"I am a superhero!" Gear replied, thankful his helmet hid all traces of him blushing. "My partner's Static, and we even helped the Justice League out a couple times!"
"No need to steam up your mask," Jack teased.
"Don't, I'm fine," Hotstreak snapped, forcing himself up just to prove it. "I'm liking where this conversation is going..." he added, walking as steadily as he could towards Gear and the others.

"Mmhmm." Revy agreed sarcastically as she laughed a bit more. When she noticed Hotstreak coming towards the rest of them she frowned. "Damn, boy, pull your pants up! They're going to fall off of your a**." Revy said to him. She seemed to hate people who sagged their pants.

"It's wrong for me to pay for you now too?" Lum asked him, even more confused now.
Hitomi sighed heavily as she stood up slowly, dusting off her skirt as she did so. She then walked back to the others, placing a hand on her hip as she watched everyone else. "Jack, lay off. You weren't so mean to me when I first arrived..." She reminded him in a slightly stern tone.

"Newbies," Jack replied to his younger self. "Doesn't the redheaded one sound like us, though? An' I'm not bein' all that mean, but then again, I am evil."
"Um... Is my visor cracked, or am I just seeing double?"

Robin looked down to her hands as she softly whispered, "I hope you did no think I returned his feelings. Good Mao only woke me up to see Mao fighting."

Lum just giggled softly. "Princess." She said simply as she pointed to herself, grinning the entire time.
"Evil my foot, you're probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met." Hitomi exclaimed as she patted the elder Jack's back for a moment as she giggled lightly to herself. "And yeah, you are. Well, from different eras, am I right Jack?" She asked him.

"Heh heh." Revy said, her smile from he laughter turning into a frown. Her eyes lit up with chaos and she reached for one of her guns. "If you want to keep acting like an a**, I could always just shoot the thing that's keeping them pants of yours up." Revy threatened, her smile returning, but it looked a bit evil.
