Personality: Raethor is very friendly towards people and always has something nice to say. You will almost always see him with a smile on his lips. Once he's your friend, he won't let you down. Entrust your problems to him and ask for help and he will try to help you no matter what. A friend to last for ever.
He is almost always calm and collected are barely every gets angry, but when he does you better run.
He's hard working and strives to be the best at all times, even though it's not always worth it.
Bio: Raethor grew up close to the woods with his Mother and Father. The house they lived in was small but more than enough for the three of them. As a child, he always walked around in the woods watching the birds and the vegetation. Observing its beauty. Once he brought a small bird home that he took care of and loved with all his heart. His Mother taught him the names of all the birds, the flowers and trees and animals in their forest.
At the age of eleven, Raethor brew his first potion with the help of both his parents. It was a potion to make flowers grow a little faster. He was really exited when it worked and the flower grew 5cm in two days. He continued to learn how to brew different potions and became really good at it. After about a year he didn't need any help at all with the brewing.
His grandfather, an old forest elf, tried to teach him how to read the stars and what they said. Raethor found it very interesting and always asked a lot of questions about how you could know. The only answer he ever got when he asked was "You just know". But sadly, Raethor never really got the hang of it no matter how much he tried so he gave it up.
Skills and Abilities:
- He is also a very good potion maker. He specializes in making potions that cures illness such as regular colds and fevers. He is also very good at making poisonous potions.
Character Flaws:
- Impatient - he doesn't like to wait or be delayed. If something is to be done, it has to be done when it's supposed to be.
- Perfectionist. Everything he does have to be in a certain way and if it doesn't seem right he have to make it right until it's perfect.
- Even though he's sweet and stuff, he's quite gullible and will believe almost anything you tell him.

RP Example: Raethor put down the book he was reading and sighed. The sun was shining down on him where he sat under a tree. It was the first time in three days the rain wasn't pouring down, so he went outside whenever he had the time to.
The elf removed a blonde strand of hair from his face and looked at the time to see when the next class was about to start. He stared at the watch for a few seconds. "I had a feeling I was late" he said with a sigh. It wasn't the first time this week he was late. More the fourth time. Raethor got to his feet with his book in one hand. He brushed his clothes free from dust and wrinkles and started to make his way to his class.

Hello, Angelic Dust! Before I can go ahead and approve, there are a few things that I wanted to ask about your character, okay? First are his powers. It's not that he's overpowered, but weather is a bit tricky to incorporate, but if you want to keep that power for your character, you need to be sure to check in with the crew members first and get an okay when you decide you want to change the weather on us. Usually the crew members have their characters dotted all over the place and they can help by mentioning weather changes, but as I said, it's a bit tricky and it might be a bit troublesome if the weather changes all the time. ^^ But I trust you'll be able to use that responsibly. As for the other simple things, can you elaborate more on that? Keeping it open like "other simple things" can make your character's powers go in many different directions and maybe Rosentale's simple might not be the same as yours. We've also had people try to get away with getting more powers by saying things like "and there are still some hidden powers that have yet to be unlocked" which is an extreme example of "other simple things," but we've had such people be specific about it anyways. So just to be fair to those people, it would be nice if you could be specific too, please. Also, can we have a little more description of what kind of potions your character makes? There are a lot of ways you can go with potions since potions can be used as medicine or can be poisonous or can explode or can make things grow super fast or maybe make someone invisible. Lastly are the flaws. I'm afraid that losing track of time can't be considered as a flaw. Due to time differences, there are many students in Rosentale who are always coming in late to begin with and in the end, there is no flaw for your character to show. You could always put something like "distracted" or "absent-minded" as a flaw, but if you are to use those flaws, you need to use the whole characteristic rather than encompassing it with just losing track of time. Well that's it. You just need to add a little bit of details to the powers and add one more flaw, and your character can be accepted! When you finished, just quote me and I'll take another look. Wait a moment. That was my bad. DD8 I just gave you easily distracted as an example and I probably shouldn't have. But if you look at the rest of his flaws, he's a perfectionist. So you would think he would be very intense and focused so I would figure that both of these flaws will often contradict each other when roleplaying. It's okay. Character flaws are really tricky when making a new character and a lot of people have a lot of trouble with it. When making flaws, you need to view the character as a whole and wonder how it connects with his personality and his other flaws so there aren't any contradictions. And... Just out of curiosity, how do you plan to make masochism work as a flaw? Usually it would work if he was always throwing himself in harm's way or danger at every given opportunity, but if it never really shows up until someone does something mildly abusive to him, then maybe you might want to add another flaw? ^^ You can take a look at this thread to help you. It gives an explanation about character flaws, and it also has a long list of flaws at the bottom that can give you ideas and help you out. Alright! I guess that's it for now. Quote me and I'll be having another look! =D

Appearance description: She is about 5’2 and very petite
Personality: Vanya comes across to many people as apathetic because of the fact that she is very lazy and sarcastic. If she doesn’t see any benefit for her to be in a situation she will try to get out of it by either walking away or refusing to attend it in the first place. Even though she seems uncaring from afar, she is very loyal to her friends and the people whom she’s closet to.
