Troden turned slightly, his dark form highlighted by the moonlight, "I am Troden if that's what you mean," he replied quietly, his tail moving calmly beside him, "My father told me much about you. He was the on who visited you in the asylum if I recall. You have a unique skill with art am I right?" his black eyes glanced at Sabriel momentarily, who moved to a wall closest to him.

Lina nodded, "I guess Moneko sensed that. I shall try again tomorrow..." she trailed off before a frown crossed her face, "When that woman separated us..I saw half a limo drive by me, and then the sight of Vajra in the arms of another man..." the frown faded and her lips curled slightly, "Perhaps he will leave you alone now."

"It depends on your definition of Unique." Lucine replied calmly, gaining the confidence to sit down in a chair. He pulled a few things out of his pockets: His deck, a paintbrush, his dagger. It was the stuff that he always had on him, "I can do a lot of things with painting supplies."
Lucine drew three cards from the deck that he placed on the table and flipped them in Troden's direction. The card that Troden would have first caught was an image of a Centuar wielding a spear. The second card was a bit more gruesome. It was a replica of the painting he created in the bar, only this time smaller. The lions were attacking the men and quite obviously winning based on the condition of the fighters. The third card depicted a goblin swarm decimating a village.
"I can do a lot of things with painting supplies..." Lucine repeated, musing over the thought.

"Hmm..." an eyebrow arched slightly as he eyed the cards, the beginning of a grin falling upon his face, "You're artwork is impressive." he then looked over at Sabriel and tossed her the cards.
She caught all three and nodded before placing them upon the table and pushing them back to Lucine, "Not too shabby.."
After a moment, those black eyes returned to Lucine, "What exactly can you do?" It was the long awaited question of the hour, "An'ari explained it to me, but seeing is believing."
Sabriel smirked and folded her arms.

"I have two powers that I'm good with." Lucine never looked up to Troden. He continued to stare at the cards, doing his best not to break his concentration, "I have a summoning power, and some paintbrush techniques that a friend showed me."
After finishing that comment, he stood up and pushed the chair backward. He took the three cards that he had drawn with him and slowly walked around the room. He paused first the place the Centaur card on a Stone Wall, making it stick. The second pause, he placed the Lions card against a Crystal Picture Frame. The third Pause, the Goblin Swarm was placed against the back of a chair.
"My summoning power has its drawbacks though." Lucine continued, first summoning the Centaur, "Look closely at the Centaur. Something is wrong with it. It's flawed to quite the high degree."
He then summoned the Lion, and three from the Goblin Swarm, "The flaw is much more obvious in the Goblin Swarm. My summons are made out of whatever material they are attached to. The lion was attached to a Crystal Picture Frame. It is made of Crystal. The Goblin Swarm was placed against the back of a wooden chair, and thus they are made of wood. The Centaur, he is made of stone."
Lucine followed his same path around the room, picking up the cards as he did so. This time he did so in reverse order, first the Goblin Swarm, followed by the Lions Card, and then the Centaur. As he collected the cards, the summons pulled back into their confinements.
"My brush strokes are slightly different." Lucine wasn't entirely sure where to start, "Depending upon what you need, I can do many things. Think of the world as one, giant canvas for a painter like me. I draw a line from point A to point B, and depending upon the line it will do something. A simple swirl will create a gust of wind. If I were to point my brush at a pool of water and enact my artwork, I could lead that water from one place to the next. Or, one of my favorites, I can draw a simple, very rough, picture of an explosive and enact my powers to cause an explosion."
Lucine sat back down in the chair he was in before, taking the time to do some breathing exercises to keep himself in control. He was having a good day, to be entirely frank. Only one person was dead, and that person first provoked him. It wasn't the other way around.

(I don't know how long ago it was said, but Yes Lyra, FOOLY COOLY is awesome. And fun to yell.)
Alright, Karrot, What do you need us for "I can feel that I need to find.... someone. ... someone whose power is lies deep with the Element" Ah, and Earth user. We'll see what we can find, but why do you need to find them? "I'm not sure, but it feels almost like I need to do something, but I need to learn what from this person." Alright, but it may take some time. it's been a while since we've been inside your head. I suppose you'd like us the give you a location on this Lady Merlin I see in here? Lady? Uh oh, Karrot has the hots for someone again. He hasn't used the title Lady since Seven. And he wimped out on Ever asking her on a date, just because of how dangerous she was in battle. "Please guys, Stick with the program. I know where Merlin works, so I can find her later when she's not busy. So leave me alone, Roma. My business is my business and none of yours, you date-less turbonerd!" you realize that if I had hands, I'd be strangling you right now. "If you had hands you'd be physical.. and you'd be getting your a** kicked."

"I hope to high heaven you're right." Remus slowly stood up. "I'm going to take a shower, and then I'm going to relax."

