I just assumed after awhile that it had to do with his mutation or something... but something still nagged at the back of my head; 8'8 is freaking ridiculous... that's like... whacking your chest on every door frame you come across, not just your head, haha.

I had the same though. I figured with his mutation he would have overly developed leg muscles which obviously could result in the development of elongated limbs.