Bio: Vanya was born and raised in a small elven tribe by both her parents. The tribe never stayed very long in one place and traveled from place to place like nomads. Her mother and father loved to be outside and sit around a fire at night looking at the stars. They told her stories of the constellations and how they came to be, convincing her to turn to them if she even felt lost or alone.
Although her parents were very loving and trusted her completely, they did not trust many other people and as a result trained her to be skilled with a bow and arrow and in hand-to-hand combat as a defensive measure. She took right away to shooting but never really took to hand-to-hand combat like her parents had hoped.
Once she reached 16, her father felt it was time she got married and started a family of her own. She however didn’t think that was for her, resulting in long drawn out arguments between the two of them. A year passed of constant bickering and finally Vanya had had enough. Out of anger and a way of escape, she decided she would attend Rosentale Academy and pave her own way in the world free of her parents oppression.
Skills and Abilities: Vanya is very good at archery like many elves and handles a bow and arrow easily. She also is very good with plants and wildlife but doesn’t typically show it.

Vanya walked through the halls of this new building she would be calling her home. This place was very different than where she grew up. There were no real structures, but more of pitched tents and everyone was always outside during the daylight hours and well into the night. Maybe it was time she took on a change of scenery.
She continued walking towards her class through the halls of the school eying everyone who passed her, almost examining them. They all seemed to know where they were going with certainty that she didn’t feel, but forced the appearance regardless. ‘Now what room was this again...?’ She checked her schedule and scanned the labels by the doors. ‘Ah here it is. Cooking.’ She squinted taking in the room she was standing outside of, no longer wanting to go in. ‘I almost guarantee they’ll make me cook something. I don’t feel like cooking today. Besides, I’m so fantastic at it all the other students will feel nothing but inferiority at my amazing skills. They’ll be jumping out the windows screaming ‘OH THE SHAME’.’ She sighed and pushed open the door to face the class with a blank stare hoping not to show the jittery excitement of a new beginning.

Yay! He is approved and he can stay in the Limestone Dorm! ^^ But I also want to tell you that you've come in at an event. There's a monster running around Rosentale and all students are supposed to stay in their dorms because of the lock down. So you could have your character hang out at his dorm and get to know the other students. ^^ Don't forget to make a thread in the accepted characters subforum and sign you character up for classes. =D

There's a monster running around in the school hallways and so the school is having a lockdown. Students are to stay in their dorms as of right now. Prepare yourself for a super long profile. As far as her powers are concerned I made sure to point out the whole 'instant death' thing can only happen with small animals. Appearance description:
Kardia tends to present herself as quite the mysterious illusive individual. Usually neither a smile nor a frown is fixed upon her lips, a blank expression finding its way onto her face. However, her actual appearance seems quite the contrast to her vacant expression and arguably bland personality. Vibrant blue eyes light up her face; make up usually painted upon them in order to accentuate the feature. A small pointed nose sits in the center of her face which is framed by her enviously high cheekbones. Usually, some form of lipstick or lip gloss is on her lips as well, nude tones being her optimal choice. Her hair, a deep chocolate brown, is either fixed up in some fancy up-do or allowed to cascade down around her, the thick straight tresses reaching down to almost the center of her back.
