are we allowed to learn new jutsu while in the academey? if not when is the exam? i have some clan jutsu to learn and i wanna learn the kia release and exsploding tag before we get into hard core missions

basicly it the kubukiri houcho (zabuza style sword) but add a motor to hilt and have blades chain around where the blade would be and bam...gig holds it in his casket XD

I was going to say where are you going to get the electricity...but Naruto world is weird anyways. Somewhere between Shogunate Japan and Meiji era.

some where between shogunate and now, rember they have walkie talkies and tv's.......plus the engine is nothing more than a gear that starts the spinning motions and chakra continue's to make it spin. link and decript for the weapon is here.

Not so much, it doesn't really have link to actually being in the same world as us. Doesn't say it anywhere.
