Lady Psycho Sexy Ignorant means lacking in knowledge or experience. I think the word you're looking for is impudent. its also defined as "Unknowledgeable or uneducated; characterized by ignorance; Ill-mannered, crude"

It's generally more of a synonym for 'stupid' than it is for 'rude'.