The clothing that is fitted upon Kardia is always exceptionally elaborate and intricate, looking as though they are made of the finest materials and craftsmanship. This is due to the fact that she was spoiled with gifts from Nyx, who of course presented her with beautiful gowns. Generally, they are long and billowing, cinching tightly at the top to accentuate those certain female assets of hers. Color usually doesn’t matter, as long as its beautiful enough to make her wish to wear it. While growing up she was always taught that beauty could be bought, and that beauty lied in power.
Those that claim that eyes are a window into ones soul would certainly find such a thing to be truth when concerning Kardia. The vibrant blue hues prove to be one of her most striking features, an inquisitive look usually fixed within them. This is due to the fact that she sees things far differently than others when she chooses. Spirits lie before her eyes, the ties connecting the spirit and the body appearing before her whenever she chooses. Though it is always evident when she allows herself to drift into viewing the world in such a manner, her eyes fading into sunken white orbs. This is when she appears the most foreboding, therefore she tends to never look at the world in such a manner.
Personality:
Some would say that Kardia is an idiot, but that is simply untrue. In fact, the girl is arguably quite the genius when it comes to situations where she can utilize her intelligence. During her imprisonment Nyx showered her with lavish gifts and hundreds of books (for she needed something to do to keep her occupied). For the most part the things she was given consisted of texts that pertained to magic and how to train oneself to be stronger. She failed to get the opportunity to indulge herself in novels of fantasy and romance. Everything she enjoyed consisted only of logic and power, for in Nyx’s mind it was pointless to get Kardia lost in her own worlds. If Kardia remained oblivious to the good things that she lacked than Nyx would never have to worry about her not having them. That being the case, Kardia grew up quite oblivious to all things concerning romance, friendship, and any social interaction. The only social interaction in her life was with Nyx and the other monsters that existed in her prison home.
Every trainer or person who has interacted with her has taken note of this, being as she’s quite blunt and upfront when it comes to talking with anyone. She finds no point in censoring her speech and thoughts, and she fails to catch on to the usual social cues that most would take note of. The idea of lying seems so silly to her, and due to her past with Nyx any lie, even a small one, is quickly likened to the worst betrayal imaginable. Having been betrayed in the past, she's rather untrusting of everyone, and regardless of how worthy she may believe them to be she has vowed to never tell anyone of the secrets that she keeps.
Her powers affect her personality greatly, being as they affect her every day life all the time. Having been cursed by Nyx, she’s found herself in a situation where she doesn’t know how to control her powers entirely and because of that she’s constantly making errors. This frustrates her and that frustration usually engenders her to be quite irritable and snappy. However, for the most part, Kardia is quite the kind individual being as all she really wants is peace. She’s disgusted at the wars that the siblings are creating and if given the chance she would quickly put an end to all of it. Her morals are steadfast and no matter what the situation may be she’ll always stand behind them. Although at times her irritation with her lack of control over her powers may engender her to be bitter, she never gets angry to the point where she might intentionally inflict pain upon the innocent.
Bio:
There was never a real home for Kardia, in fact, she’s fairly certain that isn’t even her real name. But Nyx called her that, Nyx took her in as her own and treated her like a daughter. Nyx and the shelter that she provided was the closest thing she ever had to home—but it was hell, and there was where Kardia’s life was destroyed.
As a young girl Kardia was just like every other child, part of a family that was torn apart and struggling due to the war. Belonging to a poor malnourished family, there was never enough food to go around, and with the crime rates surging life in and of itself was dangerous. There was no place to run to; no place to go that was safe. However, soon enough it was revealed that she had nothing to be worried about, though her family failed to be as lucky as she. They got attacked, thieves and robbers storming their shelter and threatening to harm the entire family. Weak and afraid her parents didn’t know what to do, and fearing for their family’s life, they obliged to the robbers wishes. But Kardia didn’t give in so easily—she wished that they were dead.