Troden stayed silent throughout the entire display of power, the grin more prominent now, "Very impressive...so An'ari was right. It was a waste that your parents were afraid of you." he walked around the table and walked beside him, "If you wish, you may stay within the Rajen base and live here to continue your painting. A room can be created as a studio for you in only a matter of moments."
Sabriel shifted slightly, but other than that, she stood still.

[FOOLY COOLY! lol What does that mean again? I know it took like half the episode to explain, but it still didn't make any sense lol Oh and I always look forward to Karrot's conversations with 'himself'. They are usually hilarious...]
Emit moved away from the base, his large form, still as quick as ever as he moved through the city. He was an earth elemental, and an old one at that so it would be hard for him to get tired, so when Emit appeared downtown with barely a sweat on his brow, it wasn't surprising. Now...where is she?
Lina nodded with a small laugh, "And intersting phrase, but I understand." she looked around as the room fully returned to normal, "Go on and take a shower then."
[I remember Okami... I figured that was where those powers came from. I like it^^]

Lucine smiled at the mention of a room, "That would be nice. I've been going from inn to inn, bar to bar, working for my room each time. A place to store my paintings and whatever else I collected would be nice."
He turned to look at Troden. It was odd, from Lucine's perspective, to see such a prominent grin. Did he do something to make Troden happy? He only did what he was asked. He displayed his powers.
Then a question hit him, "I'd be able to come and go as I pleased, wouldn't I? Maybe go and randomly socialize with anyone I find?"
((Brascus, I may not have enjoyed the game as much as you, but it's one hell of a character concept. I'll give it that.))

"Of course you would," Troden answered, snapping his fingers. Instantly Sabriel left the room and began making arrangements for his new room, "You are not a Rajen nor a prisoner, you are my guest and maybe in time a friend as my father wanted to be with you."
Sabriel entered the room and nodded, "The room is ready to be filled in sir."
"Good. A part of the room is also a place to rest, unless you will need a separate room for that." Troden finished, but as he was about to reutrn to the balcony, he turned around, "Tell me, is there any reason why you wished to find me?"

"Wonderful!" Lucine exclaimed, "There are so many interesting people in this city. I want to meet more of them."
He then turned and made his way toward the door. He didn't have any idea where he was going, but he figured that Sabriel would lead the way out and too the room. He felt a little bad that she was playing guide, so he made it a mental note to get a better understand of his new, if not temporary, home.
He stopped, however, to answer Troden's second comment and question, "I appreciate you taking me in as your guest. As per your question...it's hard to really say why. After I had my visitor, I got some strange mail from Signet City that had no return address attached. Not only did the visitor speak highly of you, but the mail did as well. I guess it was curiosity mostly. I couldn't help myself hearing so much about you, I just wanted to see you with my own eyes. You are as interesting as I imagined, and I hope we will be able to talk again when you have more time."
After that, rather than waiting to be excused, Lucine turned toward Sabriel. He was getting tired, and attached to that he was getting cranky. He wanted to sleep.

"I see.." Troden looked at Sabriel, who let Lucine out one more, "Make sure that our new guest is comfortable." she nodded once more before leaving.
Once outside the room, she moved down the hall, "Follow me. Your room is not far." she said combing a hair through her bloodred hair, "I'm slightly surprised that he took you in so quickly, but then again..." her thoughts turned to his power before she stopped upon his door, "Hereis your room. Everything you need is already in there." she said before bowing slightly and moving back to Troden, "Sleep well Lucine..."
A few minutes later, she stood beside him upon the balcony, "Do you know who would write so highly of me within this city Sabriel?" he asked, not expecting her to answer, "A limited group, that much I know, but it doesn't matter who sent him to me. But why?" he frowned slightly, his thought reurning to his father, that ancient vampire who had far more connections than Troden ever would have, Did you send him to me?
Sabriel listened to him quietly before lifting her hand and closing her eyes, "What is more important at this time master? The newest information on your enemies or your new guest?" she asked as she reshaped her body to become Tara once more.
Troden's grin faded, "Go back into the city Sabriel, but find Isabelle before you finish your mission. She is the most important being on my mind right now."
"Immediately master..." Sabriel replied, the image of Tara quickly disappearing in a cloud of red mist.
Troden didn't bother to watch her departure, but merely continued to look over the city.

"Ah...a bed" Lucine commented as he walked into the room, "It looks comfy."
Lucine walked over to the bed and sat down, from there looking around the room to take it all in. It was relatively large, which was in fact a good thing. He would need the room. He had several places to put various supplies. There was plenty of room to put vials of paint. All in all, the room was quite useful in the sense of painting.
Lucine smiled as he laid back, having already put his supplies on the bed stand next to him, "It's time for bed."
Almost instantly, Lucine fell into a deep sleep. It was possibly the best sleep he had had in months.
((And that's it for tonight, folks. I'll try not to sleep for a few days. Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow.))
