"They say an ounce of honey is worth cup of vinegar....."
Camory smiled at Zada. "see you there then" he said as she raced off as well. He turned to Asa and waved goodbye before heading out to history. The boy walked in with a smile on his face as he saw the teacher. "hello Ms. Dogwood, good to see you again" he said taking his seat. He knew her from last year, but he hadn't actually gotten to take one of her classes before, so this would be a new experience for him. Though he knew she tended to act really motherly towards her students so he was kind of looking forward to it.
"....wait..... this recipe's in metric!.....oh crap. Olivia! Help!"

Basili smiled and shook her head. "what a troublesome girl" she said laughing. She lead Melody through the hallways until they reached a class labeled "herbology" go figure. She stopped with her at the door way and leaned in and gave her a small peck on the cheek. "try not to be to lost without me ok?" she asked, giving her a playful tickle under her chin.

Suddenly as Segarus neared the human sized plant its maws snapped towards her, trying to bite her head off. However before it could manage a pair of vines suddenly shot out of no where, wrapped themselves around Segarus's waist, and pulled her back a few feet to a safe distance. "woah, be careful miss Segarus. I know your anxious to learn, but some of these plants can be vary dangerous." Zali's said entering the door past the young lesbian couple standing in the doorway, revealing himself to be the source of the vines that saved her. The vines retracted back up his sleeve like a fishing reel, and the plant teacher stood shaking his head a bit. "well I suppose the most important part is that your not hurt" he said patting her on the head before turning to address the class. "hello students. I am Zali' Usvine, though you may call me Professor Birch if you'd like, and if you haven't guessed all ready this is Herbology" he said giving a slight bow. He was cloaked from the neck down in a long drapey robe, with sleeve that came down even past his hands, hiding his plant body save for his head.

Student Council Member Tenkuu finally arrived on campus. He knew very well he was late but there wasn't hardly anything he could do about it. He visited his mother during the summer and his home village was a long ways away from MCA. Not only that there was tons of delays in this travels here. These weren't very good excuses and he knew it too. He arrived during lunch and instantly went into the office. "Afternoon Velma." He said happily towards the swamp imp. "Mind if I get my key to my room and my schedule? I dont want to be late to my next class." A big grin came upon his face as he asked for his things.

Velma sighed and stretched out her arms a bit as the boy walked in, still a bit tired. "well Mr. Denkou how nice of you to finally show up" she said teasingly. "you know if you were still in the Disciplinary Committee you'd have to write yourself up for that" she said laughing as she fished out his things. "here you go room 3B, and here's you schedule. I have a feeling you might like your new dorm. Student Council gets a bit more of the luxury treatment than the DC does" she said with a smile. While Disciplinary Committee member's rooms looked more like fancy hotel rooms compared to normal students dorms, Student Council dorms were more like penthouses. Something some students resented a bit, from both the normal dorms and the DC dorms.

Cally ran around, and finally decided to just go back to her dorm and eat alone. She made herself ramen noodles, and gathered her text books for her next class, which was history. Student Council Member Tenkuu couldn't help but laugh at Velma's remark. Taking the schedule and key he smiled. "Thank you Velma. Well I better be rushing off now. Stay beautiful darling." He replied with a quick wink before heading into the halls. Putting the key into his pocket he looked at his class listing. It was a shame he already missed combat training but oh well. "Herbology. Awesome." Tenkuu managed to make his way into class as soon as Professor Birch was making his introduction. Quickly he made his way to an open seat in the front.

Segarus was ready to blow the plant up but she relaxed once she heard and basically saved by the Professor. She nodded slightly red from embarassment. "That sure was not as hungry as the big one you had last year...that element sucker..." she mumbled as she took her seat in the vacant seat in the front. She placed her hands underneath the table and started to trace patterns in the table for she can concentrate.
Eclipse sat there on her desk which sat in the middle of the room. She smiled at Camory before gently landing on the ground. "Hello Mr. Chiefer I'm finally glad you are in this class this year," her voice was soft, some of the students questioned her real age. ""Welcome to History of Ancient Civilizations or to some of you children simply History class. I'm Ms. Dogwood and no please don't question why I'm not married or not or things in that nature" the last part was directed to a group of trouble making students that she had the year before. She turned back to the class. "As of right now, I would like you all to list as many known wars of our supernatural kind you can think of. Now if you are any hybrid humans yes you can list some of those. The purpose of this will be explained afterwards."