And they died.
The bodies of the intruders plummeted to the ground the moment such thoughts crossed her mind, the centers of their bodies appearing to explode from the inside while their blood sprayed onto everything. At first, the young girl was horrified, terrified to think that her thoughts had engendered those people before her to die. Upon turning and seeing the looks of horror upon her parent’s faces that emotion was only amplified as she found herself even more apprehensive of her gift, her ability, her curse. For a while, they didn’t speak of it, and as though it had never happened no one in her family said a word about the situation; though soon enough, they didn’t get a chance to.
It wasn’t long before people came after her, slipping into their home to quickly kill her family before she could react. When they came for her she found herself reliving the same horror that she had previously, her wishes of death causing pools of blood to flood on the floor, bodies torn from the inside scattered about. Many died, and it wasn’t until someone got close enough to physically attack her that she found herself unconscious—unable to fight back; though to her surprise, she woke up.
She found herself in a room, a bed, and at first Kardia couldn’t help but think that it was all just a horrid dream. But it wasn’t. Upon sitting up and looking around it became evident quickly that Kardia wasn’t home; in fact, she had no idea where she was. However, her eyes soon fell upon a women that stood by the bed, awe immediately overwhelming her as she looked at this illustrious extravagant women. She wore such pretty things, and there were such nice things in the room she was in. Where was she?
Was this heaven?
Was this lady an angel?
Upon introducing herself, Kardia found that this lady’s name was Nyx, and with that sweet smile on her lips Kardia couldn’t help but think that she was a kind lady. But had she sent the men that tried to hurt her? No, this lady wore such pretty things, and the little seven year old girl was unsure of how to separate innocence from beauty. This lady, Nyx, spewed words, convincingly telling Kardia of the scary monsters that lurked in her home, and she then continued to say that she needed Kardia’s help—she needed Kardia to get rid of the scary monsters. The young girl wasn’t sure of how to react, though monsters were bad, and so far she had only done bad things. She didn’t want to hurt people, so getting rid of the scary monsters would be a good thing wouldn’t it? Monsteres hurt people. If she got rid of the monsters she wouldn’t hurt people.
Though upon the first time Nyx experimented with her powers Kardia was traumatized, screaming and crying the moment that the hearts of the giant monsters exploded from the inside, their blood splattering onto her small body. Even if she was doing good it was so scary, and she didn’t like being the cause of so much death. Though Nyx comforted her, giving her lavish expensive gifts in order to make her feel as though to rid the girl of her sadness and troubles, and for quite some time—it worked.
With no link to society, Kardia lived in a dungeon, disposing of Nyx’s experiments when things went wrong, and blindly training her powers beneath the person who she held in such high regard. To her, Nyx was the angel that had torn her away from the war and was helping her do good things to redeem herself. Of course, she didn’t know the darkness that lurked in the woman’s heart, and furthermore, she failed to realize that she was just a puppet in her show. She continued to do as the woman wished, her only friends being the monsters that it was possible for her to speak to. They were the closest thing she had to a relationship, the kinship between them growing as though they were family.
And at that point Kardia saw nothing wrong with her situation.
Though as time drew on, the aging Kardia soon began to see how twisted things truly were. She became suspicious once she finally realized that no matter how many monsters Nyx had her dispose of there were always more, the number of them never lessened. Something was wrong. If her purpose was to kill monsters and save the innocent then why was Nyx constantly creating more monsters—why was Nyx allowing more monsters to come into existence? It didn’t make sense to Kardia, and the more she questioned the motives of the person she previously viewed as a hero, the more suspicious she became. However, Nyx still treated her like she was her own daughter. Spoiling her with expensive gifts and giving her extravagant objects regardless of the fact that she dwelled in such a frightening place. Because of this, Kardia didn’t want to doubt her. The woman was all she had; she was her friend, her mother. Without Nyx, she had nothing.
