Eventually Amaya wandered her way through to the badlands in search of her team and Haruko. She hadn't meant to be tardy, but she had a feeling that she most likely was. Or maybe she was early? "Time is getting harder to keep track of these days...hmm." Deciding not to dwell on that too long, she pulled out a kunai from her holster and spun it on her finger by the rounded lopp end. It was more of an unfocused habit, sort of like whistling some effortless tune while walking. She would have to come across the others eventually.

((Considering how zig-zaged the trail Haruko lead the others on was, I'm assuming Amaya can't just show up and suddenly find them.))

Reck was a little syked to get started on this survival training and without missing a beat, he jumped into the air doing a flip and fell into a random hole and waited for his next instructions looking up the hole.
"And all we need to do now is get out of the hole?!"

Amaya looked up sharply then at the sound of Haruko's echoed voice. "Good.." Following the sound, she found her and the other two waiting by a strange landscape of holes. Amaya couldn't remember ever seeing anything like thise out in the badlands, but alot of area's had changed during the war anyway so she wasn't too surprised. Hearing Haruko's request, she caught the sipping kunai firmly in her grip before walking over to a random hole and leaping down into it. She looked up at the sky, the only thing she could see from the depths of her new surroundings and wondered just what exactly they would have to face to worry about surviving while simply climbing out of a hole. Well, whatever it was, atleast there wasnt going to be nearly twice her weight dangling from her back and shoulders.

Scorpion Stats

Every 3 turns, a new scorpion will attack you. It will be a Scorpian A. You can have more attack you or different ones if you like but at least 1 every 3 turns. A hide check can stop this add on but you still have to evade or defeate the scorpion(s) you already have on your a**.

Each scorpion other than Scorpion A will be able to take at no more than 2 attacks at you. You can roleplay that out yourself but it better be believable (rolls and all for both you and the scorpion attacks) I'll be reading and interjecting my own demonic attacks from time to time so lets have fun. This should take a while to complete but figured it'd be fun. Here are the stats for the 3 types of scorpions you guys can have attack you.

Scorpion C-Uses its tail more so you wll have to roll a fortitude check to avoid poisoning (just compare your fortitude roll to the attack roll of the scorpion tail)

Izumi figured there were probably multiple ways to get out and that they would most likely be towards the outskirts of the field of holes Haruko had guided them through. However he had no idea how close to the edges the hole he had picked was, when suddenly an idea came to him. He had seen a hole with water flowing into it and remembered its relation to the edge of the field of holes. If he could find the water he may be able to find his way up. He heard the faint sound of rushing water and changed his direction so he was heading towards it.

(Ow thats a rough hit... Scorpion A right? 42-19=23 HP My retaliation roll 10+6 >10 and I get a hit.)

Izumi was making good progress on his way to the river when suddenly a scorpion charged him from the darkness and thrust a pincer at his head. Izumi did his best to dodge but the pincer caught him directly in the center of his forehead. Almost by instinct Izumi spun and swung a kick at the scorpion as he stumbled backwards.

[[hmmm I appologize, I meant to tell you that you could control the scorpion yourself. Meaning you could do the attack rolls and such yourself. I just reserve the right to take over control at any given time is all.]]


The scorpion moved quickly to attack the boy. It was definatly moving at a rate that would cause quite a bit of damage but, due to the wetness of the ground, the scorpion ended up slipping during its charge. The ground had begun to turn to mud do to the water the boy was following. It slid to a stop and began to struggle to get back up.
