Sooooo, I got a new shirt that's pretty unlike me because, well it's pretty dressy. <3

I plan on wearing it for Christmas (I also plan on dying my hair back to blue instead of doing green since it would match really well x]) with my plain black skirt but I don't really have any nice shoes that aren't boots. And well nice boots in my closet equal black vinyl boots. <_<

Tell me if they look stupid with the skirt?