It wasn’t until the evidence was undeniable that Kardia accepted the horrible truth. For although she wasn’t supposed to, she drifted off to one of the chambers in the basement that she was always told not to go near. There she witnessed horrible, horrifying things. What she saw wasn’t monsters, they were people—children, and their bodies were malformed and experimented upon until they became the horrible beasts that Kardia was always responsible for killing off. The realization that she was killing the innocent traumatized her. Nyx wasn’t an angel, she was the devil, and Kardia needed to escape. However, she wanted to put a stop to the evil woman’s reign. She wanted to ensure that no more would be tortured or disposed of, and because of that she turned against the girl.
In a desperate attempt she did something she had never though to do before—she wished for the death of Nyx. However, her wish failed to come true as the strength of Nyx engendered her to rebel against the younger girl’s ability rather quickly, countering her attack and returning it. As a result, a seal encased Kardia, her powers getting greatly limited the moment that Kardia used her powers against her, and from that moment on, Kardia’s life changed drastically.
Before death was a result of her thoughts, but now an entire world stood before her, a world that she had unknowingly controlled before with her mere thoughts. The spirits of people stood before her eyes, their souls appearing as separate entities to her, connected to the human bodies as thin golden threads. The first time it appeared to her, she curiously reached for the alluring golden threads, a tug upon them engendering whatever creature was her victim to move how she saw fit—like a puppet.
Then came the news of Nyx’s death. It followed soon after her attempt on her life, and because of that Kardia was certain that the woman’s death had been the result of her actions—she had been the one to end the reign of a horrible twisted woman. At first, she was thrilled at the idea, but that bliss soon slipped away upon the moment she realized that she was alone. For ten years she had remained in the dungeon Nyx had locked in her, and now that she was allotted her freedom she didn’t know what do with it. Some of monsters, her friends, wished for her to stay, but she couldn’t—not with knowing what she knew.
She left, escaping the dungeon with the knowledge that she had of the layout, only to arrive in a place she knew nothing of. Upon wandering about, she found herself enthralled by her surroundings: the light, the landscape, everything simply seeming so wonderful to her. However, once she was found she was sent away to Rosentale Acadamy, in the hopes that she would be able to train her powers and possibly do some good in the world.
Skills and Abilities:
S H A T T E R– Prior to the seal being placed upon Kardia, she was able to inflict death upon others merely with thoughts of their demise. Upon her pleading for her wishes the hearts of the individual before her would explode, immediately killing her victim in a brutal bloody death. However, the seal that Nyx cast upon her to weaken her made it far more difficult for her to use such a power, being as an entirely new step preceded the previous results achieved. Instead of simply controlling the life of other with her thoughts, she physically had to ‘cut’ the bodies of the individual from the soul keeping them alive.
In order to view the world in this manner her eyes flicker to a vibrant glow, everything before her holding a hazy white sheen. The bodies of people and creatures alike have silver glowing threads attached to their bodies, each of them connected to another mass that lingers around them. Upon cutting these lifelines of sorts the heart shatters just as it did prior to the seal being placed upon her body. However, the greater the beast and its power the more difficult to sever the ties between it and its soul, which accounts for why Nyx failed to die immediately.
As of now, Kardia finds herself spontaneously using her powers without even meaning to. Manipulating the ties between body and soul while not actually viewing the world in such a manner. Because of this, she generally avoids small animals and contact with people in general. However, at this point in time her abilities only work with animals, as she has failed to pursue learning how to use this ability against people.
P U P P E T E E R - Using the same threads that link the body to the soul, Kardia has found that she can use people like little marionette dolls. Instead of severing the ties she can just pull on them, controlling the actions of her victim from afar without having to be too close to it. Of course, this can only control basic movement and not intricate tasks. Generally, this is used more as a defensive technique than an offensive technique.
C O N N E C T I O N – Forming string like connections at her own will, Kardia can stem strings from her own body, linking herself to any person or object whenever she pleases. Upon obtaining this connection she finds herself able to pry into the mind of an individual, reading into their thoughts and the memories that lurk within them. Also, with these same ‘strings’ she can pull or throw an object however she sees fits; either yanking an object in her direction or severing the tie in order to lurch it into another.
