shaky at this point, but he was determined and he had learned focus from his other teachers. Slowly, he began to improve.

So far Lina had just been using her daggers, but now she would increase the tension by using her own orbs of light, something she knew she was far more accurate in throwing than any dagger.
