"Hm. Down the hatch." Mao said as he took a bite out of his cookie as a grin grew along his mouth. "These are really good Robin." He told her taking another bite.

"Oh, come on. It's not that bad, stop looking like we've just kicked a damn dog. It's just taking a life, not unless your some pansy." Revy said with a roll of her eyes to Gear. She shook her head and wondered why some people made such a big deal about killing people. Revy had been laughing, and didn't catch Roland accept her challenge.

"Did you hear me?" Roland asked Revy not faltering his stance yet. Now he wouldn't pull the trigger until the challenge began.

"Afraid so." Alucard told her, looking up to Rosette as she cracked her neck. "Didn't sleep as well as you hoped, I imagine?" He asked Rosette, knowing he could be wrong.

"How can you say that!?" Gear challenged, half-stunned. "Especially since it's never just the one person that's hurt by it! How can you act like killing another human being is nothing!?"
"Y'know, I gotta say I'm half-with Spandex on this one," Jack replied, causing Hotstreak to snort at the nickname. "Some people shouldn't die, but there are those that really deserve it."
"What did I just get thrown into...?" the young genius wondered, nervous.

Robin had been nibbling on her cookie as Mao first tried his. She giggled and said, "Thank you. Its the best way I know how to say I am sorry for something."

"Well, I know that I'm not going to be stuck here just because I can't kill someone." Revy said to them. She was an assassin, pirate, anything to get her money she would do. Turning to Roland with a smirk she shrugged. "What?" she asked.

"I should be the one to say I'm sorry, Robin." Mao told her nibbling off of his cookie now.

Revy's malicious smile came back once again. "You sure? I mean- dying wouldn't be too fun now would it?" she asked. Her hands already on her guns, readying herself for a battle.

Hitomi, who was mentally banging her head against a wall at this point, just sighed to herself. "Please don't make me have to separate you two again." She muttered to herself as she half-glared at Hotstreak before she looked back over to Jack and 'Spandex' as Jack had named him.
Rosette, who wasn't expecting anyone beside her, fell back slightly out of sheer surprise before she realized it was Alucard. "Oh! Uh...hi!" She exclaimed as she got up quickly and dusted herself off, blushing lightly the entire time. "And no, thank you for asking. I didn't."
"Somehow, something tells me that you let it all get to your head." Lum told him quietly as she merely glanced at him, quirking a brow as she did so before she burst out laughing, clearly revealing that she had been joking the entire time.

"Don't think you can beat a gunslinger to easily." Roland said almost ignoring Hitomi complelty. Still he didn't reply to her. He drew his other revolver and spun it on his left index finger. "First shot to hit wins."
"What's so funny?" Roy asked confused at why Lum was laughing all of a sudden.

"Oh, cut the kid some slack," Jack replied. "There is another way to take out the Warlords without actually killing them."
"Hey, don't look at me like that," Hotstreak said to Hitomi. "I'm innocent, this time."
Ignoring the others for a moment, Gear turned back to Jack. "How?"
"There's a special gem in the swords that gives them their power; destroy the sword or the gem, and it's power - and the Warlord's power - is gone."

"When I was a kid, there wasn't any slack to be cut." Revy said to Jack as she got her guns out and pointed them at Roland. "Well, we villians aren't the type to get hit so easily. Bang." she said with a grin as she jumped away from Roland, shooting at him with both of her guns.