Character Flaws:
Insecurity and fear haunts Kardia as she finds it nearly impossible to relate to anyone or let anyone get close to her. Her past has caused her to be afraid of herself and afraid of all the evil that exist in the world. Not only that, but her naivety makes it so that basic day to day tasks are nearly impossible for her. Having grown up so sheltered she still struggles to live on her own, yet she refuses to receive help from anyone.

Pretty things – Having been spoiled with wonderful gifts since her childhood Kardia holds things of value and beauty on quite a high pedestal.
Peace – War greatly upsets her, and she will always go out of her way in order to bring about peace. If there is a fight she with either avoid it or attempt to put an end to it.
Nature – Having been locked in a dark prison of sorts for so long nature is quite the foreign thing to her. Whenever given the chance she likes to wander about in places where the beauty of nature exists, and therefore loves all beautiful things of nature such as flowers and the like.

Her Powers - Kardia would do absolutely anything to not have the powers that she has. She's afraid of herself, and lives a very cautious life because of it.
The Dark - Having lived in a dungeon like place for so long Kardia is horrified of places of complete darkness or that are similar to the place she used to live.
Monsters - Any kind of creature that could be classified as slightly frightening horrifies Kardia. Although she has the means to kill animals, anything that has big teeth, claws, or anything of that sort usually leaves her immobile.
RP Example:A long billowy dress fluttered in the wind as Kardia stood in the garden, surrounded by flowers and singing birds. She liked the calming sounds, and she enjoyed the solitude. Nature was something that was ever so calming, and nature was something that didn't threaten her. In the distance she could hear some voices; however, she could only hope that no one would notice her. She didn't want to talk to anyone, she didn't want anyone to ask questions.
In a slow graceful motion she situated herself onto the ground, her eyes scanning the area to observe the wonders that laid before her. To her it seemed odd how such beauty could exist in a world filled with horror. Images of the monsters that plagued her in the past flashed across her mind and she could only shudder at the thought. Hopefully this place wouldn't have anything remotely similar to the things that she had seen, and hopefully she wouldn't meet anyone that would try and remind her of the past she so desperately wanted to forget.Peace was all she wanted, and no one should use violence in order to obtain it.

Alright, well, wow. That is a long profile. =) Thank you for submitting her but I cannot approve her just yet. It's not absolutely necessary, but it might be helpful for your fellow RPers if you condense the biography into a tighter summary of her history rather than including so many details. It's an interesting read, but the character profile should be more like an overview of the character, and people tend to like to be able to find information quickly when they read it. Her personality section also suffers from the same affliction: information overload. It's a little difficult to pick out the actual details of her personality amongst the tidbits about her past. It might be helpful for other RPers were you to be a bit more concise, and summarize. Alrighty, now her abilities. As much as I hate to say it, your character is seriously over powered and is kind of a godmode. She can control others and mind read. And kill animals instantly--and people if her seal is ever released. I can okay the first ability on the grounds that her seal can never accidentally release during the RP, ever. But her other two powers are a complete no-go for this guild. We don't allow any mind reading abilities, memory reading abilities or abilities that let you control other people/characters. I realize you might never have her use these but it is something we have decided not to allow people to have in this guild as the temptation is often too great and we have had some RPers seriously abuse such abilities in the past. In an RP where a great many of the characters have dramatic secrets, having someone who can instantly read thoughts and memories is unfair. And abilities that permit the puppeting of characters is always difficult to RP. In addition, these powers lack a good counterbalance as there seems to be no serious drawback to her using them, which makes it even more obvious that she is a godmode. Over powered characters can be fun to play but not without checks to their extreme power; and, sadly, they don't always work in every setting. You will need to remove those powers to RP her in Rosentale. Unfortunately, her flaws are not going to work either. In our experience, naivety is rarely RPed properly so we've chosen to disallow this as a viable flaw going forward. Insecurity is driven by fear so I'm really hesitant to allow them both together since they're really much the same thing in most cases. I would also like you to detail how her insecurity is a flaw--what does it drive her to do? (For instance, I have a character that lacks confidence and this drives her to be easily offended and lash out at others). If all Kardia does is inwardly angst about how sad and afraid she is, I'm afraid that isn't going to be good enough to count. So, in summary, you will need to get rid of her mind reading and controlling abilities (this is not negotiable, I'm afraid, no matter what limitations you give it) and give her two more realistic flaws. Remember that when you're creating a balanced character, their weaknesses and flaws should be about equal to their virtues and abilities. When you spend many paragraphs describing her beauty, intelligence and abilities as you have, then only a few sentences to detail a couple of minor flaws, this is a huge indicator that your character is sorely out of balance. She seems like a well-loved and oft used character but I fear she is definitely not right for this guild as she is. She will need some pretty major edits to make her work for Rosentale, as we're really careful with letting people have extremely over powered characters and we do insist on a good balance of flaws no matter what the powers are.

