In response to her pleas, maroon energy rose from Super Sailor Pasiphae, joining in with the rainbow of lights that each and every one of the members of the White Moon produced to combat their foes.
When she opened her eyes again, she could hardly believe what she saw. No more Great Youma. No more Negaverse. No more Dark Moon Court. They were gone... they were all GONE! She immediately pulled Nyx into a hug again, one fiercer and longer lasting than the one they had shared when they had refound each other. It was over... it was finally, finally over.

She heard Ares, and Leto. She heard other new voices, people yelling at them, trying to distract the senshi from their goal. She could hear allies yelling back, a few of them. It didn't phase her. And then it was like light, and she was one of many. Sailor Galaxy Attack? If it wasn't so effective, she would be dying at the corniness of it all.
Whatever it was, it was damn effective. The youma crumpled, then exploded into dust. And with it went the Negaverse, went Chaos, went the Dark Moon.
Scylla closed her eyes, breathing out. Was it really that simple? Or was it because this was the heart of Chronos' territory? What had made this possible- and just how effective had it been? She opened her eyes, looking around the group of celebrating senshi.
A page was kissing a senshi in delight, and elsewhere another senshi looked about to cry. Hugging in delight, the sound of jubilation. Others were already starting to bandage wounds. But all Scylla was was tired.

She, like several of the others it seemed, felt the need to be celebratory. Sailor Thisbe expressed that need by throwing her arms around the neck of the nearest senshi... In this case, the male senshi that she had been following around since the outside; whose name she still did not know. She let out a thrilled squeak of delight while pressing a light kiss to his cheek...
And then she realized what she had done, pale face flooding with a wash of color as she let him go, seeming just as sheepish now as she had been during her rambling session. "... I suppose I should have asked for your name first."
Corvus slid down against the wall she had been leaning against, eyes still closed as she let relief wash over her. That was the most in touch she had felt with everything in some time... As well as the most terrified. It was over, though... Really over. For now, at the very least. This battle had been won in the name of the Galaxy; one badass attack.

"Well, s**t. Why the hell didn't we do that sooner?" Sessrumnir mumbled to himself, looking around as all the Negaversers and DMC senshi disappeared. "You'd think that would have saved a bit of effort..."
But he was just talking to himself, because really... there was no point to anything. Right now, he just wanted to go home.

His own cheeks blazed bright pink as the other senshi wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him. No one had -ever- kissed him before. " ... Arsinoe .... Sailor Arsinoe." Girls weren't suppose to kiss him! He was always the nerd that no one really cared about.
He was glad his cousin wasn't around to see him. She wouldn't ever let him live it down and she might have started yelling at the girl. Swallowing and hoping his cheeks would stop being pink he looked at her. "We won."

Nyx had dared to peek when she felt the light inside of her swell and burst forth into color. In awe, she watched as it joined with others, as all of the lights of the Order came together. Her demeanor hardened, and she gave herself to that light. Their voices cried out in unison, a magical cry the likes of she never could have imagined.
The blinding light made her flinch. She did not want to look away, not now! As soon as possible, Nyx blinked her eyes and stared into The Surrounding. No longer was it a battlefield, but a place wiped clean of Chaos. This was not another tease.
Tears threatened at the corners of her eyes at the beauty of it. She would not have pegged herself an emotional sort like that, but this was a rather special circumstance. However, just in the nick of time, her friend Pasiphae popped through the moment in joy.
"We... we really did it, didn't we? We did it!"

Pasiphae nodded fiercely, still not trusting herself to speak as she held on to Nyx. The adrealine and joy were still pumping through her... but underneath it was still concern. Other Senshi and Knights would be hurt. The civilians... had still given up their lives. The pain couldn't be forgotten. She would never forget... but at the moment, she allowed herself the joy of victory. She had done it. She had trusted in herself, in her light... in the others, and they had been able to protect each other.
But everyone else... where were they? All the other Jovians? Naica? She had to find them... and if not them, then there were surely other allies who needed care, who had been injured and drained by this fight. She cleared her throat, her voice soft, "Let's go... see if we can help everyone else?"

The Opal Crystal responded, the power of their combined prayers joining together to give them strength, to give them light. Cerise pink eyes had stared right into the Great Youma's, unblinking, unflinching, because she knew that it was going to work. It would be destroyed. Chaos would never have its grasp over the Surrounding.
Once the light show that had removed all signs of Chaos from the Surrounding, Princess Chronos smiled, the victory filling her with pride. That all that were here had stood by the Zodiacs and helped them overcome it all. Everyone, even the civilians who had been sacrificed into the Surrounding. She could only hope that the Space Cauldron would show them kindness, just like those who had perished in Barren Pines.
The Princess swayed on her feet; using the Opal Crystal had taken up significant amount of energy from her. Knowing that the Surrounding was now safe, Chronos let her eyelids flutter shut and blacked out.
--
They had won.
A jubilant smile had split on Flora's face and happy tears prickled the edge of her eyes. And for now, she felt utter and complete peace, that they had, at least a victory on their hands. Relief flooded through her entire body, and the Senshi of Spring watched as everyone started to smile as well.
And then her Princess fainted and Flora caught her, gently resting her head down on the grass, letting Chronos rest.

Pray, hope. It was a strange suggestion.. but Polaris had never been against strange suggestions. It had seemed nothing else was working anyway.
Her eye closed tight, squeezing shut with a hopelessness that she felt guilt for even feeling. It didn't take more then a moment for her mind to go back to her star. Her destroyed and silent star.. It couldn't happen here too. They couldn't let it happen. She needed to be as strong as all the Polarian's she'd seen in her memory had been. They were senshi, it was their job to protect, even if they had failed with the civilians... if they could protect the surrounding and the many scattered figures of light.. well that was something atleast. They'd live to fight another day.
She had never believed however what her praying and all the other joined prayers would bring forth. There was a warmth as light surrounded them all, her eyes opening in time to see it shoot forward, pushing back the opposition with a definative blow.
Somehow.. somehow against all odds they'd actually done it. Polaris was too tired to be anything but relieved. Little did she know that she had some very good news waiting on her back at home.
The call to come together and pray.. well she quickly came together, grasping the hand of another with each of hers, her head bowing obediently. Praying though.. that was a little bit of a harder request.
Menthe, and therefore Tiananmen had never had a liking of fantasy, and so... stories of a God.. and religion.. they had always been simply that.. a story. How did one even pray?
In the end it was not nearly so hard as she thought.
Please let us be okay. Please keep the princess safe. I know I am not very strong... or brave.. I don't even know what I can do to help or why I'm.. a knight. But please.. please help us.
She wasn't so sure if her words had helped or if it was all the Princess and her brave zodiacs. But in the end.. it was all okay. Maybe fantasy and hope.. maybe they weren't so strange and intangible after all.
Dahlia was trying to gather with the Dark Mirror senshi in the end, trying to help those she'd yet to meet, but when the blast had hit they all dissapeared and a sudden force pushed her back.. far far off.
Later she would have time for regrets, for anger and disbelief. But for now the world went dark, and the guardian was sent spiraling back towards Alkaid and eventually home, back on earth.

Note: Neso totally helped Flora catch Chronos. It is his one skill in life. Then they probably whisked her away for a shoulder rub and hair braiding. Probably.