Clayton Mendire ╬═══════════════╬ Clayton saw that Cally was in the same class as he was. It was quite a coincidence to say the least. She took the seat right in the row in front of him. He bent over in his seat and whispered to her, "Sorry about missing lunch with you today. Kinda lost you in after class." He instantly stopped talking after the teacher started. Clayton looked as if he was paying a little bit attention.╬═══════════════╬

She sat up and stayed silent . Out of the corner of her eye she noticed someone sitting down next to her. She glanced over to see it was Tenkuu. Camory smiled and nodded, glad to be there. He watched as she introduced herself. A small blush came over his cheeks when she mentioned not to ask why she wasn't married. She was very pretty after all. "well thanks now thats the only thing I can think about" he thought with a sigh. But the more he thought about marriage the more images of Olivia came to his mind. This only served to make him blush even redder. "well its your fault, your the one who keeps making all these marriage jokes. Sheesh we're only apart for ten minutes and I'm allready starting to fantasize, there has to be something wrong with me" he thought reprimanding himself. When the teacher told them to record any supernatual wars they could remember he sat there with pencil in hand and a blank sheet of paper on his desk. "well thats not going to work" he whispered softly to himslef, chuckling nervously. He didn't even know there was a supernatual world until last year, so he wasn't exactly caught up.

Zali's nodded to Segarus as she went to sit down. "fortunately not, wouldn't want a repeat of what happened last year" he said, not about to go into those particular details. "anyways I'm sure your wondering why I brought such a dangerous plant into room and then left it unguarded. Well I don't have a very good excuse for the later part, but as for the former its quite simple. This is whats known as a Venis Hawktrap, a cousin of the commonly known Venis Flytrap, named such because biologists all have a very morbid sense of humor" he said, putting in a slight pause for emphasis as he walked towards the plant, the plant acting completely indifferent to his presence due to him being a Rogin. "these plants are extremely carnivorous and have a special organ very similiar to a nose that allows them to track the scents and pheremones of whatever is near by. If something it identities as food comes by.." he trailed off reaching across the room with his vine tendrils and pulling over a chunk of raw meat. As soon as it was close to the Hawktrap it snapped out at the meat, but the teacher managed to pull it away before it could get it. "you'd imagine the results are considerably more gruesome on living animals, especially ones to big to get in one bite." he said

Student Council Member Tenkuu tried to keep his attention on Professor Birch while he discussed and showed off the Venis Hawktrap. Although he felt a big uncomfortable, as if some of the eyes of the class were on him. He was surprised really, he guessed that some of the rumors of last year were still floating about. Getting out a small little note pad he began writing notes to distract his thoughts. He didn't exactly need the notes on this plant but it helped to have notes on subjects he already knew about.

Segarus had her tape recorder in her lap recording as she appeared to be writing. She heard a random student- most likely a first year- whispering behind her questioning on why she was doing that. The tips of her hair turned red from the heat of fire being released.
Eclipse looked around noticing a lot of blank looks on her students faces. 'This is going to be harder than I thought' she thought but chuckled. She clasped her hands together as she rolled up her sleeves. Guess I should start this year off with the biggest series of wars I know of and that would be the wars involving my family," she walked around with a knowing smile. "Clayton and Cally, do you remember the Kabuato kingdom? Perhaps the Frost Kingdom?Hmmm?" she stopped infront of their desks with a knowing glint in her eyes. She pointed to the little black ladybug sitting on each of their desks. "Please pay attention now."

Camory let out a small sigh of relief as she passed by him to go yell at the other two, his paper still completely blank. He glanced back at them and remembered them from Physics class, and maybe combat training as well, but he had been distracted then for more than one reason. He heard the names she asked the two of them, and they flew straight over his head. "oh god this is bad...Olivia...help me" he thought, his mind returning to her suddenly. "dammit focus" he told himself, his hands starting to tremble a bit as he struggled to keep up with anything.

Zali smiled seeing the rare interested looks on a few students faces, though alot of them didn't seem to care all that much. "well I guess I haven't explained WHY I brought this very dangerous plant in, so much as just explained it functions. Though the answer to that question is quite simple" he said grabbing the plan and turning it so the side of its jaws faced the class. If one looked closely they would notice a strange liquid dripping down from the edges of its mouth. "see another function this plant has developed is that when it goes extended periods without eating it starts to produce this liquid substance, which essentially functions as saliva or drool as the baser of you know it as." he said wiping up some of the "drool" onto his finger and raising it up to the class. "This saliva allows it more quickly break down whatever it eats, which as you may imagine is useful when it goes long periods without food and could need the nutrients as quickly as possible. While this substance has a long and complex scientific name, the common name is creatively refered to as "venis drool", and the longer you starve as Hawktrap the more it produces." he said wiping off his finger. He then reached across the room and pulled out a beaker from one of the cabinets as well as several other small plant leaves and twigs. "you see while the Hawktrap uses the drool to help break down prey, those properties can be harnessed for other uses, such as breaking down specific chemicals when mixed with other ingredients." he said putting the beaker over to the Hawk trap and allowing it to collect the drool. "now quick pop quiz. Do any of you know what ailments can be treated using Venis Drool?" he asked as the beaker began to fill up.