xLieselotte Yay! He is approved and he can stay in the Limestone Dorm! ^^ But I also want to tell you that you've come in at an event. There's a monster running around Rosentale and all students are supposed to stay in their dorms because of the lock down. So you could have your character hang out at his dorm and get to know the other students. ^^ Don't forget to make a thread in the accepted characters subforum and sign you character up for classes. =D

Hey Magic, we really discourage fan characters in this RP. It kind of disrupts the setting and is distracting when suddenly there's a character from a very recognizable universe. It also sets a bad precedent. Rosentale is an original RP and if we start allowing fanbased characters, before long we'll likely be swamped with characters from different fandoms and we'll essentially become a crossover fiction RP and no one really wants that. Very early on, we had some characters that were obviously Pokemon based, but these characters are inactive and we haven't allowed any others since then. When we see something obviously from a fandom (for instance, the person who tried to make a water bender) we ask that it be changed. Tribute type characters or in-joke characters are typically fine as they merely allude to the fandom. Your guy not only appears to be heavily based on the Doctor, but makes direct references to that universe. We can allow a time traveler inspired by Doctor Who but we won't allow a fan character from that universe complete with a TARDIS and past friendship with cannon characters. I hope you understand! Bio:
Although it is unclear where Aoi was born or to who, he claims that he knows his parent's names. In fact, when the names were looked up, he was correct even though his parents were untraceable. This caused him to live with his sister up until current day. Aoi tends to stick up for his sister a lot, which in fact has landed him in the police station several times for beating up her Ex-boyfriends. When asked why he fights, he either answers because women are supposed to be treated better or because I simply like to break faces. After several transfers from multiple schools, Aoi finally ended up in Rosentale Academy.

RP Example:
Aoi laid on his bed in his pajamas as he rolled a joint, which was his usual thing before going to sleep. Oddly as much as Aoi smoked pot, he actually wasn't addicted. He would go months smoking, and then just quit all of a sudden and then several months later start up again. And never felt as if his body depended on it. One of the reasons no one ever had a problem with it. As Aoi finished rolling his joint, he got up and turned out the lights and went back to lay down. He then dug into his left pocket to find his lighter, and when he did he tried to light his joint. After several failed attempts he mumbled under his breath " Stupid piece of sh** ...." And Magically once he said that, the lighter worked. From the start Aoi could have used his powers to light the joint, but he felt wasting his powers on little things like that meant he was ungrateful for it.
Now that Aoi was high, he was ready to watch the monster movie marathon coming on tv in a few minutes. " I need to get a girlfriend " he said as he got up and went to the kitchen to get some snacks. As he entered the room, he held a gallon of Orange Ice Cream, Several bags of BBQ Chips, Fried Chicken Wings and some more Marijuana. As the movie began, his cell phone began to ring and when he picked it up it was his best friend from middle school ( female ). They spent the whole night watching movies and talking. The next morning Aoi woke up " Oh shoot... I'm late......... .......... ...... Not that I actually care..." he said as he plopped his face back into his pillow.
Extra Information: Aoi Tends to miss classes a low due to his late nights up.
